Conspiracy cards are a type of card in Magic: The Gathering that is not applicable outside of casual play and draft formats. They are only legal in limited play, particularly in the Conspiracy Draft variant (see rule 905). These cards are not allowed in any Constructed format as they are banned in the original set.
A conspiracy card is a special card type found in the set designed for drafting known by the same name. It affects the rules of certain cards in your deck. Conspiracy cards are not permanents and cannot be affected once the game begins. They may have the ability to affect their holder, opponents, or decks.
The command zone is a special area separate from the battlefield. Cards with the Conspiracy type are not legal in EDH (they are banned in vintage and EDH uses that banned list with some additions). The command zone exists in various settings, including Modern, Legacy, and Free-for-All multiplayer games.
The Conspiracy set is designed to be drafted with six to eight players who then split into groups of three or four players for free-for-all multiplayer games. Conspiracy cards are not spells since they can’t be played, exist only in your command zone, and don’t even have mana costs.
In summary, Conspiracy cards are not legal in any sanctioned Constructed format, and they are not used in competitive level Sealed deck/booster draft events. The Conspiracy set is designed for drafting with six to eight players, splitting into groups of three or four players for free-for-all multiplayer games.

combine it with Cylian Sunsinger to give all nonlegendary creatures +3/+3 for RGW, or can be used with doubling chant to fetch any nonlegendary creature. The problem is, most non Conspiracies(card type, not set) that deal with cards of the same name are either detrimental to you (such as Maelstrom Pulse,) or happen when the spell is cast(like Cabal Shrine.)
Spy Kit: The equipped creature has all names of non-legendary creatures in the game. We’re not talking creature types here, we’re talking the name that normally appears in the top-left corner of the card. Thus, if you play Bazaar of Wonders or Cornered Market nobody can play creature spells, unless they’re legendary.
Well I looked in Gatherer and Excluding Conspiracies I counted only 20 cards that both Target a Creature in play and affect things with the same name, or care about the name of the card. Bile Blight, Clarion Ultimatum, Cornered Market, Cylian Sunsinger, Declaration in Stone, Deicide, Detention Sphere, Dichotomancy, Doubling Chant, Echoing Courage, Echoing Decay, Echoing Truth, Eradicate, Evil Twin (Probably The Best Use), Homing Lightning, Izzet Staticaster, Maelstrom Pulse (Just Fun), Pack Hunt, Sever the Bloodline, and Winnow. Of these most of them hurt the person with the equipped creature, which in most cases will be you unless you can give control to someone else. I might have missed something, but this card is just weird.
