The show “America’s Got Talent” has been criticized for its lack of transparency in its contestants’ backstories, with some contestants claiming to be war veterans who learned magic. However, some magic acts, such as Shin Lim’s, have been deemed fake due to the show’s lack of live auditions and judge cuts. Some viewers have admitted to finding the magic-centric aspect of the show to be entertaining.
All magic is a trick, but not a fraud. An illusionist uses visuals to trick the audience into believing something supernatural may have occurred. An escape artist uses real locks to perform dangerous acts. Sam Huang, a 23-year-old from Taiwan, made his finger disappear and surprised the judges with an insane magic trick. Each panelist selected a card, igniting matches to reveal and extinguish them. Howie tossed an “Quick Change” illusion, where the performer changes his clothes in seconds.
Magic tricks on AGT are not staged, and judges are not told the method of the acts. Some viewers accuse the show of rigging the tricks by using camera tricks to help and plant in the audience. However, the judges do not deliberately enhance tricks by faking choices they make as assistants. The show is considered fake, and the hosts are not in on it in any way.

It’s super cool to see again Florian Sainvet, but this time on AGT. He was in France got talent like, 6/8 years ago, and was an impressive “illusionist” in CD manipulation. I can see his skill are still incredible, and improved over years. Same with Kevin Micoud, his show on FGT last year was impressive. Glad you guys in US saw these dudes ^^
Dustin, you and your wife are amazing for giving those little boys a chance at life! My life was very broken as well and it goes to show that you can make a different path a different choice and these boys will adore you guys if they don’t already ♥️ what wonderful examples you guys will be for them!!!
I loved all four of these magicians they all did some crazy Magic that was good and they will wow you with there Magic and they’re all good magicians and respect to all of them magicians work hard to do magic and practice and practice and practice until they perfect it and I loved all four of these magicians they were all good and they all did different types of magic and they each have their own style of magic and I really like that and these magicians were good and they were all good at being a magician and there magic is good
The magic for me is when he reunited the older brother to be with his younger brother. That is a happy ending story. I agree with Heidi, “He’s got to be the coolest Dad! Sadly, the media never shares with us the beautiful things happening in the world. If the news media shared more of the good, we’d all be doing more for one another! I do believe. XO
For Justin magic card, The first deck was the normal card. Notice the camera wasn’t filming the card just moment he was about to place it into the box and let Howie shake it. The deck of card was somehow switched into a double sided that have the same number/ color/ . And there is this odd diamond red, he will push to let it be at the last, And that he let already left the written the red diamond and placed it underneath the chair of the audience. Magic
The last magician switched the cards when camera focused on the book, and then he putted the new cards into the box and shake them with hawi . new cards has the same face printed in both sides so how ever they land they represent what he wants, that will keep the possibilities of showing that arrangement 100% . It’s not randomness they were printed with the same face in both sides.
I know dustins trick. He showed us a good deck originally then swapped it for a gimmicked deck. The cards that he showed us were double sided and the rest were double sided with the back, so the mixing didn’t change anthing. Then he made a book with those “predictions” but none of it was a coincidence. ngl this trick was the first time i figured one out on the first try.
Yahshua – you know Him as Jesus – was born to a virgin, turned water to wine, taught, healed the sick, raised the dead, casted out demons, walked on water, calmed the storm, and fed a crowd of thousands with a few fish and a few loaves of bread, among many other things. He was killed on the cross as payment for the sins of all mankind, three days later He rose from the dead. Forty days later He ascended into heaven where He sits at the right hand of the Father. He is returning very soon, but before He does, Satan, the devil, is coming to pretend to be Jesus/God. Satan is an angel, and he will have certain supernatural powers with which to try to fool everyone. He will, for example, be able to make fire come down from heaven in the sight of men. He will only be on earth a short time before the real King of Kings, Jesus Christ, God in the flesh, returns. When the real Jesus comes we will all be transformed into our spiritual bodies at the same moment. Jesus came in the flesh to offer forgiveness of sins and eternal life to anyone who believes and calls on His precious name! if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. – Romans 10:9 Now when Jesus was in Bethany, in the house of Simon the leper, There came unto him a woman having an alabaster box of very precious ointment, and poured it on his head, as he sat at meat. But when his disciples saw it, they had indignation, saying, To what purpose is this waste?
The first one with the feel this pressure it’s easy to explain, first one the guy just used his other hand to put pressure on his leg and that counts as pressure and then he probably stepped on his foot and same for the controlling part. Also on the 6:31 they slowed it down and you could see the disc was transparent and it was filled with paper. And for the appearing discs it’s just mainly quick hands and jacket having a space between two fabric layers they he hides them in.
He turned the cards. Notice how he turns the pack of cards round, that he did not just pick them up and spread them out after he collected them back up. He did this with both packs. What has happened is that all the cards are the same, on either side, trick cards. If this was real, then the man would have overturned the rest of the cards to show no trickery.
For TAVELLA, the last of the clowns : Be more carefull when you take the package of cards coming from the box with your LEFT HAND and place the new, allready arranged, new package with the RIGHT HAND : it’s really obvious :)))) …otherwise : what numbers for the lottery next week ?!?! :))) …the other 3, I skipped : between dumb and stupid limits . “I’m a mentalist”…. Well, I’m a DENTIST: I CAN do magic FIGHTING the weakness of my audience, not magic BASED on their weakness ! The other french buoy : you take his jacket, you took his magic, oooops!
It’s more than just knowing that God is real. To be saved from your sins you must choose to believe on God’s only son Jesus Christ. He is the only way to eternal life and a life of peace here on earth. Our sins separate all of us from God and the only way to have our sins forgiven is through what Jesus did when he died on the cross and rose again. Admit your a sinner, be willing to turn from your sins (repent). and choose to believe on Jesus. He is the Son of the one true God, He died and rose again to pay for your sins. and aks him to forgive your sins and be your savior. He will. “For the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord” Romans 6:23 ” For by grace are ye saved through faith and that not of yourselves it is the gift of God not of works lest any man should boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9 It’s a free gift. Choose Jesus because NO ONE makes it to heaven on their own and he loves you.
I think the only one I couldn’t really figure out is the first one. But even that one, maybe with air coming from the table? The second one was just quick hand movements with his jacket, taking different disks and quickly “vanishing and reappearing them”. The third was weird, perhaps some kind of tricky technology to play with the mind, using lights to project images into the head?? Weird. The fourth, I think he flipped the prepared half over and let the judge toss the cards around in the conveniently sized container that probably didn’t actually mess the cards up, there was enough room in the container to let the cards move around very freely without actually mixing them. So that he’d have a customized mini book that led into the magic trick. Lot of preplanning, but good payoff.
Obviously, there’s no such thing as magic so there’s got to be some logic behind all this acts. It’s a matter of trying to figure out the logic. If you could do that, none of these “magic” tricks would stump you. However, I don’t understand the logic therefore most of these acts has me flabbergasted. For example, at 5:54 – that’s my reaction as well to this phenomenal “magic” act.
After perusal this article, I finally realized that there are only two reasons why this tantalizing, exhilarating, gladdening and razzle- dazzling article would enhance different assertions. One is the collective use of colloquial abstract representation of normative assertions owing to the distinction in regulatory and derogatory affirmative relations to binary patterns. The second is that even I don’t know what I said above and I’ve just wasted 20 seconds of your time. So therefore, with that being said and all protocol duly observed, I hereby declare vawulence and maximum emotional dàmage
This is not something I do leaving 2 comments but HOW can you trust the authenticity of this show.I mean cards under the seat. Some of the xpressions look fake. And why do they ALWAYS chose one of the “judges” and when people get far enough in the competition I am sure they are in on it.And it’s not just me who seems to think this about this show.
kevin was cool, but obvious. as someone who watched breaking the magicians code i know most (i meant all) of how it was done. but even if i knew… he made it his own. it was amazing. i am a SUPER fan of magic acts since my grandma first showed me them. i wont ruin it for it. i know it. it was amazing still FOR ME even if i knew how it was done. i only hope you all enjoy it as well. just like penn and teller, i wont reveal the act. he was a good showman. the only hint i want to say is…. a magicial wouldnt open his vest to show nothing is inside, unless there was something inside. even a magicians outfit is part of act.
That thing that brain guy had was a holofan. It’s just a fan with a lot of LED lights and as it spins it makes the image look like it’s floating because the fan blades move so fast you can’t see them. If you look back at it you’ll see the fan blades moving since cameras can’t pick up LED lights moving at such speed. I don’t actually think it’s called a holofan but that’s pretty much what it is.
