Last week during a thunderstorm I went outside in the back yard and sat in a chair and started to meditate. I relaxed myself with some deep breaths. The next breath i envisioned pulling the energy up into my head and holding it. I started to feel all that energy inside me and started seeing stars. All of a sudden on the exhale the loudest thunder accompanied by the lighting crashed right above my house in the loudest experience I have ever had with thunder. This session was so powerful, thank you Vylana that you made it public for everyone! I was listening to it and released so much. I once randomly met Matias, and it was just after I started following him 2.5 yrs ago. And this was actually as I was meditating and heard in my meditation words “Aubrey” and “Stefano”. I had no idea what that ment, I haven’t found anything on the Internet that night, until the next day an interview popped up from Aubrey’s podcast with Matias as his guest. Just a month and a half later I see Matias walk into a small diner in my town, in my country. It was very synchronistic. I recently tried to stop the rain for 10-15 mins and bring the sun out, because I wanted to see if I could do it and use that time to get to my Mom’s without getting wet much. I tried it for 5-10 mins, then returned to what I was doing. A few moments later I realized that the rain stopped and the sun was out. The window of about 15-20 mins of sunshine was the only one that happened that day. I also was not sure if it was coincidence or not, but I loved it 🙂

I got stuck in a tornado back in 2004.Ever since I would have a panic attack when it would all of a sudden get dark or the winds would pick up.Dealt with that every year for a long time.Guess it was around 2021 when I learned to control my breathing in a panic attack and I would focus a energy ball of protection over the area where we live.We are listed in tornado alley on hwy 44.The past couple of years when I have focused a safe area for us the tornado always misses.Outside of those areas of protection you can always see where the storms rips apart trees and destroy land and buildings.

It’s so crazy, when i eat shrooms (i live in norway) i have been in pain for very long time, they tell me to go back to India, but i was not ready. Yes it freaks people out!! There is a Qui gong that I do personally that is called “Pet the Dragon” that realigns the energy, in a similar fashion to this. A lot of people are not aware or “enlightened” as to how to make use of realignments for this! The most coherent part of this was understanding how we have lost touch with time. Something triggered, cant put into words when I heard tht its about measuring and understanding the relationship between things and not about actual things themselves. What a beautiful experience. I really love how Matias expressed how poetry is the language of shape and can affect change by being something more than its parts. I also love imagining the sequence of singing something into being and then seeing the geometry of it, leading to it’s physicality. When Matias talked about breaking time, I imagined a little kid taking apart a clock out of curiosity, and then after exploring all of the parts, looking at them splayed and realizing that the magic wasn’t the in parts, it was in the whole, and now all the King’s horses and all the King’s men are putting Matias together again.
