Is temperance a reconciliation?
Temperance is a card that symbolizes mixing and moderation, and is crucial in reconciliation readings. It highlights that a relationship is a combination of two people’s pasts, present, desires, stresses, joys, and fears. One-on-one relationships can bring joy, support, and belonging, but when something goes wrong, it can be devastating to one’s life and spirit. The Five of Pentacles card suggests feeling isolated and shut out of a relationship, potentially due to financial and spiritual loss. Is temperance and prudence the same?
Aristotle’s concept of virtue, initially referring to the “good life” of a righteous person, is based on the life of a free, educated, male citizen in an ancient Greek city. Prudence is an intellectual virtue that guides practical decision-making, while justice governs human relationships and social interaction. Fortitude is human commitment and inner strength, and temperance regulates appetites and emotions. Although Aristotle’s notion of the virtuous person may be elitist, his theory of virtue is sound, as it suggests that by repeatedly practicing truth-telling, one can develop a habit of truth-telling.
What is the sin of temperance?
Temperance is a virtue that is essential for personal growth and well-being. It involves avoiding sins such as lust, drunkenness, and gluttony, which are not just about a person’s dietary habits but also about their self-control and attachment to certain foods. Glittony, as pointed out by C. S. Lewis, is characterized by grumpiness, impatience, uncharitability, and self-concernedness due to stomach issues.
St. John Paul II emphasized the importance of temperance in order to be fully human. He emphasized that our passions, faculties, emotions, and abilities, all given by God, need to be controlled by temperance. Pride, the excessive love of the self, is a sin against temperance and must be countered with true humility. Anger, while righteous, can become destructive without temperance and can harm others.
To acquire moderation and self-control of temperance, practice, substantial effort, prayer, and time are necessary. This season of Lent offers an opportunity to practice, effort, prayer, and time, which are essential for cultivating temperance and avoiding sins such as lust, drunkenness, and gluttony.
Can tarot cards predict reconciliation?
Tarot can offer valuable insights and guidance for those seeking clarity in love relationships. These cards are not specifically designed to detect cheating, but they can be associated with themes related to deceit, betrayal, or infidelity.
The Seven of Swords is associated with deception and dishonesty, suggesting someone is attempting to be secretive or sneaky in their actions. While it doesn’t necessarily indicate cheating in a romantic relationship, it can signify a lack of trust or a hidden agenda. The interpretation of these cards is subjective and context-dependent.
What tarot card represents forgiveness?
The Hierophant and Justice may decide who should be forgiven and punished, with the Hermit also connected to this concept. The 6 of Cups, 2 of Cups, and the Star are considered more overtly forgiving cards in the RWS deck. The 6 and 2 of Cups show people communicating with love, while the Star is a heavenly or universal entity that provides hope, healing, and forgiveness. These cards can be seen as a way to show love and forgiveness, promoting a sense of forgiveness and healing.

Pile 3. I’m on a twin flame journey, too. I constantly dream of them. Recently had a dream that I was about to propose to them and they had an intuition and asked me while smiling “Are you going to ask me to marry you?” And I said “Yes” and woke up immediately after. They typically come into my dream apologizing to me for ending things and saying we’ll be reunited again.
Pile 2 : makes sense. Twin Flames … tower/ separation is so needed. Maturing into unconditional love and reverence, worship, love and adoration for each other… without the wounds and fears takes time. I already know he is gonna come back! Thanks for the confirmation. The billion dollar question is, when? ❤ brilliant reading. Ty Ps – ” focus” ” movement” cards – I’ve been focused on dancing 💃🏾 again. I was raped by my dance teacher some 24.5 yrs ago and my twin brought this wound to light. I’ve been forgiving and healing ❤️🩹 myself and dancing 💃🏾 again. Also moving at the end of the month.

Pile 1 ❤all make sense. He still feels the pain his ex caused and has fear of going through the pain again. He is going through the process of letting go of the hurt and working on himself. I do want him in my life. I want everything with him. ❤❤❤claiming reconciliation. Right now I’m giving him space to figure it all out. Thank you.
I think I’ve just about finished all the love readings on this website, and pile 3 is like a good wrap for this cycle of the journey! I welcome what lies ahead, and I trust in spirit for bringing me the powerful changes. Thank you Vibrant Soul for being a voice and being a part of this journey🥰:face-blue-heart-eyes:💖
Pile 3. I’ve been in no contact with my TF for five months now. I had no other choice but to walk away. It was one of the most painful and hardest things I have been through. I have pretty much given up all hope of reconciliation. He is on my mind a lot and there are synchroncities that happen that remind me of him frequently. I doubt he even thinks of me at all based on a conversation that we had had shortly after we broke up. He had done a complete 180, turned into a completely different person and ran from me and our relationship like there was a fire. There is too much unfinished business… I felt betrayed, confused and like the relationship had been all in my head. I am trying my best to move on and completely let go but it’s proving to be very difficult. I think what makes it more difficult for me is knowing that he could care less.
5 months ago my karmic partner left …it has been the most excruciatingly painful experience… physically emotionally and mentally…i struggled with keeping my promise to always livehim and be his friend in a way that was healthy for me…i was giving all if me to fix what was broken…i didn’t k iw about twin Flames untill 1 month ago… But I knew from the start from the time he walked out the door even now…. Nothing in this world is going to stop the love I have nothing in this world is going to ever stop me from being a friend no matter how far away we are no matter what journey we are on in life there is no possible that that anything is going to separate us spiritually… The week after I also made a promise to myself but I’m going to Love like Jesus loves… Now mind you my whole life I’ve but I’ve never been spiritual…well……🤷 I am now….lol and I learned a lot in the last 5 months about myself about who I’m supposed to be and what I need to do none of those things whether I’m alone or ic we are together…. This journey woke something up deep inside that I have been suppressing since I was a child…. Now I’m going to it…. And that requires me to Love like Jesus…. And what I mean by is unconditional love…… I believe true Love Never dies it changes to the need of the person or people we love… We give love with out questions and without reason…thats the truest healing anyone cand give to someone… But i had to learn my promise to always love and be his friend didn’t mean we have to be together.
Pile 3: twin flame: “Be ready to offer mind, body, soul and afterlife for your partner. Do not share your heart with those who will not understand. From moonlight, starlight; levitating to into the abyss Will I run. Hope that is hopeless. Love them with all you have. Never give up… always surrender.”😢❤😢
