The ghostspeak amulet is an item worn in the neck slot that enables the wearer to talk to ghosts. It is given to players by Father Urhney in the Lumbridge Swamp during the quest The Restless Ghost. Players must start the quest by talking to Father Aereck inside Lumbridge Church and seeking help from Father Urhney. The amulet is also necessary for talking to any ghost NPC in Port Phasmatys, although players who have completed Ghosts Ahoy can pass through the entry barrier without it.

To get a new Ghostspeak Amulet from Father Urhney, players must pray at the Ectofuntus 7 or more times and talk to the Ghost disciple. After completing the quest One Piercing Note, players can obtain a Holy cithara by obtaining a Ghostspeak Amulet, 35 ecto-tokens or buckets, pots, and bones. If the amulet has been lost, players can always speak with Father Uhrney to receive another one.

The ghostspeak amulet takes on a green glow for the remainder of the quest and can be obtained from Father Urhney. If lost, Netty can enchant more amulets of ghostspeak during the quest. The drop trick can be used to obtain the ghostspeak amulet from a guy in a little shack southeast of Draynor, near the swamps.
