Pope Benedict XVI, the first pope to resign in almost 600 years, shocked the world when he announced his decision to step down in February 2013. He claimed he no longer had the “strength of mind and body” and that he failed to act over four child abuse cases during his time as archbishop of Munich. However, the former Pope denied these claims.
Pope Benedict was an accomplished pianist with a penchant for Mozart and Brahms. The Vatican under Pope John Paul II had failed to take action against Maciel despite overwhelming evidence of his crimes. Two years into his retirement, the former pontiff still faces questions about why he left the Vatican.
The health of Pope Francis has been the subject of much attention, but this has not always been the case. There is also a conspiracy theory that Pope Francis is not the legitimate head of the Catholic Church. Pope Benedict XVI was head of the Catholic Church and sovereign of the Vatican City State from 19 April 2005 until his resignation on 28 February 2013. Vatican insists that it was the 85-year-old’s own personal decision to step down.
In an interview with an Italian newspaper, Pope Benedict XVI addressed conspiracy theories about his resignation as pope, Pope Francis’ trip to Iraq, and Joe Biden. When Benedict XVI announced his resignation, it immediately raised concerns, which the Vatican has since denied.

Please share on Facebook and Twitter. Thank you. Dr Marshall explains the reasons why Pope Benedict XVI resigned in 2013 by …
Vigano is a warrior for Jesus, praise God and may He watch over him. He is an inspiration to all true good faithful Catholics to stand strong in our faith with convictions and be courageous brave warriors for Jesus and His church. I am and I stand strongly with Vigano. Thank you Dr. Marshall for also inspiring us to know our faith. Merry Christmas
There is corruption everywhere, a vicious battle between “Good” & “Evil”…all over the World. We are surrounded by so many lies & deceptions, that one is forced to go within oneself for answers, to learn to reconnect with God for guidance & protection. The only solution I can see is for every individual to do some ‘soul searching” & commit to creating a positive change beginning with themselves.
St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle against the wickedness and snares of the devil and his co-horts…. and by the authority of Almighty Yhwh, thrust him into the pit! May the Blood of Christ wash us clean from all our filth and forgive us our sins. May the Holy Ghost lead us forward and back to the life of holiness.
Dear Dr. Marshall, It breaks my heart to hear all of this. I left the catholic church over six years ago. I could no longer follow corrupt leadership in the faith. The years of child sexual abuse and brutal treatment I witnessed as a child in my catholic grade school was more than I could take anymore. I realized the church had been infiltrated by corrupt sick people. I did not give up my faith in Jesus, I became a born again christian and have found a deeper faith in Christ through bible study. I thank you for staying in the trenches to help combat the corruption but as for me, I could no longer associated with this corruption. I will continue to follow you ….God Bless you and your family.
May we pray for the Church. There is a battle all around us between good and evil. God please give us the courage to stand into the Breach! This can all be changed and it’s up to us to do it. Father Mike Shmitz said it best, “we can leave the Church or we can lead it.” So let’s lead it. Pray for our young people to become holy priests and consecrated religious. May they replace the corrupt and those who are bringing division and destruction of souls. May God’s will be done. The Gates of Hell will not prevail against his bride!
Dr. Marshall: Your production is outstanding. You’re courageous, honest and logic. Money is the tail of the demon. Where there is money, there is corruption. In the Vatican, in the Synagogues, in the Evangelical and Lutheran Churches, in the Mosques. The problem with the Catholic Church is the fact that his huge size concentrates the issue in just one institution founded by Our Lord and Savior. Other religions are spread and scattered, so the scandals are controlled as the press in focused on the Catholic Church. A mean example: The time I lived at a town in the West Chester County, NY, 28 years ago, the general secretary of one of Synagogues of that town, took the money to invest in the market. He did that to retain part of the procedures and return the principal. The market failed and at that time he had to justify to the council: 130,000.00 dollars. He was found guilty and called to return the money. As the secretary didn’t have the money to return to the Synagogue, unfortunately, he got despaired and committed a suicide. So, where there is money there is the tail of devil perusal the game.
The news reports were that Benedict’s butler stole his record files in his Vatican office. When he was a Bishop in Germany those records listed priests and other clergy who were transferred to other parish because of complaints of misconduct by local laity. He turned those files over to the Rome police dept and was told they could do nothing because the Vatican was outside their jurisdiction. He then went to Brussels to the EU court and they took the case, were appointing a prosecuter, and notified the Vatican of the evidence in their possession. It was then that Pope Benedict announced his resignation to avoid a personal public scandal. Those were the news stories.
Thank you Dr Marshall. I believe Vigano. You know them by their fruits (Matthew 7:15) and I see what pope Francis has been doing for the last 5 years, and thank God that finally something happens… Our Lady of Fatima said in the end her immaculate heart will triumph. And this could be it folks, pray and give thanks to our Lord
During Troubled Times, Father Groshel Would Always Comfort Us; “What Are You Worried About? & Using his best Jersey Accent; “Dis Stuff Ain’t Nuttin.. Well, I had this dream where I saw a pope who had red eyes, like that of an owl, evil and I ran and climbed up flights of stairs leading to heaven . So it was disturbing for me and I told people about it and they said I should pray for the pope. A few days later, the pope resigned . I wasnt sure who was the ” bad pope “, the current or the coming ?. Now I know !
It is as Paul describes: Romans 1 21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, 23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. 24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: 25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. 26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: 27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. 28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; 29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, 30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: 32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
You are bang on the button! Benedict just felt betrayed in all he believed in and trusted. Simple as. His world was rocked and he felt too old to confront it. NOTHING has changed. Francis is conflicted, & chose to live outside the Vatican, largely to make a point that he would not be part of it ? BUT it continues
Wow, so sad to hear but I totally agree with you doctor. We must pray the rosary for the church and all the servants of God especially in these difficult times.. Please don’t lose faith and hope! No matter what happens, my catholic faith won’t change coz I know it’s the truth. Mother Mary pray for us and the church
My first time perusal you. I couldn’t stop. I’m a cradle Catholic and very active in my church. I’m disgusted by what happened in Pennsylvania and tonight I became angry at our Pope or his spokesman saying the pope wont go down this rabbit hole because there are more important things like climate change and immigration. I felt a kick to my teeth and ashamed. I got a alert from YouTube regarding a priest I follow called Assention Presents and he was talking about this scandal but this THIS YouTube, your YouTube is suggested. Idk you well enough yet but you got my attention. The problem I have now is what can I do? I feel powerless to help a church I love and believe in. Anyway, thank you for all this information. Thank you for the very end too as you offered hope and suggested prayer. I wish I had faith this will all work out….God’s Word says that hell will never prevail against the Holy Church but he sure seems to be active within her. God help us all and give us strength to not abandon the Church but to help her heal.
When I read the Vigano letter I immediately thought of Pope Benedict XVI’s resignation and how he opened the Church to the Lords’s hand. I don’t think he fully understood but like St Pope John Paul II was close the the Blessed Sacrament and had that blessed response to the Spirit’s moving. If what Vigano says is the truth then The Lord played this moment masterfullly where the scum of the Church infected it like a fetid abscess and let them rise to the top only to burst and cleanse the Church of this rotten filth. By their own lies have they done themselves in just like the prophet Daniel witnessed with the two contradicting perverts. If such scum seeks so much power and influence to weaken the faith and let in so much sinful permissiveness, the Lord seemed to allow them the opportunity. But He shall always defend his Bride.
Saint Peter we need you in our time of need…what happened to holy bishops! I feel so blindsided..I could have never imagined that our beautiful church has become …this! There is no doubt that this is a spiritual warfare.I trust every word our Blessed Mother has come to try and protect us with! Look at Pope Leo xiii hearing the conversation between our Lord and Satan…all the way to our lady of akita when our Blessed Mother tells us bishop will be against bishop and warning us so often that the devil will infiltrate our church! So why then am I so disappointed and disgusted! I had a nieve view that these filthy unholy men had been promoted because of their holiness…boy was I wrong! In these troubled times my faith is in Jesus…only he can set this church back on track! I wish I could live another 100 years to see the saints he raises up for us so that we may believe in our church again! God bless our church and God bless those who will not abandon your beautiful church in these most troubled times…because we have faith in you!
Thank you for the clarity —I’ve been to the Vatican Pope Benedict was confined to the Vatican still in 2019. I thought it was awful. I didn’t sense a very holy feeling there and there were many many statues of Julius Caesar—why? From the natives my family and I heard of much scandals that went on there— priests hiring prostitutes. And much rumor of children abused and homosexual acts there.
Very informative and interesting. Just subscribed. I do have one issue with your closing statement: To hate evil is absolutely necessary and justified! Jesus hated evil and even got violent within the synagogue… I am not calling for violence, but what i am saying is that hatred of evil (especially blatant evil of the powerful who would lead others astray) is actually the correct position morally/spirituality! Thank you for your efforts and i look forward to more
Dr. Marshall, I congratulate you for the objective and succinct nature of your reporting on these very delicate issues. It must involve a lot of your time doing research to sift through material. Your unbiased statements clarify issues for those of us who have no other access to such matters, and for this I thank you. Unfortunately, there will always be those whom no amount of ” proof” will help change their minds because their hearts had already been made up irrespective of what might have been brought to light. For such as these, we must pray for humility and a change of heart.
Matthew 11: 25 Jesus said in response: “I publicly praise you, FATHER, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and intellectual ones and have revealed them to young children. 21 Jesus said to her: “Believe me, woman, the hour is coming when neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem will you worship the FATHER. John 4: 24 Jesus said, God is a Spirit, and those worshipping him must worship with spirit and truth.” Matthew 12: 49 And extending his hand toward his disciples, he said: “Look! My mother and my brothers! 50 For whoever does the will of my Father who is in heaven, that one is my brother and sister and mother.”
I remember reading about the life of a saint who was appointed as a bishop at a certain time and when things got shady he quit his job as a bishop. After this he had a vision with Christ who scolded him for quiting his position as bishop and that saint lived the rest of his life asking for forgiveness for his sin. It seems to me that the same thing is with Pope Benedict. He shouldn’t have quit from his position of Pope. Just looking how Catholicism is now I wouldn’t want to be Pope Benedict at the final judgement. Because what has become of Catholicism is another example about what happens when the just ones take a step back.
Thank you for the very concise and thorough account of the events that lead to Pope Benedict’s resignation. After 2012 nothing was in the news…well one can see that Pope Francis does not want to stir the pot any further…he is not a Rectifier..praying for Carlo-Maria Vigano.. and all suffering Souls
I am of the impression by all the disgusting sin and evil among us that this is what the third part of the secret (Fatima) Jul 13, 2017. “Radix malorum est cupiditas” Sad. But the Church must be cleansed and those who would judge us from the outside had best understand that ‘he who is free from sin can cast the first stone!’
Revelation18:1-3 “…Babylon the Great has fallen” and she has become a dwelling place of demons and a place where every unclean spirit and every unclean and hated bird lurks!” For because of the wine of the passion of her sexual immorality and all the nations have fallen victim, and the kings of the earth committed sexual immorality with her, and the merchants of the earth became rich owing to the power of her shameless luxury… -4,5 “Get out of her my people if you do not want to share with her in her sins and if you do not want to receive part of her plagues for her sins have massed together clear up to heaven, and God has called her acts of injustice to mind…” -23,24, ” No light of a lamp will ever shine in you again…for your merchants were the top-ranking men of the earth, and by your spiritistic practices all the nations were misled, yes, in her were found the blood of the prophets and of holy ones and all those who have been slaughtered on the earth.” Symbolism also referred to as a harlot/ great prostitute who corrupted the earth by inappropriate intimacy with kings (world leaders and politics)19:2. -1Corinthians 6:9,10…”Unrighteous persons will not inherit God’s kingdom…men who submit to homosexual acts, men who practice homosexuality…” -1Thess. 5:3,4 “For this is the will of God, that you should be holy and abstain from sexual immorality. Each one of you should know how to control his own body in holiness and honor, not with greedy, uncontrolled sexual passion like the nations have that do not know God.
And then let’s go back to 1979 when Michele Sindone and Luccio Gelli and Cardinal Marcinkus were heading the Vatican Treasury. the first 2 were put in prison, and the last went to some tiny unknown parish in the southwest. Alberto Calvi, head of the Banca Ambrosiana (a bank that the Vatican did business with) was found dead 40′ up, hanging from a bridge in England.
So what you’re saying is that Benedict wasn’t up for the fight to save his church from the moral rot and corruption? He simply had to have known that his resignation would effectively hand control of the church to the forces of evil he sought to eliminate. Whatever he saw in that report must have been so explosive that he feared it would completely destroy the church if it ever saw the light of day. Seems as if his choice was between tearing down the whole church himself, or give it over to those who wish to destroy her over time. Pray for us all.
Nice job connecting the dots. I wish you would connect a few more though, regarding McCerick and the alleged sanctions against him. Vigano’s Testimony lists several letters about that which were ignored, and conjectures that Benedict’s orders concerning McCerick we’re not being implemented by his officials. I would appreciate you (or someone) lining those events up alongside what was happening on the financial scandal side of things. Perhaps another article.
Can someone explain to me the background involving why a court ordered Archbishop Vigano to pay his brother a Catholic priest 1.8 million Euros he withheld from their fathers estate. I read an article about this. Vigano is heralded as a defender of the faith which I do not question. I just wonder if what I read is accurate.
Great information. When Benedict resigned, I knew evil had infiltrated the Church. I felt this in my soul, without ANY knowledge of what was actually going on. I believe the Lord was giving me light into the corrupt state of the Church. Now look at her. She is much more secular. The hierarchy of the Church distorting the teachings of Christ. Thank you Dear Lord for letting your Church be ruled by the Holy Spirit and not evil entities trying to destroy her.
Who are we to trust in these times? These are difficult times, indeed. Where seemingly non-catholic values are pushed into the religion, making strange, left-wing ideas suddenly be accepted as canon. Mercy is good, but what if you are under attack by enemies with a clear goal, and with little morals? Are you to self-sacrifice your country, culture and history? If that is mercy, then God is dead.
I still don’t understand. Why would Pope Benedict resign when he knows there’s moral corruption in the church? I just don’t buy the line he didn’t feel like he was up to it to make changes. There’s something else going on. And why would he not release the contents of that report? He had to have known that releasing the contents of the report would bring into the light all of the bad players. Which would be a good thing for the church. Also whatever happened to those three Cardinals that Pope Benedict trusted to create the report?
Regarding Ratzinger. “The diocesan reports of pedophile and homosexual priests, the heart-wrenching letters of victims and families addressed to the Vatican as a last recourse effort for justice – all ended on his desk” Marian T. Horvat, Ph.D. There is a lot more to Ratzingers’ resignation than just money Taylor.
OH MY GOSH‼The Lord is weeding out the weeds from the harvest…I am Catholic and I am very shocked, I always wondered what was really going on in the Vatican at that time and now I know but this in know way will stear me away from my faith but it makes it stronger…it reminds me of the money changers in the temple…Jesus tossed the tables over and was very angry.
I didn’t understand some of those things that were happening at the time. I missed the fact that Cardinal Vigano tracked down scattered accounts, which was the missing piece in that part of the picture. As to your concluding words, they are measured, and show your interest in the pursuit of truth, which I share. I do have to consider one additional possibility, though: If Vigano is just a trouble-making liar, then Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI is a trouble-maker, as well. I say that because as pope, he was cleaning house, and immediately, his successor brought back everyone who had been swept out. I don’t want to say he brought the garbage back in as if the human beings are garbage, but they certainly carry a huge load of garbage with them. Remember the Rosary Coast-to-Coast is Sunday, October 7. I encourage everyone to participate somehow — ask your local parish if they’re planning to gather at the designated time (4PM Eastern Time), if not try to gather some faithful at that time, or just do what you can, pray the Rosary where you are. And pray the Rosary every day leading up to that date … and after. Mary, Mother of the Church, pray for us!
Archbishop Fulton Sheen explains it so clearly… “If I were not a Catholic, and were looking for the true Church in the world today, I would look for the one Church which did not get along well with the world; in other words, I would look for the Church which the world hated. My reason for doing this would be, that if Christ is in any one of the churches of the world today, He must still be hated as He was when He was on earth in the flesh. If you would find Christ today, then find the Church that does not get along with the world. Look for the Church that is hated by the world as Christ was hated by the world. Look for the Church that is accused of being behind the times, as our Lord was accused of being ignorant and never having learned. Look for the Church which men sneer at as socially inferior, as they sneered at Our Lord because He came from Nazareth. Look for the Church which is accused of having a devil, as Our Lord was accused of being possessed by Beelzebub, the Prince of Devils. Look for the Church which, in seasons of bigotry, men say must be destroyed in the name of God as men crucified Christ and thought they had done a service to God. Look for the Church which the world rejects because it claims it is infallible, as Pilate rejected Christ because He called Himself the Truth. Look for the Church which is rejected by the world as Our Lord was rejected by men. Look for the Church which amid the confusions of conflicting opinions, its members love as they love Christ, and respect its Voice as the very voice of its Founder, and the suspicion will grow, that if the Church is unpopular with the spirit of the world, then it is unworldly, and if it is unworldly it is other worldly.
The “third secret of Fátima” written down in 1943 by then Sister Lúcia, a Carmelite nun, and one of the three children, including her cousins, Francisco and Jacinta Marto, who claimed to witness Marian apparitions of The Blessed Virgin Mary at Our Lady at Cova da Iria, near Fátima, Portugal in 1917: “J.M.J. The third part of the secret revealed at the Cova da Iria-Fátima, on 13 July 1917. “I write in obedience to you, my God, who command me to do so through his Excellency the bishop of Leiria and through your Most Holy Mother and mine. “After the two parts which I have already explained, at the left of Our Lady and a little above, we saw an angel with a flaming sword in his left hand; flashing, it gave out flames that looked as though they would set the world on fire; but they died out in contact with the splendor that Our Lady radiated toward him from her right hand: pointing to the earth with his right hand, the angel cried out in a loud voice: ‘Penance, Penance, Penance!’ And we saw in an immense light that is God: ‘something similar to how people appear in a mirror when they pass in front of it’ a bishop dressed in white ‘we had the impression that it was the Holy Father.’ “Other bishops, priests, men and women religious going up a steep mountain, at the top of which there was a big cross of roughhewn trunks as of a cork tree with the bark; before reaching there the Holy Father passed through a big city half in ruins and half trembling with halting step, afflicted with pain and sorrow, he prayed for the souls of the corpses he met on his way; having reached the top of the mountain, on his knees at the foot of the big cross he was killed by a group of soldiers who fired bullets and arrows at him, and in the same way there died one after another the other bishops, priests, men and women religious, and various lay people of different ranks and positions.
Thanks for the clarification… I had to click on this to find out and get it straight in my mind… I always found it strange that he resigned as Pope. Isn’t that something only one person named Vigano had enough guts to say anything even back then…probably knowing eventually his life would be in danger, but still had to do the right thing… Corruptions, corruption and corruption.
This will be interesting and even though I believe with all of my heart that if you follow the Catholic Faith how you are supposed to follow it. That it is the Truest form of Christianity we have ( for lack of a better way to explain it). If what’s said is true and some of the churches past Popes. Along with current and past Cardnels, Bishop’s and Priests. This is why I wont blindly follow what the Church says because just like every Church the Devil has infiltrated her. We must pray she fully recovers and for our personal Wisdom to know what to follow and not. And I’ll be honest something about our current Pope I don’t like he just kind of rubs me the wrong way I cant explain it or put words to it but he does. And I pray I’m wrong and if I am I pray my words dont turn you against him. And I fully realize that all of us myself included need to Pray for the Pope and all of our Priests.
Question: Is it Written in the Old or New Testament of the Bible That Mary, The Mother Of Yeshua, The Only Begotten Son of The Heavenly Father is To Be Prayed To And Thus Raised To The Status Of A Deity? I Understood the Trinity To Consist of The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit where Then Does Mary Fit? Did Not Yeshua Say: I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes to the Father, but by me? Did Not Yeshua Teach His Disciples to Pray The Lords Prayer? Mary Is Indeed Very Special And Blessed To YHWH, But Not A Figure Of Prayer Nor of Worship. I’m Aware That The Words: “Hail Mary full of grace, the Lord is with thee, blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus.” Is Cherry picked from the book of Luke, so Yes Its Scripture and Yes It’s Biblical. My Question Is simply Where is it written that we should or must pray the Rosary to Mary? Then Theres The Locally Held Belief That Praying The Rosary Grants Some Additional Protection… For This Reason I Would Say That For Mankind to Cherry pick And Combine Scriptural passages Into our own pet prayers is a dangerous way to Practice or to teach The Heavenly Father’s Word. No Judgement, Just Sound Advice Which Comes From The Last Lines of The Bible. That Nobody Should Add or Subtract Anything From The Bible Or Else… with That In Mind Perhaps The Corruption Of The Fathers Church Began Long Long Ago By Man’s Adding to and Subtracting From YHWH’s Complete Word With The Subtraction Of Many Of The Original Books of the holy bible, The Addition of Idols To Worship, Kiss And Kneel Before, Cherry Picked Scriptures Taught as Prayers, Hand Gestures, The Addition of Sorcery To The Holy Father’s Church And The Corruption Of The Fathers Word!
Compare St. Paul’s care and tending to new congregations in Christ than those of the churches of today. He worked for his own upkeep, encouraged them to be faithful to God and each other, allowed them to marry and have children and not to be fooled by those who wanted to profit off of them financially and for ego power. He said we are saved by God’s grace not by the hierarchy of an organization.
I have a question that I hope Dr. Taylor Marshall could cover? I would like to know why the Catholic Church puts rules/barriers in place that restrict who may receive the Sacrament of Communion. In the Bible, Jesus commanded to give His Body to “all of you”, therefore, everyone. I always thought it was to give the benefit of His Body to anyone that asks, all sinners. This is why He gave his life – so that we may receive Him – all we need to do is ask. To me, its akin to going to Confession and being told which sins may be forgiven. Please help.
I left the Catholic Church years and years ago. My reasons were the false teachings of the Roman Catholic Catechism and a general lack of focus on the Bible and how salvation is attained through God’s Grace. I never heard of having a personal relationship with Jesus. All I ever heard was the Catholic Church was the only way to heaven. In retrospect, the corruption and evil that exists and has existed in Roman Catholicism for literally hundreds of years has led me to decry that religious/ political organization…my choice. For those who continue to hope for things to change, my advice is to find an alternative place that represents the “real Church”, the Body of Christ.
My dear God, we are indeed in trouble when our spiritual leaders are working in and for satan. I believe that Cardinal Vigano is telling the truth and I am praying for our Pope and the entire Vatican. They do need our prayers to repair the wrong that has been done in the name of Catholism. May I take a moment to thank you, Dr. Marshall, for bringing the entire story to life.
Leaders and yhose who play around within the Physical and MORALITY realms of our Roman Catholic Church will be exposed in time and space regardless… So the more we must pray the Rosary for TRUTH JUSTICE PEACE in THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST YESHUA OUR SAVIOUR. NEVER GIVE UP ON GOD’ S GRACE & LOVE AS WE JOURNEY TOGETHER.
I don’t question the infallibility of the Pope. It is then a decision between earthly and spiritual aspects regarding the weaknesses of the human elements of our church. The church will survive, the church men try to stand up with God but like anybody else will still have their spiritual willingness despite weakness in their bodies. May God bless us all and His church. Amen 🙏
Power always corrupts, and yet the culture of power over others is always established anew by those souls who do not want to try to manage, change and authorise the spirited boundaries of their own lives. Freedom comes with responsibilities and yet people prefer to ignore their own behaviour and live in an irresponsible way.
If Benedict was weak, he would not have said publicly, “You would be mistaken if you think that the prophetic MISSION of Fatima is concluded”. Nor would he have said in 1998, “the third MESSAGE of Akita is essentially the same as that of Fatima”, i.e. “the devil will infiltrate even into the Church”, afflicting those “who accept compromises and the demon”. Here’s the deal; Benedict knew his human authority extended, “only to the threshold of the door”. John Paul II understood, “It is possible to alleviate this tribulation, BUT IT IS NO LONGER POSSIBLE TO AVERT IT”. SO, was Benedict weak or did he have Divinely inspired wisdom to step aside for rebirth of the church ?
WOW I’m so glad I’m not CATHOLIC! I research the Bible and the Catholic religion is very complicated, demanding institutional foundation. I just study the Bible and 🙏 pray and try to live a Christian life. That’s a lot of work in its self; but enjoyable and rewarding to me. But what do I know. Alot!!
Leaving our Roman Catholic Church and your faith in Jesus Christ who gave His life for our salvation is not the right advice. Catholic’s must PRAY To The Holy Spirit and ask for guidance in what we can do as lay apostles in storming the Pope with billions of rosaries-for the conversions of Pope Francis and the cardinals and other prelates in the cabal of the Roman curate, asking and praying Rosaries more than once a day. God is in charge and we his children must go through Our most Blessed Mother Mary with our gifts of Billions of our Rosaries. Amen 🙏 😟🙏🤔🙏📿📿📿📿📿📿📿📿📿📿📿😊📿😊📿🥰📿😊📿😘😘😘😘🥰🥰🥰God bless you all📿Amen
God forgive me but I have never liked Pope Francis. There is something about him. Pope Benedict was my Pope for all the right reasons. Smart, intelligent, studious, theologist, researcher, academic, humble. Taught the Word of God, got the message through. Too bad he felt it would be too much for him to clean the Vatican, and decided to leave that to Pope Francis who has done nothing. Now Pope Benedict is resting in peace next to God our Lord. Thank You father Ratzinger for all You did for us catholics and for all You left us.
I am a firm believer in our Creator and Savior. I am not a believer in any church built by man to serve man. I was interested in what Catholicism was a bout. It didn’t take long to understand that their idea of religion is about power and self service. I pray for all religions that you are all forgiven. As its obvious you all will need much forgiveness. The time has come. Please all who reads, be close to God our Creator, and pray for this world to return to His Will. Bless all of you.
What saint ever resigned from their leadership roles during hard times? No one is every up for the challenge God sends, but God helps those who have faith. Throughout history both Byzantine and Roman bishops were persecuted, exiled, ridiculed, replaced ect. for standing up for truth matter what. They stood for the truth and in the end God vindicated them. Resignation leaves the corruptors to keep corrupting.
Thank you !And I reprint back to you “Rats In Red” unknown author from the Fatima Crusader … Saint Michael beckoned you and me Outside the Church which was not free. He pointed downward to the floor, His foot was wedged inside the door. His finger to his lips was pressed To tell our conversation rest. He waved us closer with his hand and whispered, “You’re my special band,” “A sacred task we have in store, Our Holy Church now to restore. There is inside a man in white “To save our Mother from the night, But woe to him and to our dread, There dwell inside the rats of red. The rats, a fearsome army are, ‘For they have taken things too far ‘and made our Holy Mass a sham Away from God and turned to man. Softly whispered in reply From one of us who was not shy, “Dear Angel, how can we effect? The rats of red are all elect “And we, but few, stand by you here’ ‘Both filled with doubt and choked with fear! What must we know within the heart’ ‘To make the reformation start?” Saint Michael eyed us, every one, and said, “The battle has begun. ‘These things into your memory bore, For soon you’ll have to hold the door.’ A few things first you need to know To give you courage ‘gainst the foe.’ A pitfall you must shun the most, The sin against the Holy Ghost. Avoid occasion of despair’ ‘For Holy Mother waits in there.’ And worry not, your number’s size “For you are watched by many eyes. ‘The faithful in vast numbers wait’ ‘For warriors storming Heaven’s gate And when they see the Mass restored, “They’ll come back in a massive hoard.
