Hi, ive listened to this 4 times and felt a i think it’s a stubborn cord still?.. Question is how long and often is recommended to listen to this and am I supposed to state an affirmation of some kind or can I just listen to it and it works? I’ve felt like just ‘cutting cords’ only offers temporary release and that fully removing most has been most effective.. Please help?? Also beautiful music .. ❤️❤️
my ‘healthy numbing’ activity is intellectual improvement rather than physical, though I have always had an interest in that. It just explains where I got this extreme self-reliance to the point that it hurts me more than helps me (I’d die starving on the streets before asking for help for example, and it has come close to that before). I noticed other people don’t seem to have as much trouble asking other for help. (I did indeed not have a father as a child which may well be the cause.)
