A conspiracy theory is an unproven idea that explains an event or set of circumstances as the result of a secret plot by powerful conspirators. It is an unproven idea that can be plausible depending on the weight of the evidence. Rather than gullibility, there are a number of possible conspiracy theories. Bible-believing Christians and Christian nationalists are the most likely demographic to embrace conspiracy theories, including ones related to 9/11 and mass terrorism.
Isaiah 8:12 warns against calling everything a conspiracy and not being afraid of what others fear. The Lord Almighty urges believers to trust in the Lord and not in human alliances or threats. Bible verses about conspiracy from the Old and New Testaments of the Holy Bible, New International, emphasize the importance of critical thinking in a biblical view of knowledge. Conspiracy theories often flourish in times of uncertainty, and Christians should be aware of their potential dangers.
The Bible also discusses the Illuminati, 5G networks, QAnon, adrenochrome, and the space shuttle’s equipment. Critical thinking is crucial to a biblical view of knowledge, and understanding the Bible’s teachings on renewal of minds is essential for combating conspiracy theories.
In summary, conspiracy theories can be powerful and influential, but they should not be dismissed or dismissed. Christians should focus on trusting in the Lord and not being afraid of what others fear.

📹 Tuesday Night Stream | What the Bible Says About Conspiracy Theories
Tonight we are discussing what the bible has to say about conspiracy theories. Resources …
I am reading The Bible straight through. First thing I can say is that it’s very confusing. I just started the Book of Job and there hasn’t been much Satan talk in the books before that one. I also notice it seems like there are a few bad things are referred to as a “Satan”. One thing that stands out in Job is when Satan tells God he has been “walking to and fro up and down the Earth” and it made me think about the time in which believe that book was written and how little we really know about traveling. It’s the same with God. He has several different names depending on where you read and several things are credited to the Lord being present. There are so many authors I never expected it not to be a little confusing but I am grateful for YouTube and the articles I find on here that help explain things I might not completely grasp. There is so much we think we know but I couldn’t believe all the things I have never heard about since I have been reading this book. Even if someone doesn’t believe in God, I encourage you to read this book. It’s literally the coolest, most fascinating book I have ever had the pleasure of reading and I can really get lost in some of the stories and lose track of time researching and reading. I have a lot of books left to read including removed books. I wanna read it all. Enoch and Jubilees are the only removed books I have read so far. I do hope as I get further into The Bible I will learn more about Satan and his craziness. What happens to Job to test his faith toward God is downright mean but it makes sense I guess since he is trying to prove God wrong and claim Job would turn away from him but it’s still awful to hear what Satan put Job through.
Satan is mentioned once more in the Gospels: it says he enters Judas who then went out and betrayed Jesus. The woman giving birth to the Male child in Revelation is not Mary, but she represents Israel. The sun, the moon, and the twelve stars she is crowned with is also told in Genesis when Joseph had a dream about the same sun, moon, and twelve stars. He said the stars represent him and his eleven brothers. The moon his mother. And the sun his father (Jacob, or Israel). The woman is not Mary, but the nation of Israel.
There’s a reason the saying “The greatest trick the devil played, was convincing you that he didn’t exist.” is so good. It’s another way of saying that if you aren’t aware of the possibility of sin, then you will almost certainly sin. It’s probably the greatest possible way to unknow yourself, or be tricked as it were.
“How you are fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, You who weakened the nations! For you have said in your heart: ‘I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will also sit on the mount of the congregation On the farthest sides of the north; I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High.’ Yet you shall be brought down to Sheol, To the lowest depths of the Pit.” Isaiah 14:12-15
It’s so refreshing to see media that is unbiased, thoroughly researched and eloquently put forward. I’m sure not everyone will agree with me because your speaking about religion but I think your opinion and explanation of ” satan” and the way western world interprets the concept of the devil is spot on. Just had to say great article and love your content!
I love this show so much, and I thought it was very intriguing how you presented such a well thought out theory. Very interesting! I just think it probably goes a bit deeper than that, as Revelation clearly talks about a war between good and evil, with a physical battle taking place, not allegorical or through parables. Jesus talks about resisting “the devil” and he will flee from you… so although I think it is a fascinating theory, I’m not quite so sure that’s the case. I do think its fascinating how Zoroastrianism could have influenced the culture though!
The bible evidences Job as a real person as he is mentioned in the book of Ezekiel (specifically chapter 24 verses 14 and 20) alongside other notable/actual men who were very much so real. I have never seen a parable mentioned more than once, I could be wrong, but I believe that all of Christ’s parables were told “in the heat of the moment”. Thoughts?
People- please take note, angels don’t actually have “true forms”. They are spiritual beings and are without form at all. Those wheels with eyes, the beings that cover themselves with wings, those are “semi-true forms”. They reflect the complexity of the angels. But in the instances in where people were met by angels, the angels appeared mostly as glowing humans, with wings. The glowing made others afraid, and that’s why the angels said don’t be afraid. They glow simply because they have been in the presence of God. Even Moses after speaking to God came down the mountain, his face radiant, and it caused the others to not want to go near him.
If a belief in Satan as a member of God’s court is the only doctrinally sound position, what are we to make of demons who Jesus cast out multiple times in his ministry? In Matthew 8:28-34, Mark 5:1-20, and Luke 8:26-39 Jesus casts out a group of demons calling themselves Legion, which then beg him not to send them to the Abyss so he casts them into pigs instead. Are these demons also members of God’s court?
There is a problem with reading job as poetry as opposed to a historical event. The problem is that Job has some of the greatest biblical revelations about science that nobody at that time could have possibly known. If this was simply the words of man to paint a picture and “address some of humanities biggest issues”, the people writing these things wouldn’t know a lot of what was stated in the book. Before you go commenting, do a little research on all the revelations we find in Job about the universe. They have proven to be true after thousands of years.
I once saw a prime mover truck, with one of those fibre glass name tags that you sometimes see over the truck bonnet, on some big prime mover trucks, it said the “Devil dog” which I thought was clever because you had to notice that even though in your rear vision mirror behind you when you read what it said that even though the letters were backwards some times you can still make out words when there letters were re – arranged backwards, & backwards the “Devil Dog”, just happens to be “God Lived”, ha ha
John 3:16-21 “”For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him. “There is no judgment against anyone who believes in him. But anyone who does not believe in him has already been judged for not believing in God’s one and only Son. And the judgment is based on this fact: God’s light came into the world, but people loved the darkness more than the light, for their actions were evil. All who do evil hate the light and refuse to go near it for fear their sins will be exposed. But those who do what is right come to the light so others can see that they are doing what God wants.””
In different religions satan takes different forms but people seem to always associate islam and Christianity as the same thing apart from the fact that Muslims must pray 5 times a day but it is really different when you really try to look into the quaran but the main point is that although religions share similarities in their beliefs, it doesn’t mean that they think of things in the same way. And that kids is why you should never trust anything you see on the internet (Except Rick Astley)
Il take my theology somewhere other than infographics. Although I appreciate their efforts. Saying that satan is there to point out the shortcomings of christianity would imply that God is imperfect which is contradictory to the Bible. If this were true, why would anyone worship an imperfect god? Removing satan from the equation removes any liability in denying Jesus and leaves only the possibility of a better place such as heaven. Nice try, but there are consequences for our choice here on earth.
I read that Lucifer was the most like God because God wanted someone who could understand him. Unfortunately, because Lucifer is the most beautiful angel (And is still gorgeous in his true form) his pride and arrogance went to his head. And the morning star turned against God. Because of his own vanity.
This is partly right. The thing about satan referring to the accuser is right, as is most of the stories from the Bible. Thing is, this article summarizes the stories and doesn’t actually capture the full picture. Those who want a more accurate and not misleading look at the unseen realm should get the story from theologians.
The 1st mistake is equating Satan with Lucifer. The Bible never says they are one and the same. These, when the writings are truly understood, are separate beings. And there is given no real physical description of Satan. Only symbolic ones. As in the epic Revelation. Lots of misconceptions about the so-called “Evil One”.
For those members of clergy that are still preaching, but are now non-believers, and have been for some time, there is help at The Clergy Project. These people are ex-members of clergy and can help you to find a new way of life. As have so many members of clergy in the past that faced the same dilemma and did not have others in which they felt they could confide, please do not do anything drastic. You are not alone. For members of clergy to come out as non-believers is extremely difficult, because those who do, will lose their only means of income, often they will lose their families, and those they thought were their friends. Chances are, they will be on their own. After being a non-believer for approximately five years, while still preaching as though he was a devout believer, ex-pastor Mike Aus came out with his confession on National television. He now has support from members of The Clergy Project.
This is very well put together. Yes, Judaism views “Hasatan” (The Accuser) as a created being with the sole job of tempting and accusing. He is an angelic being on a leash. If he has the ability to “cause chaos” on his own accord as Christianity would believe, then G-d is not G-d. In Judaism, ALL things are in G-d’s will. Otherwise G-d is not G-d. Mankind was blessed with the ability of free-will so angels cannot chose to do anything (like rebel). In Judaism, angels are created for a specific assignment, and when that assignment is complete, the angel is “no more”. (This is aside from the established angelic beings like Gabriel, Michael, Uriel, etc).
People will ask me “if God is so powerful why doesn’t he get rid of satan”. He actually did, but Satan cast his spirit on this earth. Satan knew the only way he could get at God is through us by teaching us the difference between wrong and right, good and bad. God loves us so much he still gives us the choice
He casted out demons. They very much believed in the evil eye even before Jesus. They had to have believed in a actual spirit being the adversary. The concept was there. God being perfect and the adversary being a creation that wasnt perfect and under God. Hes still apposed creation of humans. He’s not a personification of gods uncertainty or dislike of humanity upon creation.
When they ate the fruit of knowledge of good and evil… again, as you point out, I think this, too, is symbolism. I’ve often wondered what is actually meant by this “eating” of the evil fruit. After the fact, however, I’m pretty sure (my opinion) that this fruit of good and evil does not ever have to be “eaten” by any of us again for ALL of us to continue to have this temptation-like creature permanently embedded (within us.) So, if I’m right, wouldn’t an embedded creature who temps us from within to do evil be considered a supernatural enemy?
While you have a compelling argument I beg to differ. If there is something living in me that temps me to do and say bad things and tells me I shouldn’t believe in miracles … That is MORE than showing me where I need to work on myself or where “I may be weak.” It is a downright liar! And that, my friend, is an enemy to God.
I was also taught that he was the accuser/advesary working along side Yahweh. When satan spoke to yah he went back into heaven and God asked where were you. If he didnt belong there he would have asked what are you doing here. Theres also a bible verse about angels choosing who will go down to earth to cause destruction. My question is why would they be tourmented in the lake of fire for virtually getting permission to do these things.
Did you know that when Nebuchadnezzar dreamt about the governments of the world, he dreamt of a statue with 4 components. Good. Silver. Brass. Iron and clay. Daniel 2:32-33 The head of the statue was made of pure gold, its chest and arms of silver, its belly and thighs of bronze, its legs of iron, its feet partly of iron and partly of baked clay. Now he then saw this. Daniel 2:34 While you were perusal, a rock was cut out, but not by human hands. It struck the statue on its feet of iron and clay and smashed them. Now these 4 parts of the statues represent four world empires. It is basically Babylon, Persia, Greece and Rome. Now, in response Nebuchadnezzar built a statue entirely of gold. Daniel 3:1 King Nebuchadnezzar made an image of gold, sixty cubits high and six cubits wide, and set it up on the plain of Dura in the province of Babylon. What people do not realise is this. He is telling the whole world that he will rule forever. As such, in his mind, Persia, Greece and Rome will not be able to defeat him. The statue is just GOLD. Thus, what did that mean? It means he will rule forever and forever. This is what Isaiah meant when he said. Isaiah 14:13 You said in your heart, “I will ascend to the heavens; I will raise my throne above the stars of God; I will sit enthroned on the mount of assembly, on the utmost heights of Mount Zaphon. Now. He viewed himself as God. That is why Isaiah called him Lucifer. Isaiah 14:12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning!
In Islamic tradition, Originally Satan was a Jin named Iblis. In english, Jins are called Genie (for example Genie of the lamp of Aladdin). Jinkind are invisible to us. But unlike angels they have free will. Iblis was a devout worshipper of God. He reached such high status in worshipping God that he was raised to the level of the angels. When God created Adam he told Iblis and all the angels to prostrate to Adam. All the angels prostrated but Iblis refused God’s command. He was arrogant and prideful because he was made from Fire and Adam was made from clay. So God banished him forever. Iblis begged for a ‘Power’ from God in return for the worship he has done before. And that is the power to whisper evil into the hearts of mankind and tempt them to go astray from God’s path. “And (remember) when We said to the angels: “Prostrate yourselves unto Adam.” So they prostrated themselves except Iblis (Satan). He was one of the jinn; he disobeyed the command of his Lord. Will you then take him (Iblis) and his offspring as protectors and helpers rather than Me while they are enemies to you?” (Quran 18;50)
Many devotees of religion want to blame a devil for “leading their spiritually weakened souls” to commit evil behavior. How else, and for what “reason” would the ritual of exorcisms exist among both Catholics and Protestants? Is the devil “able” to sneak into their souls, and rule over them? What happened to Jesus taking away all their sins, so the devil can’t attack their souls? As an Atheist, if I commit horrible behavior, I will be taking full responsibility for that behavior. And if I am kind to others, I won’t be feigning humility by claiming that it is a loving god that is leading me. It will be me that is responsible for both types of behaviors. It’s time to grow up, and out of archaic religions.
My wish is that we good, fair people win against the wicked, evil ones, and that does include the devil worshipers, bullies. I had enough of being bullied by these kind. I need the girls,i need love,i need happiness…….i need respect. Let us team up against THEM. These are dark times as i see,not only for me, but many of us good people, satan is involved and those who follow him to ruin us,i was not born yesterday,i look around, and i know a thing or two……
As I watched this, a commercial for “The Chosen” comes on. (for anyone who doesn’t know, The Chosen is a show about Christ’s earthly ministry). Also, it’s not Satan’s job to accuse us. God makes him appear before Him. You selected only a few accounts of The Fallen Angel and didn’t see the whole picture. Thank you for reading this. You don’t have to believe it, but I wanted to clear that up.
WOW, I don’t know. Jesus certainly personified Satan in his scathing rebuke to the religious leaders of the day. Who or what is it then that “roams around the world seeking whom he may devour? Who or what was cast out of heaven? Isn’t Satan also called the great deceiver? Seems to me his greatest deception would be to convince mankind he doesn’t exist.
“Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love Me, for I came forth from God and am here; for I have not even come on My own, but He sent Me. Why do you not understand what I am saying? It is because you cannot listen to My word. You are of your father the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth because there is no truth in him. Whenever he tells a lie, he speaks from his own nature, because he is a liar and the father of lies.” John 8:42-44 NASB2020
Satan fell before he tempted Adam and Eve in the Garden (Genesis 3:1–14). Satan’s fall, therefore, must have occurred somewhere after the time the angels were created and before he tempted Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. Whether Satan’s fall occurred hours, days, or years before he tempted Adam and Eve in the Garden, Scripture does not say
You said that no other being at the fruit of good and evil so no other creation can rebel like we did but that us false. If you read the Bible and the book of genesis it says in the reason why God casted Adam and Eve and God says. “Look now they are like us they know Good and Evil. I must cast them out of the garden of eden before they eat from the tree of life.”
Very interesting insights. I’m a little confused about Adam and Eve though. In Genesis, God curses the serpent to live on it’s belly and eat dust. If the serpent is Satan, why would God punish a member of his court for doing his job? If the serpent is not Satan, but just a tool that Satan is using….why punish the serpent at all? I’m not a christian, but I have read the bible quite a bit and like learning about it.
Yes, but The Accuser is also not supported by God, as God himself rebukes him multiple times even in the old testament. I don’t remember where, but I think when Isaiah(I’m not sure) has a vision of Joshua being accused by The Accuser, God then rebukes the accuser and purifies Joshua. So we can say that, it isn’t exactly an assigned job, but a role taken up by him. There is a strong argument to be made that perhaps this accuser is the same as the fallen Devil in the revelations, as both serve similar purposes.
How do you explain this?:How you have fallen from heaven, O morning star, son of the dawn! You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low the nations!13You said in your heart, “I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God; I will sit enthroned on the mount of assembly, on the utmost heights of the sacred mountain.14I will ascend above the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.”15But you are brought down to the grave, to the depths of the pit.16Those who see you stare at you, they ponder your fate: “Is this the man who shook the earth and made kingdoms tremble,17the man who made the world a desert, who overthrew its cities and would not let his captives go home?”18All the kings of the nations lie in state, each in his own tomb.19But you are cast out of your tomb like a rejected branch; you are covered with the slain, with those pierced by the sword, those who descend to the stones of the pit. Like a corpse trampled underfoot,20you will not join them in burial, for you have destroyed your land and killed your people. The offspring of the wicked will never be mentioned again.21Prepare a place to slaughter his sons for the sins of their
No one can or should ever take the Place of Almighty God because their cannot be another perfect being like God, Satan an Imperfect being tried to replace God but thank God he didnt succeed otherwise the universe and the world would be hopeless and catastrophic, only God can hold the World and the universe by his power…
This is just what I was looking for. I’m seeing too many professed Christians swallowing so much of this nonsense only to shun disbelieving family, friends, and believing that following Jesus means being a prepper and arming for the Apocalypse. They’re so far down the rabbit hole they don’t realize they’ve lost all trust in the Lord. Jesus said not to worry over the things that are coming on the earth so I don’t. Everything is under His control.
We just had this conversation about the 9/11 attacks last night with a group of ladies that I had dinner with. I just remained quiet and let them talk. One lady actually admitted that she’s addicted to this stuff….that she can’t get enough of it even though it’s stresses her out. As a matter of fact, a couple of the other ladies said the same thing. So then why continue to dwell on things that you cannot control?! I want to stay as far away from stress and anxiety as I possibly can. We need to lay off the conspiracy theories, and just trust in The LORD! He knows what He’s doing!
