I also got duplicate letters in the 2018 event The reason is that the threshold levels where different in the beginning of the event for like a couple of hours (perhaps because of a bug in the code? they fixed it after a meintenance break) So the thing is that in the beginning you would need only 5 helps to complete the whole challenge, and after they fixed it you could still complete the new threshold levels I’ve always wandered how many other people got the duplicates, and felt special that I had something unique, unfortunately I missed this event and the opportunity to have even more letters :))
