The root chakra, located at the base of the spine, is most closely associated with anger. However, imbalances in other chakras, such as the Throat or Heart chakras, can also contribute to anger. Addressing anger is crucial for emotional well-being and can have a profound impact on relationships and overall quality of life. By learning which chakra is for anger, we can begin to identify patterns. The Sacral Chakra, located in the lower abdomen, is the energy center associated with emotions, creativity, and relationships. When this chakra is imbalanced or blocked, it can manifest as various issues.
To balance the solar plexus chakra and address excessive anger and aggression, it is important to focus on calming and stabilizing the energy center. The first chakra (Muladhara) is associated with security, stability, and survival instincts. Chakra work can be an effective tool for managing and healing anger. Anger is often associated with the first chakra (root), represented by red.
The fourth chakra, or heart chakra, is considered the center of emotions love and grief. Rage is often associated with the 1st chakra, located near the third eye chakra. A closed off second chakra can lead to excessive boundaries, poor social skills, and anger. When the third eye chakra is open and balanced, intuition is in tune, and things are clear and focused.
In summary, understanding the connection between anger and our energy centers is essential for emotional well-being and overall quality of life. Balancing the root chakra and other chakras can help manage and heal anger effectively.

Excellent tips to control anger and save ourselves from self-destruction. Many people find it difficult to deal with their anger levels.
What chakra is responsible for anger?
The solar plexus chakra, located near the navel, is associated with anger, joy, laughter, and personal power. It is associated with ambition, sensitivity, and general ability. Blocking the solar plexus may lead to frustration, anger, or victimization. The heart chakra, the center of love, brings compassion, peace, and harmony. Its color is green. Blocking the heart chakra may manifest as immune system, heart, or lung issues or a lack of compassion, inhumanity, or unethical behavior.

What chakra holds trauma?
The root chakra, a fundamental aspect of the Hindu chakra system, is closely related to the instinctive aspect of longing for security and stability. It is developed as a fetus in our mother’s womb and is the energy center that is most related to traumatic experiences and memories. All seven chakras store traumatic and difficult memories that correspond to their unique life themes and emotional lessons.
Traumatic trauma is any unforgettable, deep-seated memory whose impressions become engraved in us, transforming into imprints and irrational conclusions about life and others. These impressions seem almost unerasable because in those moments, the stable and familiar picture of our life was severely disrupted and shaken in unexpected ways. Unprepared, our body and mind became frozen, and we sank into a state of powerlessness.
Some difficult memories can be described more specifically as root chakra traumas. These experiences are directly related to physical dangers, life-threatening situations, and upheavals and their resulting profound insecurity. Physical traumas may involve serious diseases or chronic conditions, times in which our loved ones were exposed to great danger, the deaths of people around us, our own near-death experience, violent attacks or physical abuse turned toward us or others, facing natural disasters, wars, and terror attacks, and physical shocks while in the womb or during birth.
In conclusion, the root chakra is the energy center that is most related to traumatic experiences and memories, and its impressions accumulate inside it. Understanding the connection between trauma and the root chakra is crucial for personal growth and healing.

Realization of being lone in this whole world is the worst moment in life. What if there is no such loved one in our life. Who is there to hear us – ‘nobody’ 😥. Everybody who has got close to me have their own benefits from me. One true friend or companion, I think this phrase is not applicable to me. Whoever I have met and shared time has exploited me one or the other way. Such experiences have made me stay away from people. Don’t know if same happens to other people too. But in my case, there is nobody ever. 😥
The best way to deal w anger is to acknowledge it dont deny it and thrn cut it at its root – interpretations. All emotions come from interpretations change the interpretations and the feelings changes. How shift the interpretatiin? Simply by asking within ourselves God Spirit Higher Mind to see it different. Be still to receive answers usually comes wirhin minutes or at latest day or two if were sincere. but remember to feel it dont deny it just dont act on it and ask for a different interpretation. Love and Light Eternal.
Yes mam one should use alphabetical way to cure anger under the hand of Dalai Lanma sir .for example -if one speaks in anger which is will you ..the response start with v that is very calm understanding I need . Another example is shut up the response should start with q that is question your thought.

i have lot of anger issues. but they are mostly triggered by stress. today morning i had so much stress thinking about the things i have to complete but all i did was sit in one place and read my study notes. i usually dont respond to stress that well. its hard for me. and i still have to learn to deal with it
1. Be quiet, no tangent just clear points. Clear confusion when your mind is settled 2. Don’t dwell on past arguments. Let go to negative feelings 3. Don’t get affected by someone else, choose to be indifferent. Will prevent from over reacting. 4. Drink water when becoming angry or go for walk alone to reflect on situation rather than react 5. Maintain relaxed mindset. Don’t take life too seriously.
A few moment ago I had a heated argument with my mother only because of inadequate amount of salt in food, after a minute I felt terrible and very shameful for my behavior and realized that my anger issues are really high I get angry very quickly, Also I had an argument with my friend due to inconvenience in clash of clans. Although that was both sides fault, but I am very sorry from my side. It took that fight very deep and now I have a mixed feeling about it. I know why I have this angwr issues, it’s because of lack of exercise and excessive masturbation 😢. And I can’t control it. Thank you mam for your explanation the concept is now easy to me and I will work ok it ❤🙏
I had an argue with my matashri today which was beneficial and was related to my health problem but without reason i scolded my matashri. But later i realized that i should not have to do that as she was talking about me and thinking about it. Later I was so sorry about it. Sorry matashri. I love you so much.Don’t take me seriously❤😢
Awesome article 🤗🤗🤗🤗 Thank you Grandma ❤️❤️❤️❤️ This was so helpful. I’d like to talk to y’all about Jesus. The son of God who is also God that came to Earth to redeem us from sin and eternal condemnation in hell. He took our place on the cross to earn us salvation and eternity with the father in God’s kingdom. God loves you and all he wants is for us to worship him in spirit and in truth by faith in Jesus Christ his son who he sent for our salvation. Heaven is real, hell is real. Our Good works CANNOT earn us salvation. It is only through believing in Jesus as God, lord and savior that we are saved. Come to Jesus today😊🤗 God loves you all. Have a great day ❤️
If you have to respond, make sure to little bit think about what you have to say and then open your mouth. Don’t go off tangent. Only make your point clear. Its best to clear out any confusion when mind is settled. You cant speak out when angry. Settle it first. Try and become more alert and aware. If you have thoughts of anger, immediately do something to calm it down and remove anger by walking, asanas, prayanamas. Settle down then think of solving problem.
I have a specific problem. When i get angry i bite in my own hands. Its like how in some forms of therapy some people need to squeeze a stress ball. But because i bite my own hands i get these weird bruised spots on my hands. I want it to go away. Granted now i am wearing a special necklace i can bite in. But it’s not enough. I think being able to control my anger is the key.
i’ve alot of anger issue and had alot of ego because of that i lost my loved friends my very loving boyfriend got depressed faced anxiety and many issue i have finally decieded to restart without ego and anger i’ve forgetten everything that broke me deep inside even tho i say i feel better now no it is not true somewhere i regreted every dicision made by me 😔
All of my anger issues grew up by seeing my family disturbances, them fighting with eachother all the time, dragging personal matters to offend one another I mean istg there isn’t a day without a fight and seeing them having this type of behaviour btwn em automatically affected my behaviour therefore I’ve had became so rude that even if it’s a humanly mistakes or anything it get into my veins and it eventually makes me throw my anger hard to that particular individual and for fk sake my half of the fam irritates me so freaking much that I lose my control on my anger and I spoke things which is right but in such a rude way which make em not to accept the reality of em ( which they never do) and will treat me differently from all of my siblings I mean partiality is fully packed in the packet of ours especially with me they would never have had thought of me getting hurt or disturbed rather just call me out all the time for their needs which most probably I couldn’t ignore coz it’s just my nature of not saying no even tho they hv hurted me the most ik it’s a lil bad of me to myself yet I just want some love which I barely get (pure ones I meant) And I’m sorry for all of my words which have hurted u by any possible way! But irl I rlly don’t mean it yet ily mom and dad! 🙂
I say toxic words when i get anger…that’s why my mom don’t talking with me about 3 months…but i still hadn’t gotten any change in my behaviour… I just can’t control myself from saying those toxic words…I am really toxic! I know it. Maybe your suggestions would help me from being the worst person…i want to change myself
Currently i am not feeling well beacuse i face a massive anger issue Today i throw many thing which is around on me and i was crying minute to minute suddenly mom juct come and i also yelled her This time i feel terrible i am having headeck and continusily weeping I dont know Ki ye mera anger control hoga ya bhi nhi but i think mujhe apni familys e dur ho jana cahiye kyuki ve hurt hote h i am feeling depressd
I am angry very angry right now.but I am not delusional. I am not confused. He cheated .he is abusive. Ni loved him.yes I am consumed cz I am mad.but m hurt.its not illogical…n I wam to b silent but the hurt in me is louder than ma heart beat.all what u sayin is easier to say when u r not in a situation but ok.
It all comes down to forgiveness of ones own damn parents for bringing us into this shitty existence in the first place. These aren’t tips as such are they? They are simply reasons to why one gets angry, the difficulty is being able to do these things, not simply mentioning them as if one wasn’t aware of them… example, your problem with smoking is that you smoke cigarettes! no shit!! haha well your solution is to stop smoking them… kids stuff…
Everything is fair with content but showing hijab wearing ladies to promote that as normal or to show off urself as cool is not acceptable especially in this type of yogic cultural platform!! The pictures should ve vibes of our culture only to represent a meaningful synchronization with words of shrimadbjagwtGeeta!! Hijab is completely a sign of repressive culture nd started by imaging women as purely submissive creature in their culture! Many of them don’t want to wear it if offered freedom from orthodox family !! LET them admire neutral, flexible and modern lifestyle by not showing those wearings as normal!!
