The Ancient Hellfire Amulet is a craftable item in Diablo 3 Season 28, available to all players once they purchase the recipe from Squirt the Peddler in Act 2. The amulet comes in three forms, one for each main stat, and is rolled with the Prodigy Passive. It can be crafted with drops from a complete set of Uber bosses, but for Hellfire amulets, only a few yellow and blue crafting mats and a soul are required.
To get an Ancient Hellfire Amulet, players must first craft a regular Hellfire Amulet. The recipe can be purchased from Squirt the Peddler in Act 2 for 5,000,000 gold. The Hellfire Amulet rolls stats for level 70, but only requires character level 1 to be equipped. It consists of a secondary legendary affix that provides a randomized passive skill of the class who crafted it.
The Hellfire Ring grants a 4.5 XP bonus to a level 70 hero, but when a follower wears an XP item, the hero only receives 20 of the benefit. The Hellfire Amulet is a regular amulet with the standard 4/2 affixes, but one of the secondary affixes rolls one of your class’s passive skills. A level 70 Hellfire Ring can be equipped by a level 1 character and grants a 45 XP bonus.
In Diablo III: Ultimate Evil Edition on PlayStation 4, every class has 19 passive skills to choose from. Each Hellfire Amulet costs 1 Hellfire Mat + 10 Forgotten Souls + 50,000 Gold. The Hellfire Amulet is a regular amulet with the standard 4/2 affixes, but one of the secondary affixes rolls one of your class’s passive skills.

I’m trying to figure out how to acquire the Devil’s Fang, Writhing Spine and Vengeful Eye mats. The uber bosses are said to drop them but they don’t seem to. I heard that they only drop them if you are empowered by nephalem globes but globes are unattainable when you fight them. Some of the rings/amulets require these rare materials. 🙁
good article, have 1 question, my current build has a gem of the horder in the amulet, can these make socketed versions?right now I am able to clear t40, not much one for pushing, but enjoy going around getting lots of gold/items, have a gold wrap belt and use a puzzle ring some times, this is a lot of fun in a vault, i also take lower paragon players around and Power level them as payment for all the oters that helped PL me. keep up the articles, the gold from the gem and my goldwrap helps keep my impale DH alive
