. Magicians use Idol Theory (the ability to link every phenomena with deity, myth, legend, religion and Will) thus gain a portion of that power which come from different Phases by using spells, chant and Tarrot Card.
Esper use Personal Reality based on Schrödinger’s cat which allow them to alter probability and manifest their imaginary powers by changing the macro phenomena with their micro thought thus replacing the current reality with their own.
Who is the strongest god in all anime?
Zeus is one of the strongest anime gods who was inspired by the classic leader of Greek gods who ruled over the Pantheon. There are a lot of similarities between the two versions when it comes to background and personalities. However, Zeus, in the anime, became one of the many gods fighting against humans, and while he seemed to be the mightiest of them all, he was eventually defeated.
Record of Ragnarok is one of the most beautifully designed and interesting fantasy anime shows inspired by Greek mythology. The story follows the gods who decide that humans have become irredeemable, and they all must die. However, the God’s Council gave humanity one more chance to stay alive by forcing them to fight against Gods during the brutal battles of Ragnarok.

What god is the god of magic?
Heka is the god of magic and medicine in ancient Egypt and is also the personification of magic itself. He is probably the most important god in Egyptian mythology but is often overlooked because his presence was so pervasive as to make him almost invisible to the Egyptologists of the 19th and 20th centuries CE.
Unlike the well-known Osiris and Isis, Heka had no cult following, no ritual worship, and no temples (except in the Late Period of Ancient Egypt, 525-323 BCE). He is mentioned primarily in medical texts and magical spells and incantations and, because of this, was relegated to the realm of superstition rather than religious belief. Although he is not featured by name in the best-known myths, he was regarded by the ancient Egyptians as the power behind the gods whose names and stories have become synonymous with Egyptian culture.
Magic was considered present at the birth of creation – was, in fact, the operative force in the creative act – and so Heka is among the oldest gods of Egypt, recognized as early as the Predynastic Period in Egypt (c. 6000 – c. 3150 BCE) and appearing in inscriptions in the Early Dynastic Period (c. 3150 – 2613 BCE).
Can Kamijou Touma use magic?
Touma, a mysterious power known as the “Imagine Breaker”, is a mysterious ability that resides in his right hand since birth. It can negate all supernatural powers, including magic, esper, and divine powers. Touma is the current holder of this power, and it has a preference for him due to its meaning.
Touma’s ability to escape dangerous situations through external factors and his inability to die is considered the “greatest of all misfortunes”. As it is not an esper power, people testing esper abilities cannot detect or properly classify it, so he is classified as Level 0. Aleister Crowley considers him neither an esper nor a magician but rather a normal person with a unique ability.
There are many unknowns regarding Touma’s power, and speculations about its true extent and form. Terra of the Left hinted that Imagine Breaker might extend further away from its bearer’s right hand, based on Terra’s personal knowledge of Fiamma of the Right’s Holy Right ability. Ollerus stated that Imagine Breaker is the reference point of the world, bringing the world back to normal when it is distorted.
Tsuchimikado Motoharu believes that Touma’s Imagine Breaker cannot destroy things like ley lines or a person’s life force from which a magician’s mana is produced. Leivinia Birdway states that although Imagine Breaker works well when normalizing abnormal values, it does not show much power when dealing with something uniform from the start.
To compensate for this weakness, Touma has realized that he needs to cast the power aside, disrupting it. In the state where he cannot negate it completely, Touma can physically touch or grab the power, disrupting it instead of instantly destroying it. This is exemplified during Touma’s fight with Accelerator in Russia, where he pulled one of Accelerator’s black wings to throw him off balance and dodge his attack.
Why is Kamijou Touma level 0?
Touma, in season 3 of Index, may be regarded as a level 4 at most, as he fails to fully unleash the potential of the Imagine Breaker, thereby nullifying the Academy City test and resulting in a level 0 power.
Can Index become a magic god?
Candidates ( ). Index is the first character mentioned of being capable of being a Majin, with her having the 103, 000 grimoires and is apparently immune to their poisonous nature. However, out of fear of having Index rebel and becoming a Majin, the Church has made provisions to disable her from using any spell by cutting off her mana. However, Index can still display some of the potential of a Majin’s power when her John’s Pen mode is activated, here, she shows tremendous power and can apparently use any spell from the grimoires, although her full potential have yet to be seen due to John’s Pen Mode’s restrictive thought process, and appears only in certain conditions, such as when John’s Pen Mode’s remote control is used.;
Ollerus is the person that was supposed to have been closest in becoming a Majin that comes only once in 10, 000 years but had let it slip through his fingers, when trying to save a kitten. Ollerus wields incredible power enough for him to be wanted by the entire magic side, and crushed all of his pursuers easily. Ollerus is an example of an impure Majin, yet he can still wield that power. Unlike Othinus, who is a perfect and pure Magic God, Ollerus is an impure Majin.;
Discarded candidates ( ). Sigyn is hinted to theoretically have the potential to reach the realm of being a Majin. If she was able to use her suggestion ability on herself, as her suggestions can make anyone succeed at 100% accuracy, she would be perfect. However, she cannot do it, since her nature is to give what she has to others to make up for what they lack. If she tried to be perfect herself, she wouldn’t be able to make up for what she lacks.;

Is a certain magical index boring?
The series revolves around a hero who saves girls with complex names, factions, and powers. The anime is slow and boring, with some comedy mixed in. Season 1 starts with a funny episode, but the rest of the series is not as good. The story is overly ambitious, meandering, and emphasizes fan service and excessive blood and gore. The series is mainly about science fiction, philosophy, politics, and religion, with action, discussions about science versus magic, geopolitics, and personal values.
Character development and redemption are strong elements. However, the overabundance of boobs and panties detracts from the story and may offend some viewers. “Fan service” is common in anime, but it seems excessive in this series. The anime shows someone spouting blood and falling down, then rewards them with a look up a girl’s skirt at her panties before they die.

Who is the god of magic in anime?
Magic Gods Othinus is the one who later attained the legendary title of Magic God from Ollerus, which Ollerus proclaims to have been stolen from him, making her one of the most powerful beings in the Toaru Majutsu no Index storyline.
A Magic God ( 魔神 Majin ?, lit. “Magic God”), sometimes referred to in the longer form God of Magic ( 魔術の神 Majutsu no Kami ? ), is a Magic side term used to refer to a being who has mastered magic, can bend all things in the world without exception through magic, something that transcends normal magic and steps into the realm of God, a Magic God. According to Silvia, the power of a Magic God is even more troublesome than a great number of grimoires. With such an interesting prospect, many magic organizations, seek and fear the Magic God.
Previously, it was thought that the title was held only by One-Eyed Othinus after supposedly stealing it from Ollerus, however, recent revelations debunked that notion.
Etymology ( ). The term Majin can be translated in several ways, including ‘Magic God’ and ‘Demon God’. As described in the narrative, and by characters such as Silvia, in this case ‘Majin’ doesn’t refer to a god of the demon world but to one who has mastered magic to the extent of transcending normal magic and stepping into the realm of god, a Magic God.

The official Yen Press translation refers to them as “demon gods” in vol 1, but uses “magic god” in vol 22. The translation they used in vol 1 was: “Sorcerers called those the “demon gods.” Not a demon from hell, but rather a sorcerer who had trespassed into God’s domain. A demonic god.” The second line was supposed to specify that the “Majin” was meant to be interpreted as magic, rather than demon, reading closer to: “Not a demon from Hell, but rather a magician who trespassed into God’s domain. A magic god.” My assumption for the error is just the translator didn’t realize the dual meaning of the word seeing as it was one of their first professional translation projects, according to an interview. Silvia re-explains the concept in SS2 in a much clearer way. I don’t completely blame the translator, Andrew Prowse, though. Even the earliest fan translation made the same error. Just a fun tidbit regarding the complexity of translation.
It’s pretty fun speculating magic gods from other religions, like say if a magician specialising in Hindu mythology wants to become a magic god symbolizing Kali, then the magician would have to go down the more dangerous left hand path or Vamamarga and then probably sacrifice themselves to attain the existence of a Magic God or if it was Prometheus from Greek mythology, then the magician would have to nail themselves on a mountain of Caucasus and have their liver eaten by an eagle to achieve the status of a majin
Magic Gods and phases have always been an interesting because of what they imply. We have learned of the Pure World, the bottommost phase unaffected by religion, and of heaven being a phase where beings like Archangel Gabriel reside in, so does that mean that there is a Judeo-Christian Magic God somewhere? If the Pure World predates religion, then a Judeo-Christian Magic God exists, or existed in the past. Plus there are also Anna’s comments in GT2 about being disappointed in Touma being nothing more than a machine who saves people, saying she saw that two thousand years ago. I wonder if that’s a reference to Christ?
Kamachi probably already know everything what he wants to write in Index, just don’t know when he will, so thats why he already name dropped “Magic Gods” in the very beginning. He also already referenced the Sisters nearly immidiately in OT1 and already foreshadowing Touma’s power and Aleister’s plan all the way back to OT2-6. And in NT11 afterword, he said he came up with Misaki backstory very early on. So yeah. Thats Oda level planning.
So basically the mythology they use to make themselves god is not simply copying it but rather being the embodiment of it heck they might be the one who created their own mythology after phasing reality again and again which later became the mythology that we all know and familiar today. And that’s the reason as to why Mythology always felt contradicting sometimes cuz…. They phasing the world again & again to attain what they wanted…. Perhaps?
“All living creatures eventually die, an apple dropped from above would fall down, and 1+1=2. You would be able to take those kinds of natural and unchangeable rules of the world, destroy them, rewrite them, and create new ones. You could make 1+1=3, make an apple dropped from below fall up, and make all dead creatures eventually be revived. Magicians called such being Magic Gods.”-toaru volume 1 chapter 1. ” you would be able to twist everything in the world to your will without exception. That is what we call a Magic God.” toaru volume 1 chapter 2
What is a level 6? That is the question I have asked. Is a level 6 supposed to be like a “Scientific God”. For example we call Saints the most powerful people on the magic side, but they would be one level down from a so called “Magic God”. So then a Saint would be the equivalent to say a level 5 on the science side. So is a level 6 just a sort of “Scientific God” even tho people on the science side don’t called them “gods” they refer to them as level 6’s 🤔?
I need a refresher. Wasn’t truly reviving the dead not even possible for the magic gods or was it just Othinus who couldn’t do it and needed create another phase to “revive” them? Or was it just a “rule” within the phase that did enforce the “not reviving the dead” thing? (Saying Othinus Einherjar magic is not truly reviving the person)
The real question is when will Islam appear in the story? Perhaps a article idea? 👀 Ik the answer is probably cuz Kamachi doesn’t want to get lynched or cancelled, but It’s still pretty interesting to think about as Islam does technically exist in the Toaru universe. It would be cool if Kamachi decides to introduce Djinns in Exodus Testament or something, once he’s done with Rosicrucian stuff. Perhaps wish granting abilities are too strong? I mean, we already have a stand/spirit user like Stiyl. Honestly, Muslims are an even more mysterious beings than vampires. 😂
The Magic Gods are so interesting and hopefully we see more time with them. I always wonder are there more out there. Phases are pretty broken for Magic gods. I always wonder for a good fight for Touma to fight. A manga called Renya of Darkness has a main character known as Renya who has a power on his left arm to suck the life force with anything it touches. So I wonder if Renya fought Touma who would win? Renya is a skilled ninja with a katana and more athletic fighter than Touma cause he can jump at incredible heights and is very fast. His arm is a curse not a esper or Magic ability. Can Touma get around and beat Renya even with that? I personally think Renya could beat Touma.
I still remember the feeling when I read the battle at the end of NT 8, where Othinus played the biggest Uno-Reverse Card in history. Few other times I’ve felt so much fear and anxiety just by reading. The scene where she makes her own spear Gungnir out of her eyepatch and then nukes the entire universe instantly made her my favorite character along with Touma. Othinus step on me pls…🔥🛐
I wouldn’t say anything about her powers stands out as my favorite. What really has always made her stand out for me and made such an impression on me is what she did to Touma and how he finally overcame it. I always felt that was a touching and incredible storyline. I am a sucker for and fully enjoy heart felt stories that can move you emotionally. Looking forward to your 20 k vid!
It seems like reversing time is beyond the power of Magic Gods. They could slow or even halt it, but they can’t rewind time. But if one can alter people’s memories of the past and edit the things in the present to match that, then you’ve essentially altered the past anyway. It’s a nice way to get around all the headache that time travel and time manipulation can cause.
1. most people I know in person talk about anime like Dragon Ball, Naruto, etc but I love this anime than what I said there. 2. and I don’t know what is more terrifying her basicly torturing Touma then resirecting him to kill him again or her being shrunk to a size of a doll and Touma being called “Doll Master”.
1:18 I feel that damage caused to Othinus by 50% Failure could have been too much for her handle without Gungnir. Something as simple as tearing off Ollerus’s arm caused her arm to fall off and she was definitely annoyed by it, so if she were to be doing something more large scale like reality warping and it happens to fall in 50% Failure, Othinus potentially would end getting torn apart from the inside out.
I’ve always been confused on Othinus 50/50. If she can regenerate herself even if she’s no longer a magic god, then what actually kills her? Does failure of Gunpir mean it will explode and erase her existence? 5:47 see man don’t trust the gacha gods. They’re worst then Magic Gods. How would you scale Level 5’s Aeon? Accelerator is galaxy level but how would you scale the others?
