Is The Hellfire Amulet Culpable?

The Hellfire Amulet is a crafting item in Diablo 3 Season 32 that can be obtained from the recipe for it, which can be purchased from Squirt the Peddler in Act 2. It is crafted from demon organs obtained after defeating uber bosses. Before battle with the uber bosses, portal devices must be created.

To craft a Hellfire Amulet, players need to obtain the recipe from Squirt the Peddler and teach it to Covetous Shen. The Hellfire Amulet requires four materials: Leoric’s Regret, Vial of Putridness, Idol of Terror, and Heart of Fright. Hellfire amulets cannot be reforged and follow the standard chance for legendary, ancient, or primal abilities. They cannot be rerolled, and they cannot be used for legandary abilities. Each character can choose four Passive Skills at Character Level 70, but a Hellfire Amulet only needs to roll with a 5th Passive Skill.

The Hellfire Amulet is available to all players once they have purchased the recipe from Squirt the Peddler in Act 2. Players can use Kanai’s Cube to translate and modify products, but it can only be earned via the Infernal Machine quest. The entire process was modified in Reaper.

Players can equip the Hellfire Amulet and cube any amulet they would normally wear, making it a more effective option for combating demonic forces in Diablo 3.
