The Sikh faith, founded in the Punjab region of India in the late 15th century, emphasizes spiritual values over rituals and superstitions. The holy Sikh scripture, Sri Guru Granth Sahib, outlines these human customs. The Sikh Gurus sa. Sikh Rahit Marayada, the manual that specifies the duties of Sikhs, names four rites of passage, including a birth and naming ceremony.
The Sikh code of conduct, known as the Sikh Rehat Maryada, outlines the practices and rituals that Sikhs should follow. One of the most important practices is communal worship, singing, and sharing of meals (langar). All life-event rituals revolve around the holy word, such as the Sikh marriage ceremony.
Communal worship, singing, and sharing of meals are the most important aspects of Sikh life. For many Sikhs, a voluntary ritual baptism is a critical part of religious practice, symbolizing becoming spiritually reborn by participating in the baptism ceremony conducted by the “Five Beloved” Sikhs.
Sikh rites include activities considered essential to the group practice of Sikhism or the expression of egalitarianism, such as kirtan or taking karah parshad. Many rites in Sikhism involve prayer (ardas) or reciting scripture (paath).
Some of the rites and rituals in Sikhism include Baptism (Amrit), Marriage (Anand Karaj), and naming of children. The Sikh Reht Maryada prescribes four acceptable rituals or rites of passage, including the birth and naming ceremonies.
In addition to worship, Sikhs also have other important rites and rituals within the Sikh faith, such as the Sikh Rehat Maryada, which gives instructions for various practices and rituals.
📹 Please Explain: what are the Sikh five Ks?
More at http://ab.co/2n5Tax9 Sikhs are instructed to wear five things at all times. Conveniently, they all begin with the letter K.
Does Sikhism have rituals?
Sikhism encompasses a range of rituals, including the Amrit baptism, Anand Karaj marriage, and baby naming ceremony. These are conducted in accordance with the official code of conduct, the Rehat Maryada.
What are the rituals of the Sikh life cycle?
The Sikh life consists of four rites of passage: birth, amrit or initiation, marriage, and death. After a baby’s birth, a mother prepares karah parshad and performs a thanksgiving ceremony. Amrit is placed on the baby’s lips and the first letter of the first hymn is used as the baby’s name. Initiation is crucial for Sikhs and usually occurs at physical maturity. Boys are led by five elder Sikhs, who stir amrit in a bowl with a khanda before sprinkled in their eyes and hair.
At this stage, a young male Sikh can adopt the 5Ks (Kesh, Kangha, Kara, Kachera, and Kirpan). Marriages are expected to be arranged and performed in the Gurdwara, with the four marriage vows read from the Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
Do Sikhs and Muslims get along?
Tensions between Sikhs and Muslims have been raised in the UK due to allegations of Muslim men preying on Sikh women to convert them to Islam. In Pakistan, the Taliban demanded Sikhs pay the jizya, a poll tax levied by Muslims on non-Muslim minorities. In 2010, the Taliban attacked many minorities, including Sikhs, resulting in two beheadings. In April 2016, two 16-year-old Muslims bombed a gurudwara in Essen, Germany, using fire extinguishers converted into explosive devices.
A Granthi was seriously injured, while two others were treated for minor injuries. The building was severely damaged, and one of the teens was in a deradicalization program. The two denied religious motives and attempted to break into another gurudwara in North Rhine Westphalia.
Are rituals still important?
Rituals and ceremonies, involving skills and actions learned by ancestors and transmitted inter-generationally, are necessary for collective memory and cultural repertoire. The question is not whether or not to have rituals, but what kind of rituals to have. All rituals must meet two criteria: ethical and aesthetic. The aesthetic requires aligning rituals with other forms of memetic activities like dance, music, and drama.
The ethical aspect is even more important, as it compelled us to abandon human and animal sacrifice and demand that we jettison any ritual that legitimizes domination. Reason must question wedding rituals that reinforce hierarchies between men and women, but it will never succeed if it questions the very idea of ritual.
Why is ritual so important?
The performance of rituals is of great consequence for the empowerment of the individual and the collective, as well as for the resolution of problems, the formation of habits, the acquisition of knowledge, the process of growth, and the establishment of connections. The Winnipeg funeral home is committed to the significance of rituals and the necessity of key rituals for individuals and their families. Such practices facilitate learning, growth, and connection.
What do Sikhs think of Jesus?
Sikhs adhere to the belief that Jesus is a prophet, yet they do not accept the doctrine of the incarnation of God. In the New Testament, Jesus affirms his existence before Abraham and, when questioned by a high priest, confirms his identity as the Christ, the Son of the Blessed.
Is kissing allowed in Sikhism?
Sikh culture is characterized by a strict adherence to religious and spiritual practices, with males and females generally speaking minimally in public. The norm is to shake hands with the same gender, and the elders are introduced first. In traditional homes, female spouses may not sit down with guests, especially when they are not close relatives or family friends. This behavior is strongly associated with the family’s educational and religious background.
Sikhs are strictly lacto-vegetarians, consuming milk, milk products, vegetables, beans, wheat, and rice. They wash their hands before and after meals, and use spices like red and green chilies, garlic, and turmeric for frying and cooking. Many Sikhs avoid beef due to Hindu influence. Non-initiated Sikhs consume alcoholic drinks, such as butter milk, milky tea with sugar, coffee, and other cold drinks.
Village settlements in Punjab have Sikh Gurdwaras, which are places of worship with a tall flagpole and saffron triangular flag with a Sikh symbol. These Gurdwaras have a community kitchen attached to them, and no meats, fish, or eggs are cooked in them. The main place of worship is where the holy Guru Granth Sahib is placed, ceremonially opened every morning and finished up and discontinued every evening.
There are over 200 historic Sikh Gurdwaras, and the Sikhs have five seats of power: Akal Takhat (Amritsar), Harimandir Sahib (Patna), Keshgarh Sahib (Anandpur), Damdama Sahib (Talwandi Sabon), and Hazoor Sahib (Nanded).
How many days do Sikhs mourn?
Sikhs do not adhere to specific mourning periods or rituals. However, they may return to the Gurdwara to coincide with the completion of the recitation of Guru Granth Sahib, which can span up to 48 hours. The scattering of ashes is typically carried out in running water, although this practice is more prevalent in the UK. In the event of uncertainty regarding appropriate attire for a Sikh funeral, it is advisable to seek guidance from the family of the deceased.
Can Sikhs drink alcohol?
Sikhs are prohibited from consuming foods that are Kosher, Halaal, alcoholic, or otherwise intoxicating, as they are a religious community that adheres to specific rituals and processes for their food and meat.
Are rituals important in religion?
Rituals are crucial in religion as they allow believers to express and reaffirm their beliefs, with the primary purpose of communication. They convey information about the commitments, beliefs, and values of the individuals performing the ritual and link them to their beliefs. Studies have shown that private religious activity can prolong survival, and a six-year follow-up study supports this. Religion and health have also been a topic of critical analysis in the field of religion.
📹 Concept of God in Sikhism – Dr Zakir Naik
Concept of God in Sikhism – Dr Zakir Naik COG-5 Let’s try and understand the concept of God in Sikhism. Though Sikhism is not …
Prophet’s ﷺ frequent dua to ask for goodness in this world and hereafter:* 🤲🏼 Narrated by Anas: The most frequent invocation of The Prophet (ﷺ) was: اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً، وَفِي الآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً، وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ Pronunciation: Allahumma Rabbana atina fid-dunya hasanatan wa fil ‘akhirati hasanatan waqinna ‘adhaban-naar “O Allah! Give to us in the world that which is good and in the Hereafter that which is good, and save us from the torment of the Fire.” Reference: Sahih al-Bukhari 6389
The concept of God in Sikhism is not one God but the Oneness which we all humans or this creation is connected. Ek Onkar means we all come from the same Source, does not mean the One God. And this is a big difference from One God theory. Sikhi is not monotheistic religion but panentheistic religion. Which means that we are part of the God, still God stays unique from the creation. God is formless and unique. Islam concept of One God contradicts the statements that the God is formless. If we say God is one then it cannot be formless. It has a form like an idol. For example- one candle sitting on the table is defined One by its geometrical boundaries and limitations. If 2 candles are sitting on the table, then 2 different boundaries of candles define 2 candles. The geometrical boundaries define the form. If God has no form then no one knows God’s boundaries or limitations. For example, let’s take oxygen. Sikh concept of God can be defined as, we all breathe oxygen and connected with that One system of breathing but we do not know the boundaries of oxygen. We don’t say that there is One oxygen. If we don’t know the boundaries or limitations or form then we are very much part of that system. This is the concept of God in Sikhism.
Guru Nanak was not influenced by anyone. He was born enlightened. I don’t think Dr zakir read properly. Jaisī mai āvai kẖasam kī baṇī ṯaisṛā karī giān ve lālo. As the Word of the Forgiving Lord comes to me, so do I express it, O Lalo.
‘ INVITE ALL TO THE WAY OF THY LORD WITH WISDOM AND BEAUTIFULL PREACHING AND ARGUE WITH THEM IN THE WAYS THAT ARE THE BEST AND MOST GRACIOUS ‘. (Surah Nahl ch:16,V/s:125) It’s the duty of every muslim to do Dawah. Dawah means a call or an invitation. In Islamic context it means to strive for the propagation of Islam. We love our non-muslim brothers and sisters, and that’s why we want them to come towards the truth so we can enter Jannah together 🤲 . .
The Guru Granth Sahib opens with the basic concept of the One Universal, supreme Energy called by so many different names across humanity,. Ik oankar – One absolute being (God) Satnam – Eternal truth it’s name Karta Purkh – Creator Nirbau – without fear Nirvair – without hate/ enmity Akal Murat – Deathless/timeless image Ajuni – Beyound birth and death Saibang – self existant Gurprasad – known by the Guru’s Grace. This is repeated numerous times and at the start of every section as a constant reminder. In the words of the tenth Sikh Guru – Guru Gobind Singh “recognise the human race as ONE”
1.The Prophet peace be upon him said “Whosoever recites Durood Sharief on me 10 times in the morning and evening, I will intercede for him on the day of Qiyamah.” (TIBRANI) 2. Whoever reads Surah Ikhlas ten times, Allah will build a palace for him in Paradise. ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) exclaimed, “If that’s the case, then we will increase in our palaces!” The Prophet ﷺ (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) responded, “Allah is better and greater (in reward).” (Ahmad) 3. Whoever reads Surat al-Kahf on Friday, it will act as a light/protection for him from one Friday to the next. (Bayhaqi) 4. Whoever performs their ablution carefully and then affirms (their faith by testifying): “Ash-hadu al laa ilaha il Allah wahdahu laa shareeka lahu wa anna Muhammadan `abduhu wa rasuluh, Allahumma-ja’lni min at-tawaabeen waj-a’lni min al-mutatahireen”: ‘I testify that there is no true deity except Allah Alone, Who has no partners, and that Muhammad ﷺ is His slave and Messenger; O Allah, make me from those who repent and purify themselves’ – the eight gates of Jannah are opened for him so he may enter through whichever of these gates he desires.(Tirmidhi) 5. Whoever says: “Radheetu billahi Rabba, wa bil Islaami Deena, wa bi Muhammadin Nabiyya” – ‘I am pleased with Allah as my Lord, and with Islam as my Religion, and with Muhammad as my Prophet,’ Paradise would be (made) mandatory for him. (Abu Dawud) 6. Whoever asks Allah for Paradise three times (Allahumma inni as’alukal-Jannah), then Paradise will say: “O Allah!
Zakir talk rubbish. I’m not sikh but If everyone should follow Last messenger of God then why zakir naik don’t say everyone should follow Guru nanak sahib ji? He also got knowledge from God. Zakir said Krishna, budhha, Jesus etc came before prophet Mohammed & don’t follow others religious scriptures bcz they were for that time But guru nanak sahib ji came after prophet Mohammed. And Quran is not last holly book. This man zakir naik only want conversion. Everyone is right if they r practicing their beliefs without harming anyone. Muslim should not say that ONLY Islam is right and others r wrong.
I prayed to Allah to make me of those who pray the night prayer and last night something woke me up I saw something infront of me and I threw two or three kicks with my foot and woke up realised I kicked the chair in my room and then I proceeded to pray my first ever nightly prayer . My ankle is litle swollen and hurt but not to much to pay for establishing my future habit of praying at night 😁 inshAllah
This is a false God, not the God of the Bible. God is not a God of confusion as false beliefs are. Jesus Christ, the thrill of hope, for a sick, hurting, and weary world—Romans 10:9-10 from the Bible: “That if you confess with your mouth the LORD Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart man believes to righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made to salvation.”
Al-Abbas (R.A.), the uncle of the Prophet (ﷺ), came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said: “Ya Rasulullah, teach me a du’a.” The Prophet ( ﷺ) said: “O my uncle, say: ALLAHUMMA INNI AS’ ALUKA AL’AFIYAH O Allah, I ask you for afiyah Learn this dua if you dont already know it. What is Afiyah? Afiyah means: To be saved from any afflictions To be healthy To have enough money To live To have your children protected And if you are forgiven and not punished, you are in afiyah. So basically, Afiyah means: “O Allah, protect me from any pain and sufferings.” This includes both dunya and akhirah. Al-Abbas (R.A.) thought about this for a while, and then he came back after a few days and said (paraphrased): “Ya Rasulullah, this du’a seems a little short. I want something big.” The Prophet (ﷺ) said: “My dear uncle, ask Allah for Afiyah for Wallahi, you cannot be given anything better than afiyah.” It is a simple du’a. Sincerely mean what you say while praying. “O Allah, I ask You to be saved from any: distress, grief, hardship, harm, and don’t test me, etc.” All of this is included in *”Allahumma inni as’aluka al’afiyah” (Riyadh As Saliheen, Sunan At-Tirmidhi).
الَّذِي أَحْسَنَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقَهُ ch 32 v 4 Who made perfect everything he created.. One of the main difference between Islam and Sikhi is that you can realize god here and now. There is no idol worship. And Guru Granth Sahib is the guide to realizing god, which is interpreted as realizing essence of this being, human “being”. So god is not apart from us and our purpose is to realize “Him” and attain liberation. Liberation meaning liberation from the cycles of birth and death until one attains liberation, realization of our essence. You can call it enlightenment. And please know just because you are born into a religion doesn’t make you of that religion. Guru Granth Sahib works on human perception (guide to realizing our essence which simply is realizing GOD) vs Koran which kind of gives you rules and regulations to follow, very different. And concept of duality is not there in Sikhi which exist in Islam (good and bad, heaven and hell etc). Read on the ten gurus and read the Granth sahib to truly know the difference.
Maybe you don’t know but Sri Guru Nanak ji Maharaj went to Mecca too, the Shahi Imam who was a relative of the Prophet came with 150 men to kill Sri Guru Nanak ji Maharaj but saw the Maharaj in meditation/prayer, he asked 360 questions by then morning came & he fell at the Guru’s feet & converted. Many relatives of the Prophet converted after this incident but sadly they were all maliciously killed with the Head Imam of Mecca by the Amir as recorded in Arabic records which were researched by the Prince of Mirpur (now in Pakistan) who was also a Saeed & relative of the Prophet & after reading the records in Saudi Arabian libraries when he went there to study to become a Molvi with his father King & stayed to study, later on, his return to India he converted to Sikhi too & became a great Sikh leader he even laid the foundation for the biggest Gurudwara in Europe which is in South Hall, London! His great-grandson Historian Simar Singh ji is the youngest Sikh researcher in the world & is gonna write a book about it all! P.s Mohammed Saab ji was mentioned in ancient Sanskrit texts of India so was Sri Guru Nanak ji Maharaj, as a Prophet, which you failed to mention with all your religious education!!!
I believe the best course of self defence is a good offence, Against demonic forces. Why is no faith but Christianity addressing spiritual influence. The fact is the spirit world is a part of our world but is unseen to the natural eye. The spiritual eye sees things in the spirit world through senses. Jesus went deep into that thought process.
The Patani United Liberation Organisation (PULO) is a Malay Muslim separatist insurgent group in southern Thailand, calling for an independent Patani nation. The PULO, along with others, is currently fighting for the independence of Thailand’s predominantly Malay Muslim south. It originated in 1948 as an ethnic and religious separatist insurgency in the historical Malay Patani Region, made up of the three southernmost provinces of Thailand. 2. Islam is the predominant religion in Chechnya, practiced by 95% of those polled in Grozny in 2010. Chechens are overwhelmingly adherents to the Shafi’i Madhhab of Sunni Islam, the republic having converted to Islam between the 16th and the 19th centuries. Chechen rebels are indulging in fighting russian forces to seccede from Russia. The Second Chechen Сampaign war was an armed conflict on the territory of Chechnya and the border regions of the North Caucasus between the Russian Federation and the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, also with militants of various Islamist groups, fought from August 1999 to April 2009. On 9 August 1999, Islamist fighters from Chechnya infiltrated Russia’s Dagestan region, declaring it an independent state and calling for a jihad until “all unbelievers had been driven out”.
Here are some motivating tips from Allah and the Prophet (Sallalahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) to help you raise your degrees in Jannah as well as increase your property in Shaa Allah. (Share so we both get the reward Insha’Allah) I) Raise your degrees 1) Memorising the Quran Abd-Allah Ibn ‘Amr narrated that the Prophet (Sallalahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said :”It will be said to the companion of the Quran : Recite and rise in status, recite as you used to recite in the world, for your status will be at the last verse that you recite.” ( Tirmidhi and Abu Dawood ) 2) Doing a lot of dhikr Abu Darda (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (Sallalahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said :”Shall I not inform you the best and the purest of your deed in the sight of your Master, which is the highest in your degrees, is superior to your spending gold and silver in charity, and is better than confronting and fighting against your enemy, cutting one another’s necks?”. The companions submitted :”Yes, indeed!”. He (Sallalahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said :”It is remembering Allah.” ( Sahih Tirmidhi ) 3) Doing good deeds(at least compulsory good deeds) and staying away from bad deeds Allah said :” And whoever comes to Him (Allah) as a believer, and has done righteous good deeds, for such are the high ranks (in the Hereafter).” (Quran 20:75) 4) Doing a lot of nawafil (non compulsory deeds) According to Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), the Messenger of Allah (Sallalahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said :” Allah said :” Whosoever shows enmity to someone devoted to Me, I shall be at war with him.
I’m never understand why atheist people think there are different Gods. There is one god. We all have a different view. We must ALL be a little bit wrong. Nobody can see perfect truth until they are free of all fear sadness and injuries. Even people in the same religion have different views on God, as each person projects their own separate issues and fears onto god. From what I see almost every religion mostly agrees on important details. A lot of the disagreements come from human based ideologies, like how do we best get to know God, and what does he expect of us. But god is love. Therefore there can be no expectations. Expectations are always unloving fear and hate based. So when we disagree about gods expectations we are basically disagreeing over cultural differences. This is why i find atheism very strange. Though being unsure is understandable 😂 I think something all religions and spiritual folk can agree on is that atheists are very angry and hurt people, who feel it’s gods fault somehow, but don’t want to admit he might be real.
Protection from DAJJAL/ANTI-CHRIST ❌👁❌ Abu Darda reported: The Prophet ﷺ said, “Whoever memorizes ten verses from the beginning of Surat al-Kahf will be safe from the Anti-Christ/DAJJAL/False Messiah.” In another narration, the Prophet ﷺ said, “From the last ten verses of Surat al-Kahf.” Reference: Sahih Muslim 809 The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) taught a particular du’a to be read at the end of the Salah after finishing at-tashahud: اَللَّهُمَّ اِنِّي اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ وَمِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ وَمِنْ شَرِّ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسِيْحِ الدَّجَّالِ “Allaahumma inni a’oodhu bika min ‘adhaab jahannam wa min ‘adhaab al-qabri wa min fitnat il-mahyaa wa’l-mamaat wa min sharri fitnat al-maseeh al-dajjaal” “O Allah I seek refuge in you from the punishment of hell, the torment of the grave, trial of living and dying, and from the evil trial of the Antichrist” Reference: Bukhari 1/202 & Muslim 1/412 Copy and paste this hadith from this link: justpaste.it/8k563.
One sect of religion and another sect of religion is not to be spoken about. What makes the difference is practical and emotional influence. I believe only Christianity explores this fully. There are not alot of Christians promoting or speaking about other faiths. This is because faith is to guide one to God not boast on knowing about ones faith. Everyone acknowledges Christianity, but Christianity acknowledges no other faith but depends on leading people to the truth.
Origin of Animal Qurbani in Islam: 1. Islam traces the history of sacrifice back to Abel and Cain (Habil and Qabil), whose story is mentioned in the Qur’an. Abel was the first human being to sacrifice an animal for God. Ibn Kathir narrates that Abel had offered a sheep whilst his brother Cain offered part of the crops of his land. The ordained procedure of God was that a fire would descend from the heavens and consume the accepted sacrifice. Accordingly, fire came down and enveloped the animal slaughtered by Abel thus accepting the sacrifice of Abel while Cain’s sacrifice was rejected. This led to jealousy on the part of Cain resulting in the first human death when he murdered his brother Abel. After not seeking repentance for his actions, Cain was not forgiven by God. 2. Ibrahim’s sacrifice- The practice of qurbani can be traced back to prophet Ibrahim, who dreamt that God ordered him to sacrifice his most precious thing. Ibhrahim(swh) was in a dilemma as he couldn’t determine what was his most precious thing. Then he realized it was his son’s life. He had faith in God’s command. He let his son know the purpose why he was taking his son out of their home. His son Ismail agreed to follow God’s command, however, God intervened and informed him that his sacrifice had been accepted. And replaced his son with a sheep. sacrifice itse From that day onward, every Eid al-Adha once a year, Muslims around the world slaughter an animal to commemorate Ibrahim’s sacrifice and to remind themselves of abnegation.
Hinduism is not a rigid religion. It is pluralistic religion. Vaise sach kahu to Hindu shabd ka astitv hi 1500 varsh pehle aaya tha. Persians, Arabians tatha Europians logo ne Sindhu nadi ke aaspaas evam iske purv (east direction) ki taraf rahne wale logo ko Hindus kaha karte the, jisme Vaishnavism, shaktism, Shaivism, Budhhism, Jainism Persian language me kai shabdo me S ke sthan par H ho jata hai. Vaise persian language is much more similar to North Indian languages, because persian language is a branch of Indo- European language family. Hinduism is basically Monotheistic religion (एकेश्वरवादी) hai. Iska sabse bada saboot hai Mahabharat me God Krishna dwara Arjun ko dikhaya gaya apna Vishvroopam hai. Shaayad aapne photo me dekha bhi hoga. Us vishvaroopam me jitne bhi Gods hai, uska chitran (चित्रण) dikh jata hai. Hinduism एकेश्वरवाद है, iske sambandh me Guru शंकराचार्य ne अद्वेतावाद granth bhi likha hai. God ne pruthvi par manushya ko dharm (righteousness) ka sandesh dene ke liye leelaye rachne ke liye vibhinn roopo me apne aap ko चित्रण kiya hai. Mai yah nahi kahta hu ki Hinduism ke dharm grantho (jaise Ramayan, Mahabharat) ki ghatnaaye vaastav me bhutkaal me ghati hogi, lekin in dharm grantho se

Popular front of India ke baare me maine pehli baar varsh 2009 me suna tha. Yah kerala me tab bahut Active tha. Us time mai bhi 2009-2010 me kerala border par कर्नाटक राज्य के मंगलोर जिले me hi rahta tha. 2009-10 me popular front of India ke kuchh logo ne ek christian teacher ka haath talwaar se kaat diya tha. Yah news vaha ke newspaper me bahut dino tak chhayi rahi. Mai malayalam bhasha nhi jaanta tha, lekin English language ke Newspaper jaise Deccan Herald evam The Hindu newspaper me yah पढ़ा tha. Ye dono newspaper south India me bahut लोकप्रिय English Newspaper hai. Popular front of India vartmaan me bahut nafrat se bhari speech social media You Tube, Facebook par post kar raha hai, iska vartmaan me mukhya target Central Goverment me BJP party hai.
Islam an offshoot of Judaism or Christianity because scientifically they came first and taught about God first from the Abraham religions. In troubles everyone remembers God is human nature, you don’t need one religious community to tell that to the other. This guy has good answers but many times his answers are silly.
As a Sikh, I would say the main reason for starting new religion was- Guru Nanak who was born into a Hindu family, rejected the religion and didn’t wear cotton thread (Janau) and also spoke against idol worship or considering any devi-devta a god. Not only this Guru Sahib denounced the practice of Sati, untouchability, and Cast system which is the core concept of Sanatan as per religious text (Manu Samriti & Upanishads). He gave a message to worship only that which is not in any form and doesn’t take birth or die. On the other side, Guru Sahib also denied the fact that the person who will consider Mohammad a messenger will go to heaven and said a person who believes in Akal Purakh will attain heaven/moksha.
Some more prophets Messengers of Islam:– 1. In Islam, ʿĪsā ibn Maryam (Jesus or Son of Mary’), born in year 4 BC and disappeared in around 30-33 AD is understood to be the penultimate prophet and messenger of Allah (God) and the Messiah, sent to guide the Children of Israel with a new revelation. 2. John the Baptist (late 1st century BC– 28–36 AD) was a Jewish itinerant preacher in the early 1st century AD. His title in Islam is the prophet John (Yaḥyā). 3. Zechariah (Zakariyyā) is also a prophet in Islam, and is mentioned in the Qur’an as the father of John the Baptist. Kindly see below link:- bigthink.com/philip-perry/does-the-story-of-adam-eve-work-scientifically First prophet of Islam Adam is only a myth. Kindly open the link to know How it is ? **वर्तमान में आधुनिक human evolution की scientific मान्यताओं के अनुसार:— Modern humans, defined as the species Homo sapiens evolved from Primate Apes 300000 years ago in Africa, proceeded to colonize all the continents and larger islands, arriving in Eurasia 125,000–60,000 years ago, Australia around 40,000 years ago, the Americas around 15,000 years ago.
Some Prophets and Messengers of Islam according to Quran:— Era of Abraham and Ishmael (Around 1813 BC- 1644 BC)::– In Judaism, Abraham is the founding father of the covenant of the pieces, the special relationship between the Hebrews and God; in Christianity, he is the prototype of all believers, Jewish or Gentile; and in Islam he is seen as a link in the chain of prophets that begins with Adam and culminates in Muhammad. The Quran states that Ibrahīm (Abraham), together with his son Ismāʿīl (Ishmael), raised the foundations of a house that is identified by most commentators as the Kaaba. God had shown Abraham the exact site, very near to the Well of Zamzam, where Abraham and Ishmael began work on the Kaaba’s construction in around circa 1800 BCE. After Abraham had built the Kaaba, an angel brought to him the Black Stone, a celestial stone that, according to tradition, had fallen from Heaven on the nearby hill Abu Qubays. According to a saying attributed to Muhammad, the Black Stone had “descended from Paradise whiter than milk but the sins of the sons of Adam had made it dark”. The Black Stone is believed to be the only remnant of the original structure made by Abraham. After placing the Black Stone in the Eastern corner of the Kaaba, Abraham received a revelation, in which God told the aged prophet that he should now go and proclaim the pilgrimage to mankind, so that men may come both from Arabia and from lands far away, on camel and on foot. Ishmael (Ismā‘īl)::– Ishmael (Born in around 1785 BC) is the figure known in Judaism, Christianity, and Islam as Abraham’s (Ibrahim) son, born to Hajar (Hagar=wife of Abraham).

Ibn Umar reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, Allah accepts the repentance of his servants, as long as they are not on their death bed.” Source: Sunan al-Tirmidhī 3537 Grade: Hasan (fair) according to Al-Albani “O My servants who have transgressed against themselves (by sinning)l, do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.” If you fear the punishment of Allah why dont you ask Allah for all your minor and major sins that you have done recently or in your past? What if we die today?Imagine yourself getting punished in the Grave because of your sins!? My brother’s and sisters turn back to Allah before you return back to him. 66.8. O you who believe! Turn to God in sincere and reforming repentance. It is hoped that your Lord will blot your evil deeds from you and admit you into Gardens through which rivers flow, on a Day when God will not disgrace nor disappoint the Prophet and those who believe in his company. Their (the believers’) light will shine and spread before them, and on their right hands, as they say: “Our Lord! Perfect our light (by Your grace, so that we may reach Paradise), and forgive us. Surely You have full power over everything!” We can die today or tomorrow. What is it that is stopping you from asking Allah for forgiveness ? Satan? Raise your Hands and ask Allah for forgiveness sincerely. Know that Allah is the most merciful! He forgive all sins!
Sikh have alot Islamic element, for that, they used Arabic, Persian and islamic term like Shaheed(muslim martyr), takh, karim, shah, etc. architecture base on Mughal-Islamic/Persianized Mughal. that why Gurdwara/sikh temple similar to the mosque for outside, only different Sikh symbol and Gurumukhi script can be seen, mosque in middle-east/Arab-Persian, Indian-Pakistani, Egypt(north Africa architecture, like morocco dont have dome and 2 and 4 minaret, single big square minaret). The sword, body armor base on Persian-Turkic and Arab style. example talwar, it totally Arab, the 2 type straight and curve, curve are more popular, with Damascus steel. Damascus today in Syria. sikh idea base on Islam, Sufism and Hinduism with 10 guru teaching, each guru add new teaching and idea. each guru have own philosophy, Sikh book like Guru Granth sahib have hindu, islam, philosophy, poet and song. just like Bahai, it mixed Islam, Christianity, Buddha and others.

Brothers and Sisters, please read this comment! It will only bring you benefits, I swear by Allah! 1. It was narrated that Abu Umaamah said: “The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever recites Ayatul Kursi immediately after each Fard prayer, there will be nothing standing between him and his entering Paradise except death.” 2. Abu Hurairah reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: He who says, ‘Subhan-Allahi wa bihamdihi‘ (Glory and praise be to Allah) one hundred times a day, his sins will be obliterated even if they are equal to the extent of the foam of the sea. (Al-Bukhari and Muslim) 3. Abu Hurairah narrated that the Prophet said:”There are two statements that are light on the tongue, heavy on the scales, and beloved to the Most Merciful: Subahana Allahi wa bihamdihi, Subhan Allaahil-`Azeem (Glory and praise be to Allah, Glorified is Allah, the Most Great.)” (Al-Bukhari) 4. Abu Hurairah reported that the Prophet said: He who repeats after every prayer: Subhan Allah (Glory be to Allah) thirty-three times, Al-hamdu lillah (praise be to Allah) thirty-three times, Allahu Akbar (Allah is Greatest) thirty-three times; and completes the hundred with: La ilaha illallahu, wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu, wa Huwa `ala kulli shai’in qadir (There is no true god except Allah. He is One and He has no partner. His is the sovereignty and His is the praise, and He is Omnipotent)Will have all his sins pardoned even if they may be as large as the foam on the surface of the sea.
May Allah guide them to Islam MAY ALLAH GUIDE ALL PEOPLE WHO ARE SEEKERS OF THE TRUTH “He is Allah besides Whom there is no God, the Knower of the unseen and the seen. He is the Beneficent, the Merciful. He is Allah besides Whom there is no God, the King, the Holy, the Author of peace, the Granter of security, Guardian over all, the Mighty, the Supreme, the Possessor of greatness. Glory be to Allah from that which they set up (as false gods) ! He is Allah, the Creator, the Maker, the Fashioner: His are the most beautiful names. Whatever is in the heavens and the earth declares His glory; and He is the Mighty, the Wise” Quran 59:22–24. Say (O Muhammad), “I am no more than a human like you, and it has been inspired to me that your god is but One God. So whoever longs to meet his Lord shall do good deeds and never associate anyone in the worship of his Lord.” Quran18:110 O you messenger, deliver what is brought down to you from your Lord. If you do not, then you have not delivered His message. Quran 5:67 We have sent you (O Messenger) with the truth as a bearer of news and a warner. Quran 2:119 “He has ordained for you the same religion (Islam) which He enjoined on Noah, and that which We have revealed to you, and which We enjoined on Abraham, Moses and Jesus: namely that you should remain steadfast in religion and be not divided therein.” (Quran 42:13) After the corruption of the older Scriptures, the Quran came with a twofold purpose — to confirm the true and original message of Islam, and to stand as a witness to it, by confirming the truth and rejecting the falsehood, which over time came into the older Scriptures.
