  • The benefits of surya namaskar that Sadhguru described happens only if you perform it slowly. After every inhalation and exhalation, you have to hold breath for at least 3 seconds otherwise those benefits won’t happen. It will be like an exercise where you will lose weight definitely so still helpful but real power comes from performing it slowly.

So when I was in my 10th I was on the chubbier side, When my college began I started to walk a lot, almost 3 or more hours a day and started eating less in the fad of a zero figure and now I’m a way too thin so much that I got my muscles desolved and now I need to regain my muscles back and come to normal.
