As a Pisces sun with Gemini in the 12th house, I have struggled with communicating with strangers and unfamiliar people. I am however rlly good at debates, writing in general and speaking! This is so true. I can’t wait to reveal this side of me. I feel my biggest weakness has been my lack of communication. Ive found I was very talkative all throughout my life, I can do small talk but get bored easily half way through or distracted especially if I’m outside lol. Ok I’m sorry, but I have to call bullshit on Vedic Astrology the more I study. Hugely. According to Vedic, I am a Sagittarius Sun and Gemini Asc… but my communication is godawful. In Tropical I am a Cancer Asc with Gemini in the 12th which makes waaaaaaay more sense. Communication is the hidden part of my life… And I am shy, moody, motherly, and a homebody like the Cancer Asc. Gemini rising here. Was baptized a catholic but I consider myself agnostic. I’m curious about what other religious or nonreligious people have to say about god, their beliefs, their values, their morals and so forth. I find it interesting how different religions have so much commonalities but people tend to focus on the differences. Aside from that, everything else describes me well. The non-stop thinking is especially true. How in the world do people just not think at all?

I have Gemini rising with Mercury conjunct the Moon in the second house so I love to talk and I love to learn and of course my mother and I are telepathic with one another. I am in a Major Moon period that started on September 29th 2021 and my mother crossed over two days later. She is in Spirit now but I hear her very clearly and she is protecting me from my evil brothers . . . I have Jupiter/Saturn in the 7th house and they have been using vexatious litigation and false allegations to try and have me evicted from her home. On February 10th my brother assaulted me and pinned me into a closet and would not let me up and then he framed me for assault and filed a false claim of elder abuse and used that to obtain a TRO. Rahu is conjunct my Sun and Venus in Leo in the 3rd house. I went into a Rahu sub-period on February 26th of 2022 and my brother had me served with a TRO on February 25th. I always say, “When you go into a Rahu period, it is like the Universe pulls the rug out from under you.” I was homeless for 17 days and had to sleep in my car with my dog and my cat for 3 nights. I won in court on March 14th but my brother is relentless (he has four planets in Taurus). Now, I am in a sub sub period of Jupiter/Saturn until 10/29 and my brothers are still using the courts to hurt me but so far my mother has thwarted their efforts. This is my Karma . . . and I will not be bullied or intimidated by my unenlightened brothers. The days of Patriarchy and control of women through “blind obedience” and “violence” are over.

I always thought having GEmini in my chart would be a curse, but hearing this its very spot on & totally glad I’m gemini Rising! as a writer Im always throwing some historical yoga / ayurveda / eastern philosophy in my writing. Almost noone talks about Draconic Astrology, but this is my ascendent in Draconic Astrology. Its sounds a lot like me (and there are no functional malefics for a Gemini ascendent, so I will take that, lol) Another thing I hear very little about is the Part of Fortune. My Part of Fortune is conjunct Mercury, so that may explain my emphasis on communication and philosophical approaches to career.
I’ve got a question. So the chart that I’m reading has a Gemini ascendant but most of the first house is in cancer (with some Gemini). The second house also is mostly cancer, then some of it in Leo. So at first I could apply what you are saying here with each house but as I continue down, it starts shifting to the next zodiac mostly in that house rather than the one you are saying in that article. For example, the 5th house is mostly in scorpio instead. I first assumed to not apply the information, but maybe I’m wrong….does it only matter where the beginning of the house starts in their chart or does it matter more about which zodiac is mostly in that house?
I’m totally confused at this point. I was born a twin, a twin sister. I’ve been following vedic astrology using the sidereal zodiac which makes my ascendant Taurus. Now i’ve discovered a group of vedic astrologers using the tropical zodiac when calculating the signs which puts me into Gemini. Somehow Gemini seems like a better fit than Taurus and I have over 60+ to make this determination. Any thoughts?
I have a question, PLEASE ANSWER ;P seeing as I am a gemini rising, and you indicate that I have aquarius in my ninth house, but in my natal chart is says capricorn in the ninth house. However, I associate far more strongly with the aquarian description of the ninth house (maybe because I’m aquarius sun) But which of the two should I trust more? Thanks
