How do I choose a chakra stone?
Chakras are the energy centers of the body, located along the spine, and are represented by seven main chakras: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Each chakra has a unique color and corresponding stone, such as red jasper or black obsidian, which can be used to heal or balance it. The word “chakra” comes from the Sanskrit word for “wheel”, and when in balance, energy flows freely and we feel healthy. However, when one or more chakras are blocked, it can lead to physical, emotional, or mental imbalances and health issues.
Each chakra has a symbol and mantra that can be used to activate and balance its energy. By choosing a chakra stone based on the chakra you want to focus on, you can achieve a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

How do I know if my third eye is open?
The article identifies six signs of an open Third Eye: increased intuition, vivid dreams and vision, sensitivity to energies, increased psychic abilities, increased awareness, and synchronicities. These signs can help guide decision-making and daily life with accuracy. Vivid dreams and vision can be more symbolic and meaningful, often containing messages about the spiritual path or subconscious mind. Sensitivity to energies, such as tingling sensations or warmth in the forehead area, can also indicate an open Third Eye.
What is the third eye chakra for?
The sixth chakra, the third eye chakra, is responsible for pattern recognition and seeing, allowing us to perceive objects from a distance. It is the “internal screen” where memory, fantasy, images, archetypes, intuition, and imagination are displayed. The third eye chakra is our gut feeling, inner teacher, and strong intuition. When open, individuals feel intuitive with their body and mind, have a good memory of the past, and can recall dreams in detail.
They have a strong imagination and follow their gut feelings. When balanced, the sixth chakra experiences a strong perception of surroundings and can think symbolically and visualize concepts, ideas, and dreams. Conversely, when closed off, the third eye chakra can hinder our ability to perceive and process information.
What blocks the third eye?
The development of the third eye chakra is heavily influenced by the health of the lower five chakras, which create the platform for the next. Imbalances in these chakras can affect perception and block us from inner spiritual wisdom. Abuses to the body, emotions, autonomy, heart, or freedom of expression can affect the opening of the sixth chakra, which stores images that link with experience. The third eye chakra develops during adolescence, and even if all five lower chakras are in balance, certain situations can contribute to third eye blockages. Therefore, it is crucial to address any imbalances in these chakras to ensure the overall well-being of the individual.

My sister and I really enjoy perusal your articles together. We enjoyed learning more about the Chakras, it’s very interesting. We would really like perusal a article where you talk about how the journey to open and balance the Chakras has been, what you have noticed and how it feels to have a blocked chakra and how to know when it is open. I hope you can make a article about your journey. Hope you are doing well!
My third eye is slightly open since my early twenties. I can see a bit of my aura in the mirror if I make the effort and I have clairaudient moments and I sometimes dream about things I shouldn’t know about, or that haven’t happened yet. They are tiny little psychic moments, but it’s not highly developed. I remember that many years ago I used to meditate with prehnite on my third eye. I would feel this pressure on my forehead while meditating with it. Apparently prehnite connects the heart chakra and the third eye. Shamans in South Africa used it to thin the veil. At some point I saw a tiny shadow entity cross (…float across…) the hall in my mother’s centenial house. I had felt entities before, but seeing them was too much for me. I wasn’t comfortable with it, so I stopped meditating with prehnite. I think I’ve become braver recently. Maybe I could open my third eye a little wider and see what happens.
