The Solar Plexus Chakra’S Calmness?

The Solar Plexus chakra, located near the navel, is an important energy center in the human body that influences various aspects of well-being. It is often associated with the Manipura Chakra and is responsible for self-confidence, willpower, decision-making, stress, and emotions. To unblock this chakra, one must address the wound that keeps them in a place of shame and embrace all parts of themselves.

To begin opening and balancing the Solar Plexus chakra, one can use crystals, essential oils, and affirmations to help balance it. Yoga is a powerful tool for realigning and healing the Solar Plexus Chakra, with poses like Bow Pose, Mountain Pose, Boat Pose, Lion Pose, Seated Spinal Twist, and Warrior Pose.

The Solar Plexus chakra is governed by the fire element, so it is best to wear the color yellow, eat yellow foods, boost confidence with aromatherapy, do heat-building yoga poses, follow a chakra meditation, and engage in small acts of kindness. Additionally, exercising, fresh pure water, living our dreams, and eating plenty of green organic veggies and mineral-rich nutrients are essential for a healthy solar plexus chakra.

To balance the Solar Plexus chakra, one can engage in twisting type yoga poses, candle gazing, connecting with the sun, chanting “Ram”, and doing small acts of kindness. Engaging in activities such as walking, meditation, or sunbathing can help open and restore balance to the third chakra. Meditation techniques like Sahaj Samadhi Meditation and SKY Breath Meditation can also be helpful in balancing the chakras.

In addition to these empowering yoga poses and balancing foods, engaging in heat-creating activities like walking in the sunshine can help awaken inner power and help work through any fear.

  • will relaxing this area along with other areas allow emotions/trauma to be processed? I suffer from issues with dissociation, namely depersonalization/derealization. I’m starting to believe that fixing this issue starts in the body and not in the mind/thoughts. Would like to know your thoughts on this.

  • This legit helped me tonight even after just doing it twice. Hurt a fair bit but I’ve had a dull ache in my lower solar plexus/upper abdomen for awhile now comes on most days and it’s a separate type of pain to my gallstone pain i sometimes get. Had no idea what it wad and feared it was something bad, but this helped alot even after one go. Gonna do this a few times every day until it doesn’t come back often then maintain once a day, such a good move! Thank you 👍👍👍🙏

  • That was an interesting experience. I’m currently nauseous from solar plexus pain. I figured I might as well try this. While shaking, I felt something in my solar plexus. Definitely tension but.. almost like something moving that was uncomfortable. Once the moving and taps were over, I do feel slightly better. I’ll continue doing this. I deal with severe anxiety and I think my solar plexus has been reacting negativity to it these last 6 months. I’ve never had this issue prior. Much appreciated! Best of luck everyone!

  • when i do this exercise, i feel growing tenderness in several areas of my abdomen — bottom left, solar plexus, and to the right of solar plexus as well. I know i have a lot of tension, and rock hard fascia that ive been trying to heal using a fascia blaster tool. Also have hiatal hernia that i manage as well. Is the tenderness in those areas normal you think?
