The text discusses the concept of Army Across Time, a spell that provides support for 5th level spells. It highlights the importance of casting a spell with a specific caster level, which does not affect its statistics. When casting another spell, each duplicate can use an aid action to boost the caster level for any spells cast in that round.
The spell functions as an ally across time, with two exceptions: summoning one duplicate per caster level before the spell ends and having up. This spell can be used in crafting and ritual DC’s, as well as on attack rolls and AC. However, it is important to note that the ally’s items are off limits, except in cases where they can be used to aid another or use a teamwork feat.
One way to increase caster level is through the Coven Hex, allied spellcaster, or Coven caster. Each copy of the spell can aid another, increasing their caster level by 3 twice per turn. For every clone aiding the player, they receive a +3 to their caster level for all spells.
The rules for wizards are that they can only cast one spell in each phase of the game, and there are no limitations on duplicate spells. To cast a spell, the caster must spend 1 Will point for each die they wish to roll. Each spell has a casting difficulty ranging from a 2+ to a +3.
In summary, Army Across Time offers a unique way to increase caster levels in the game. By summoning a duplicate and using the Coven Hex, players can enhance their caster level and support their character.

Problems with this analysis: Allied Spellcaster says ‘whenever you have an ally adjacent’ you get a bunch of bonuses…but it doesn’t say PER ALLY. Contrast with ‘Shake it Off’, where you get bonuses per ally. So you get one set of bonuses, not a ton of stacking ones. Most teamwork feats are ON or OFF, they don’t care how many allies has the feat. Second, the trait is specific to the Aid Another action, it doesn’t affect Allied Spellcaster – at all. Allied Spellcaster has nothing to do with Aid Another. So only the Ring of Tactical Precision is adding to Allied Spellcaster. I mean a +5 to bypass SR and +2 Caster Level is still pretty decent, and you can do it multiple rounds because until they use Aid Another they hang around giving you Teamwork bonuses. And you can use them to boost your To Hit and AC with untyped bonuses which DO stack, and you get 10 uses out of them over the course of the spell with potentially +4 per Aid Another, though the trait bonuses won’t stack (so +4 from the first and +3 from any subsequent ones). Anyways, that’s my read of it.
