I received my new replacement Asus L210 laptop with Windows 11 OS. Once I fully charged the laptop to 100% I shut it down and let it sit for two days (48 hrs). After I started it the battery was still a a 100% charge. Since I will be using both battery and electric power I set future charges to charge to the recommended 80%. My laptop has been holding the charge ever since. New laptop batteries should not loose their charge. It’s not Windows 11 it’s almost always the battery if the laptop is losing a charge more than 1-2% in complete shutdown after a few days. Asus states the same thing.
