This info is a rabbit hole that has ensnared me. Lunar cycles, sound therapy, meditation, avoiding specific foods and breathing techniques are but a taste of what is available online! My current ritual is different if it’s my lunar week of two days before my sign is due, 3 days in my sign, and 2 days after. Eating normally, but avoiding fast food (for good body ph). During my lunar cycle – 1. I am drinking kombucha for breakfast, skip lunch and eat a well-portioned and home-cooked meal with no salt, no sugar, no caffeine, no alcohol, no processed food. 2. Avoiding crowded, riotous scenarios (sports events, bars, etc.) 3. No sexual activity and avoid tempting situations (including porn). 4. Listening to solfeggio frequencies at night before and while sleeping. 5. Limiting distracting media (music, TV, social media) and topics that poison thoughts and emotions (anger, violence, aggression, sex) This may seem excessive, but it is nothing more than a way of living and eating. The added benefit is that I am eating healthier (losing weight, soon to be off BP meds), sleeping better and learning about the human body in ways I never thought of before.

I had the Kundalini experience. It was undeniable. I had been reading a wonderful book for three days and doing longer guided meditations. When I finished the book I did two 45 minute meditations before bed. I fell asleep and had the electrical uncoiling of the “snake” from the bottoms of my feet (not beginning from the spine), up the base of my spine (where it shook the most, literally vibrating strongly) through to the crown of my head. When this happened to me . I was doing the breath of fire. Look it up. I felt this energy building in my lower stomach and going up . I had to open each chakra to let it keep flowing up . I have been considering that the body, through its sacred serum is a prepared vessel waiting to be awakened by the conscious once it remembers who it is. Most of us go through life thinking we are the body (ego) and never remembering that we are fractals of the creator. Thus, these bodies never become activated to serve the higher self. But they wait to be activated by those few who awake.

I’ve done this twice. Every month for 2.5 days the moon passes thru your birth sun sign. Google moon phase sun sign as I’m not allowed to post a link here. Meditate, pray, set an intention. No sex, no alcohol or drugs during this period. Fast if you can, eat healthy, fruits and vegetables. Drink alkaline water. The fluid descends down your spine and is raised up again on the 3rd day. 1) Find your moon day – Where the moon was in its 29.5 day cycle on the day you were born. (5 days before full; 3 days after 1st quarter; 2 days before the new moon etc) 2) Your moon phase is 3 days from that day. 3) To elimanate error, add a day on both ends, making your moon phase 5 days. So 1 day before that day and 4 days from that day. 4) Do not release sexual fluid during those 5 days. You can release outside of your 5 days. Example: If your moon day is 4 days after the full moon. Your moon phase is 1 day before that and 4 days from that = days 3,4,5,6 & 7 after the full moon.

I know fruit is the highest frequency food on earth. I have heard if you go on a fruit lifestyle you can cure type 1 diabetes.. welp I’m diabetic and I’m starting this Monday. They say your sugars will be high in the beginning as your body is breaking down fat.. I tried before.. sugars were very high.. so I went back to what I knew could cure me.. but I’m going to try it again and pray I can figure out how much insulin I need to bring my blood sugars down.

While I find this incredibly fascinating, the only issue I have with it as an astrologer, is that, back in the Times of Jesus, they would most likely have been using the sidereal Zodiac, not the tropical, which is the one that modern western astrologers used today. And the difference is 24°. That being the case, if you follow the tropical zodiac, it’s not going to be correct. You will be starting the process in the sign before your solar sign. At 11:45 the chart shows ingress times for the moon, and I cross referenced that with my solar gold app. It is the tropical zodiac that is depicted. In ancient times it would’ve been where the planets actually are, not the tropical. In order to do this correctly, you would need to do it at the right time.
Does anyone know the exact timetable for the Christ Oil from the beginning of one monthly period until the next. For example how long from the solar plexus to the lower chakra etc. If the cycle begins during your birth moon sign, on what day does the oil re-enter the brain. ?
