Shall We Take Our Chakras Out?

Chakras are the seven energy centers that center your body and can deplete when they are not properly balanced. They are not just a metric for health, but rather a way to describe the subtle energy moves in your body. Stress, adverse experiences, negative thoughts and emotions, grief, and other significant changes can deplete chakras.

To unblock and achieve free-flowing energy, one should understand the significance of each chakra in the body, how to activate or balance chakras in the human body with practice of yoga and meditation, and the power of the chakra system. The foundational root chakra grounds us in the physical world, while the ethereal crown chakra connects us to higher states of consciousness.

Understanding and balancing the seven chakras is essential for harmonizing the body, mind, and spirit, ultimately leading to a more enriched and fulfilling life. According to The Chopra Center, chakras are not structures but greater pathways that smaller ones pass through. The real opening of the chakras requires the adept practice of yoga, which may take years, sometimes lifetimes, to accomplish and stems from deeper yogic practices.

The timeline for unblocking each chakra can vary, with some experiencing significant progress within a few weeks of dedicated practice, while others may need more time. By aligning and balancing the chakras, we can enhance our body’s natural healing abilities and improve our overall well-being.

Can you clear your own chakras?

Essential oils can help rebalance your chakras, which can be unlocked by burning them in your home. Including certain foods in your diet, which correlate with each chakra, can help clear your energy system. Spending time outdoors, walking barefoot in the grass, is another easy way to unblock your chakras. This reconnects with nature and absorbs its healing energy, keeping you grounded and at peace.

Are you supposed to open your chakras?

Chakras, located in the astral body, are energy centers responsible for our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. They spread prana, or life-force energy, to vital regions, ensuring good emotional and physical health. Unblocking chakras is crucial for the healthy functioning of the mind, body, and spirit. Healing chakras is not as simple as treating a headache or a swollen ankle, as they do not exist in the physical body.

Instead, holistic practices like meditation, mudras, affirmations, or chanting can activate and stabilize these energy wheels. Chakra balancing can help tap into unknown energy, awaken mental control, and gain optimal physical health.

Chakras move at a specific frequency to spread prana in a local region, and each chakra is surrounded by a certain element. When the element around the chakra becomes blocked, it restricts the movement of the chakra, causing it to slow down and not spread enough prana in the local region. This can lead to numerous problems arising when the chakra movement slows down.

Do chakras actually work?

Chakra-based therapies, which target the chakras, have been found to be beneficial for many people. However, there is a lack of experimental research on the subject, and few studies have proven their effectiveness. For instance, a 2021 study found that 89 people undergoing acupuncture treatment had no energy on their chakra meridians, which could increase their risk of severe COVID-19. However, the study did not test whether chakra-based therapies help prevent or treat COVID-19, and the participants were not COVID-19 patients but rather those with common symptoms like anxiety, back pain, and knee pain.

What happens when you close your chakras?

Chakras are essential energy converters that influence our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. They take in and emit energy, and their flow or stagnation can lead to physical or emotional symptoms. The seven main chakras are the sun, earth, earth, air, and water. Each chakra corresponds to a specific energy center, and their presence can affect our overall well-being. Blocking or affecting these chakras can lead to physical or emotional symptoms.

Are chakras scientifically true?

Chakras, or energy centers, are believed to be vital centers of energy in all humans, according to yoga and New Age practices. These energy vortexes, not visible to the human eye, are essential for our development and health. Karla Helbert, a licensed counselor, yoga therapist, and author of The Chakras in Grief and Trauma, views them as invisible energy organs with functions that impact all parts of the whole.

Can Christians do meditation?

Meditation is a crucial spiritual discipline for Christians, as it helps shape their thoughts, character, and actions. In the Old Testament, Psalm 145, a poem about God’s character and works, encourages meditation on God’s attributes and actions. This practice shapes a person’s thoughts, character, and actions. Psalm 1 and Psalm 119 also call for meditation on Scripture. Psalm 1 explains that regular meditation on the Bible will nourish the soul and help resist sin, indicating human flourishing.

In the New Testament, passages like Philippians 4:4-9, Colossians 3:1-3, Romans 8:5-7, Hebrews 3:1, and Hebrews 12:2 encourage Christians to focus their minds on God and his plans, aligning their thoughts, emotions, and actions with God’s purposes. These passages also encourage believers to focus on Jesus, filling them with hope and enabling them to emulate him. The writers of these New Testament passages emphasize that a person’s thoughts determine their future, making meditation a critical spiritual discipline for followers of Jesus.

Does God talk about chakras?

The Bible does not explicitly mention the chakras or energy, which may seem like a cause for concern. However, it is important to note that the Bible is not the only source of information about God’s creation. It also shares God’s promises in the world. The Bible was not intended to be an exhaustive text describing the intricacies of God’s creation. However, we can find concepts like the “breath of life” in Genesis 2:7, which refers to the vital life force or life-giving energy. This highlights the importance of considering the Bible as the Word of God and not as an exhaustive description of God’s creation.

How do I know if my chakras are blocked?

The balancing of blocked chakras has been linked to a number of adverse effects, including depression, learning difficulties, and heightened sensitivity to light, sound, and environmental stimuli. From an emotional perspective, individuals may experience challenges in self-knowledge and a tendency to adhere to rigid religious beliefs. A blockage in the Sahasrara chakra can result in confusion, prejudice, and a fear of being isolated or alienated. Yoga teacher training can facilitate the acquisition of knowledge regarding the function and regulation of chakras.

What will happen if I open my chakras?

The seven chakras are the center points of all energy in the human body, as mentioned in ancient meditation practices and found popular with the increasing interest in yoga. Chakras, which translates to “wheel”, are spinning discs of energy that correspond to major organs, bundles, or nerves, and areas related to our emotional well-being.

There are at least 114 chakras in the human body, but the main ones usually referred to are the 7 main ones. Each chakra corresponds to a focus on a particular health. Specific areas of the spine from the crown of the head to the sacrum are focused on manipulating the subtle energy flow through the 7 chakras of the human body.

The root chakra (Muladhara) is located in the tailbone area at the base of your spine and has the responsibility for your well-being, stability, and security. If your root chakra is blocked, it may manifest as physical issues in your colon, bladder, joints (arthritis), and intestinals. An unbalanced root chakra may also make you feel emotionally insecure about your well-being, finances, or basic needs. When it is balanced and in alignment, you will start feeling more grounded and in control of your emotions as well as your physical health.

The sacral chakra (Svadhisthana) is linked to your emotional well-being and creative energy, and it is also seen as an energy point for others’ emotions. If the Svadhisthana chakra becomes unbalanced, you may experience impotency, lower back pain, urinary tract infections, and a feeling of self-worth around creativity, sexuality, and pleasure. Improving this chakra can balance your lifestyle completely.

The solar plexus chakra (Nabhi-Manipura) is located in the stomach region (upper abdomen) and represents self-esteem and confidence. Controlling this chakra to make it balanced is getting back control of your life in your hand. A balanced Nabhi-Manipura chakra ensures that you interact with society with utmost confidence.

The heart chakra (Anahata) emphasizes love and is affected by two types of issues: physical health through matters related to cardio and people’s emotions (heartbreak). An unbalanced heart chakra may cause issues with your throat and voice, as well as any ailment related to your mouth, gums, or teeth.

The third eye chakra (Ajna) is located on the forehead, in between the eyes, and represents gut instinct and intuition. When unbalanced, it may manifest as headaches, hearing issues, concentration problems, and problems with eyesight. Once open, you will be able to see the big picture of any and all situations you come across.

Lastly, the crown chakra (Sahasrara) represents the spiritual connection you have with yourself, others around you, and the universe or nature. Balancing the crown chakra is a step towards figuring out the purpose of life, as it affects not just your organs but also your nervous system and brain.

The 7 chakras are the seven energy centers of the human body, representing various physical health and emotional states. When imbalanced, these chakras can lead to anxiety, depression, musculoskeletal issues, and various illnesses and diseases. To balance the chakras, one can adopt activities such as meditation, breathing exercises, and yoga postures.

Chakras provide subtle energy that improves intellect, work, mind, and organs. Ancient Yogic practices recommended certain activities to activate the 7 chakras, which provide a sense of mindfulness within the individual. Medical studies have not yet determined the connection between spiritual power and chakras, but they do bring a sense of mindfulness.

Unblocking the chakras involves balancing them in such a way that energy flows through every aspect of the body. For those new to uncovering the 7 chakras, the root chakra is the best place to start. Scientifically, there is no evidence of the benefits of the root chakra, but it can help individuals feel grounded, secure, and safe.

To bring an imbalanced chakra back to alignment, one can adopt activities such as meditation, breathing exercises, and yoga postures. Yogashala offers certified yoga instructors or reiki practitioners who are experienced in energy healing to guide individuals through this process.

In summary, the 7 chakras represent the energy centers of the human body and can be reactivated through yoga practices. By focusing on the root chakra, individuals can experience a more profound connection with themselves and the world around them.

Does science believe in chakras?

Chakras, a concept in Hinduism, are believed to correspond to physical body parts, particularly the nervous system. The nervous system consists of the brain and spinal column, which contain nerves that branch off from the spine in bundles called plexuses. Primary chakras, located down the spine, may correspond to the central nervous system and their connection to specific health aspects may relate to different nerve plexuses. For instance, a 2017 cadaver study found that the root chakra might be related to the inferior hypogastric plexus.

  • Check out my latest article on Chakra Removal: youtu.be/Pyi7ecix5uM It’s highly articulate on the real vs the fake from an experienced Energy Healer. I prefer to call it Chakra Integration over Chakra Removal and I explain what I mean when you watch the article. I also talk about Implants and what NOT to be afraid of, as well as providing an Empowering and REALISTIC definition of Kundalini Activation.

  • It’s like instead of thinking of the chakras as separate portals, think of them as a white or rainbow pillar all connected and flowing as 1! I switched my thinking about them and they seem to flow so much better. Keeping them separate keeps you separated! Move into the oneness! Wow, what a difference.

  • Freedom is letting go of identity with the body/ the thoughts/the thoughts of chakras. Freedom is to walk as witness consciousness. Identity with the body/thought mechanism is termed ‘self’ written with a small ‘s’. Such identification is called ‘bondage’. Letting go of the “I am this body” belief is to decide to be the Golden Well within, the Witness Consciousness. Walking as Witness Consciousness, as Compassionate Awareness, as Love….is realizing the true “Self” written with a capital ‘S’. To continually seek happiness in the field of the sense experience is getting lost in a never-ending attempt to placate a ‘self’ which is simply a mis-identification. The body/thought identification simply is a core belief that must be let go of in order that Witness Consciousness may awaken to Itself by Itself. You are Consciousness, or is it not more truthful to say that “Consciousness is always present within and behind each moment”

  • Abby, well put!! You are what you belief! I’ve recently come across info that our first three lower chakra’s are ruled and “struck” in a 3D structure if you so choose. It is the persons responsibility and sovereignty by free will to get “past” the crap you purposely came joyfully back to re-work seeking a better and expanded view for Ascension this time around or NOT. Lessons, lessons! Get on with it or keep on keeping lifetime after lifetime just spinning in the spin class of life! Always learning thirsting for more! Thank you for an awesome viewpoint!

  • IN THE JOURNEY OF LIFE, BALANCE IS KEY. While you are on your journey of life, Balance is indeed one of the most important aspects to your well being and state of mind. As We are going through this rapid growth, Tremendous turmoil and change, etc, that will be very disruptive to many, but not all, balance is key. Subjective ideas, beliefs, views, etc., which you feel are crazy will soon become objective. More people will see eye to eye. You will not need to isolate and introvert your self as much as the division between subjective beliefs and programs crumble away and make Way for unity consciousness. Where we respect all beliefs and views. A tree welcomes all religions and all races under its shelter for shade. A friend is a sheltering tree. This period of rapid change that we are going through. Is a time of destructive rebirthing. Where everything around you is falling apart, where it feels like you are going in circles, repeated dead ends, starting all over again with barely anything, tired, and everything is changing at such a rapid rate, etc, that what you learned in school could be absolute in a couple years. The job you thought that would be there till you retire requires constant upgrading or Is replaced by technology or the job is sent overseas for cheaper labor. We are entering a time of expanded globalization and technological expansion which is happening at an exhilarating rate. Technology is replacing jobs which are causing more and more people to be displaced. Sure in the past if we lost our job we could go find another one but now the old ways are not working.

  • This is insane, and as you say Abbey, “totally preposterous”. I have just finished a deep dowsing pendulum session in which I learned my “Chakras” are not the will of Creator, are of no benefit to my soul or higher self, and are in fact detrimental to me ! After studying Reiki for 6 years and working a lot with Chakra clearing and meditations etc. I am flabbergasted. I have heard a few folk in the past saying they removed them and that they feel better for it, I thought it was all BS, like having your kidneys removed and feeling better for it. OMG it is the exact opposite. Thank you so much for this confirmation Abbey !!

  • Why not call it chakra revivification and repotentiation ( CRVRP ) plus energetic balance tuning for 5D? I want to get the concept exactly right before doing this…. The 444 features with me, even the 4444 and 4137, so I like to get things exactly right, but recognize eminent domain of spirit much better than typical science alone. Will Archangel help a person do this? Which archangel is best? Need better DIY instruction for people who only have self help option. If there were more who successfully upgraded they could help others.

  • When you step into your DOMINION, you step into the REAL you, the WHOLE you, the TRUE you, the you who only WISHES to HEAL and LOVE . How does one stand tall and focuss. How does one rise above and stand out amongst the rest? How does one become a shiny Sirian, Lemurian, Star seed, Lightworker, etc., here to assist Humanity? How do we find our voice in a world that wants to shut us up and keep us small? How do we give substance and real meaning to our voice. How do we find our talents, gifts, abilities, and soirtual power in the storm and uncharted land of it all? How can we be of service with our talents? Your Spirituality is like going to the gym. You work it every day. You refine it. You align your self. You balance your self. You do a check-in. H. A. L. T Am I Hungry, Angry, Lonely or Tired. You do a check in To maintain your health and maintain a balanced energy flow. One way I am finding my self-rising up, being seen and Standing out in the world, Is, well chakra balancing and aligning. Chakra balancing and aligning created a foundation for me to grow up from. You see while I was chakra meditating, working with the metaphysical energy and tapping into Metaphysical threads of Hope, dreams, Adventure, Visions, Harmony, Talents, Abilities, Power, etc., I started to get inspired and empowered, my energy increased, gifts and talents started to be activated, I started to feel my power, I started to feel like me as I connected back to who I was and who I am destined to be. As I picked up my broken mirror pieces of broken dreams I started to feel empowered again.

  • I only heard about this concept really recently and was blown away that people are even doing this or that it can be done??? It took me ages just to believe chakras were real and now I gotta wrap my head around the idea that we’re better off without them after all that hype about them??? Whaaaaat 😅😅🤣

  • I very much like everything I hear you say in a very unique way that you tackle this aspect of totally converting into a crystalline body away from carbon dense body. I would also share that for over a year while sweating at the gym on my chest sweat would draw twin flames almost close enough to be kissing no kidding. and no later than a week ago coming off the treadmill sweat had drawn a huge heart over my shirt everyone could notice. And yesterday I discover new aspect of this long journey which is chakras removal . My question does it mean that I went their removal intuitively or that I got my higher self approval to go ahead with the procedure. Much appreciation for your blunt authenticity and many blessings.

  • Why do we have chakras if they have to be removed? One individual can experiment and believe anything, but does it prove that one is right? Spiritual world is easy to misunderstand. Anyhow do as you like, but are you sure you don’t cause harm to others? It might create new karma for yourself. Just kindly advice.

  • With our crawling baby steps with understanding AI or whatever you call it, and language which comes with it, we can somehow have different understanding, perception of old spiritual concepts,,,for example Akashic records ppl are so proud of going into and tapping to it etc, but it’s very much like internet on larger scale, it can be edited, censored, changed by beings who control it, it’s mental construct, library, talking about portals, we see portals on our PC or other devices as this connectivity slots, through which we can connect one device to the other, download things ( images, texts, videos, whatever ) or charge energy from “the source”,,, Ancient civilizations we’re much more advanced technologically, like Atlantis, then we see in Vedas all this flying vimanas, atomic bombs and chacra system,,,hmmm, egiptian with their third eye, sushumna, pineal gland technology and hierarchical piramids system, but that’s what they’re systems, artificial systems, though very advanced and much more ancient that we’re led to know,,, think about that, now with raise of this technology they’re pushing ppl to merge with internet of bodies, have portals installed etc,,,we’re going in more into trapping us, I would not recommend any technics whatsoever, get out of all this constructs,

  • Sounds a bit dangerous to me. She starts by saying she offers a service of removing them..then she really doesnt but the spirit does it, ..? Will she be personally responsible if it goes wrong, if after all its not her really doing it. The human body has been perfected through 1000s of years of trial, error by nature. Now someone comes along tinkering with it..why not if your spiritual trust spirit to know what you need and leave it at that..i guarantee this person wont be doing this within a year..like all the starseeds and twin flamers they quickly get bored or realize they are just human and move onto the next plague. This is not a personal attack..but i think its dangerous

  • Maybe someone can bring some clarity about this…… Now I understand people saying that chakras are created by aliens or an entity that wants to trap human souls down here to feed off of. Thats all demiurge, archon, gnostic stuff, I get that. Now from what I understand on my journey, the chakras correspond to different attributes that people need to work on in their human life. Such as: survival, stability, foundation, wisdom, creativity and so on. People have trauma, fears, issues with parents, finding their creativity and all these things they need to balance in their human life…which takes work. Is removing chakras magically remove the need to work on these things? You have people who have issues that go back to when they were a child that needs healing or at least understanding so it doesn’t continue to negativity affect their life. Does chakra removal instantly heal that pain? Or is this removal for people who have dealt with these different things that the chakras are attributed to and they no longer need to worry about the chakras since they have balanced them and understood them so they are controlled? If anyone can help me gain clarity on this, I appreciate it. I seeing this as almost a cop out to not do the work and not deal with your kundalini because someone ‘removed’ your chakras and now everything is good. I’m not buying that. I understand that these energy centers hold our bodies together, which are ultimately meat sacks created by the demiurge and its archons to participate in this reality.

  • ABBEY Q —- If I remove or ‘lighten’ a chakra which of my chakras should I do first? And for each chakra, what should I do with the taken away part? Should I make sure any entity who might be there comes out with the pulled part? Should I evaporate the pulled pieces into space, send them into the earth, imagine them gone to Procyon, or distributed across the entire cosmos, or used to energize the sun? Is any preference here okay? Is something here wrong from Abbey perspective? Sometimes I have been part bear or eagle, should I change to something on a higher level that you might know about? Would a luminous human be satisfactory? Could I keep some occasional eagle or bear aspect? The bear is experience, the eagle is panoramic vision, see? Should I do this in one go for proper balance, or is one each day okay? Should I leave any of them alone in my case?

  • Where are people now getting this chakra removal craziness? Sorry but that might describe it somehow, or a fashion. Yogis have done meditation all their life in caves without removing chakras. Don’t you think they might know better something? If you really remove your cakras how do you progress in spiritual path? How is your kundalini able to rise if you do it? How do you do meditation without chakras, or what is use to do then asanas or pranayama as they are all related to chakras. Just questioning and wandering.

  • I’m so confused Why do they need to be removed ? I just thought they were energy centres of different parts of the body? Will my chakras just disappear when I’m ready ? To be honest don’t really think about my chakras ? Maybe they aren’t there ? I do have a good sex drive so does that mean that I have a root chakra ? All serious questions I’m starting to feeel like every spiritual path I try to explore something comes along to debunk it ? 🤔😩🙏

  • never had this done but for any you guys be leave in spiritual beings id been visited by dark energies sounds crazy i agree this whatever reached into the back of my head, i remember everything went black and felt something squeeze my brain at the rear i jumped up quickly although the light were still on i was looking around the room there was nothing there. next day i woke i felt at peace but felt very ordinary as if something had been removed from me. before this happened i was practicing chakra exercises these would open them up further to such an extent i could actually feel my aura pulsing around my body it was really a profound experience when the above happened ti me i could no longer initiate the sensing of the auric field
