In the anime, Momoshiki Ōtsutsuki is a member of the Ōtsutsuki Clan and is sent to investigate Kaguya’s whereabouts. He attempts to find the Nine-Tails’ chakra and kidnaps its jinchuriki, Naruto Uzumaki. The battle to save Nauro leads to Momoshiki dying at the end of an encounter.
Momoshiki saved and resuscitated Boruto, who had his vessel destroyed by the Nine-Tails. They captured Killer B to extract Gyuuki’s chakra from inside him. Momoshiki absorbed Gyuuki’s Tailed Beast Ball but also amplified it. Killer B survived by staying in contact with the tentacle, allowing him access to bijuu chakra.
In the movie, Killer B is not dead, but he is torn from Gyüki by Momoshiki and tossed into a river to die. Momoshiki pulls Gyuki out of him and absorbs some of his chakra before deflecting Gyuki’s attack on him and throwing B into the water. B urged Naruto not to do so as he would die due to the Nine-Tails sucking away his chakra. However, Gyūki revealed that the Nine-Tails had seemingly stopped doing this.
Killer B did survive his battle with Momoshiki and Kinshiki, who ambushed the Eight-Tails Jinchuuriki. Momoshiki was able to absorb all of Gyūki’s chakra. While in the film, Momoshiki is killed by the combined forces between Naruto and his son, Boruto, he plays a bigger role in the retelling of the movie.

He lamented that he, his uncle, and father could not subjugate the beast due to “incompatibility”. He hoped that if chosen as the next host, B would successfully control the beast. Blue B was a cousin of Killer B and was a cousin of A. The story highlights the incompatibility of various shinobis in the Eight-Tails.
Can Momoshiki heal Boruto?

People underestimate how powerful Momoshiki is, remember that Gyuki withstood the explosion of the ten tails and his own tailed beast bomb yet he was neutralised by Momoshiki’s. Same this with Naruto, he directly blocked the ten tails’s tailed beast bomb and only got a couple of his tails removed but even at its fullest power the best he could do against Momoshiki was neutralise the explosion which knocked him out
People who are saying Bee is nerfed, no he is not. Otsutsuki are in a complete different league. No human except Naruto and Sasuke can stand in front of them, much less give them a fight. This truly shows how powerful those two are. Also even after Naruto losing Kurama and Sasuke losing Rinnegan, they might be the still most powerful humans in existence, despite being nerfed 😂😂😂. They are looking so weak in Boruto because they aren’t fighting humans anymore. Boruto and Kawaki aren’t humans anymore, and only himawari has a chance to reach that level being a human.

The only thing that separates otsutsuki is their unique abilities.Like momoshiki has the Rinnegan in his hand(absorbs all ninjutsu and if he wants he can magnify what was absorbed and send it back.Urashiki literally had 2 different Rinnegan.The red sharinnegan he possessed gave him the ability to use spacetime ninjutsu and his blue rinnegan gave him the ability to go back and forth in short periods of time and make the battle work in his favor(almost like izanagi) Isshiki had a unique eye that gave him the ability to use spacetime ninjutsu and the ability to shrink any none living object and the ability to store it in another dimension and restore it to original size or bigger at will.Kaguya had the ten tails chakra which is when she unlocked the red sharinnegan that gave her the ability to cast the infinite tsukyomi and to the ability to instantly change the dimensions.On top of them being able to fly and having years worth of battle experience
I never actually understood something, how were momoshiki able to do god trees out of the chakra of the eight tales and also would have done the same with Kurama, it was explained that you need a otsutsuki and a ten tails to eat that otsutsuki to do a god tree, so how come momoshiki able to do a god tree out of the chakra of the tailed beasts even thought they aren’t a ten tails nor they fed an otsutsuki to it, someone explain this inconsistency

I didn’t fathom.this part well. It seemed as though 8 tails was taken and turned into eatable fruit and absorbent power. So I thought Bee and 8 tails were goners … However, episodes later, they seemed to have survived… Both of them… Though they clearly were absorbed here… Unlike Naruto… And they took it as if there were only 2 tail beasts… So what of the others?
Killer B isn”t death. Its there for a split second, but you can see a piece of the 8 tails separate during the explosion. Killer B probably used the same trick as when he fought Sasuke, by separating a piece. This would also explain why Momoshiki only got 3 small pills, because the thing that he absorbed wasn’t the entire 8 tails. He even mentions in the anime that it was so little.
There’s a frame or at least a few seconds when B gets hit by momoshiki’s attack and all of his tails fly up but one tail missing part of it so he could have if not definitely made a octo substitution. Plus nine if the akatsuki noticed that the B they captured was a fake until the chakra from the tail was completely siphoned
He’s probably not dead. He has always used a tentacle to survive. Maybe He can use a single tentacle to have the same “shape” as his full form like to make a clone. ORR B could have cut of a piece of the tail and survived on a piece of the tail like he’s done before. ALTERNATIVELY! After Hagoromo released the tailed beasts from the jinchkuriki, he could have made going in and out of the host optional. At the end of Naruto after the fight with Kaguya, the tail beasts were talking casually about what they’d do after the war. And it seems that they had more autonomous freedom than before.
Update on the story kurama died using the bagone form. This vid was made 3 years ago( currently 2021 August 30) I’ve been wondering how come the manga or anime hasn’t show the other tailed beasts.reaction. it’s cannon they all can communicate and telepathicly speak over long distances but it might be too soon in the manga/cannon (August 30, 2021)
is it just me or in the picture of him coming out of the water (in the movie), Eight-Tails looked REALLY concerned for him like a, ‘OMG are you okay?!’ kind of way? Like his eyebrow area was like raised like you would when you’re asking if someone’s okay. So my theory is that Bee wasn’t able to make a clone in time and was actually knocked out and drained of some energy (why it didn’t take all of his chakra if I’m right, I have no idea). And after he was dropped, somehow Eight-tails got himself out of Bee’s body and was able to get him above the water. And then with all the movement and how quick Eight-tails would probably have to be in order to get him on land in time before he had drowned, Bee would wake up and would be too weak to stay floating on his own so Eight-tails would let him use his tentacle to keep himself up as he would cough out the water.
In the scene where Killer Bee is in his Eight-o form, wouldn’t that be more like Momoshiki taking the chakra and not really extracting the beast? For example, Naruto in his tailed beast state doesn’t have a solid form, at least as far as we’ve seen, but that form is comprised of chakra and because of that, when the Otsutsuki attacked and absorbed Killer Bee’s tailed beast form, I think they simply took his chakra and left him close to empty, but didn’t extract the beast.
Killer B seems unkillable. I really hope he’s an Uzumaki descendant. Granted, it would be pretty stupid to say. “Hey, I am an Uzumaki and I would have survived having my tailed beast extracted without having to cut off one of Gyuki’s tentacles to survive.” The Uzumakis are known for their longevity, Kushina and Naruto himself both barely survived having Karama extracted from them. We don’t know much about his biological parents but it’s probably safe to say he isn’t an Uzumaki. It maybe that he’s a likely Uzumaki descendant since the clan was eradicated and only left behind a few members and their descendants like Karin, Karin’s mom, Kushina, Naruto, Himawari and Boruto. Killer B always seems to have the devil’s luck when it comes to life or death situations like tailed beast extraction, the Fourth Shinobi War, Kisame Hoshigaki, the Raikage punching around, and now Momoshiki.
There was a scene in the episode where you see one of the tails get cut off which B probably did on purpose because he knew he couldnt win the fight against them which was basically the same thing that happened when he got hit with ameterasu and he used the tailed beast as a kind of substitute and came back from the tail that was cut off so yea.. i dont think he was killed

A few observations. 1 – u can;t say for sure if the ENTIRE tailed beast was taken. After all if let’s say momoshiki took the big glowing tailed beast from naruto while in that form, would u say kurama was completly taken? Considering the creater of naruto said he doesnt care about killing off characters from the naruto generation i wont be suprised if they really do kill killer b. And btw gyuki would come back to life after momo is killed. All tailed beasts cant die forever. And i doubt he is dead because if B is dead im sure kurama would have said something to naruto about it.

I think this is a real possibility considering the boruto anime is supposedly gonna be WAY darker than naruto, and the fact kishimoto doesn’t mind killing off the old characters from naruto.
My only thing is I’m neutral on killer B being dead or not but in the Anime I seen killer be get blasted in eight tails form then get get absorbed into Momoshiki’s hand but Boruto killed Momoshiki which is confirmed the only thing is Momoshiki is now part of Boruto’s body and Eight tails was still in Momoshiki’s hand unless he ate him for power as a compressed power ball, though since Momoshiki’s Real body is gone then he the eight tails is gone
If killer bee was dead I think kurama would’ve sensed it and naruto since he is the meeting place and has all the tailed beast chakra inside of him. And he would’ve been sad because killer bee taught him about mastering the tailed beast transformation and perfect control and knew his hardships so I don’t see how killer bee was killed and Naruto didn’t sense it
Of course he’s alright. as we saw in the subtitles, Momoshiki is questioning “is this all the chakra??” because he thinks he absorbed all of it when he really didn’t, it was a small portion. Hear me out, Bee used to same trick of using only a piece of the 8 tails like he did with Sasuke that one time. it wasn’t all of 8 tails. Otherwise why would Momoshiki be questioning if that is all he had? Bee isn’t as dumb as people would think.
He didn’t kill killer b because he can’t use the substitution because he had the truth seeking rods attached to him and they sucked out all the chakra Remember when the akatsuki tried to get the chakra the ink clone exploded well this never happened there for killer b is either dead or has no biju left
Madara proceeded to chain them up and prepared to remove Yang-Kurama and Gyūki from their jinchūriki. Struggling against its confines, Gyūki apologised to B as it was extracted and sealed within the statue along with the other tailed beasts, but not before cutting off one of its tentacles, letting B survive through the chakra within it.Bee used a tentacle escape pod. It’s using the same rule that allowed the Jubi to be revived in reverse. As long as there was a portion of Gyuki’s chakra, be was able to survive.
I think the final nail in te coffin in the anime will be in episode 64 when the other 4 Kage, Boruto and Sasuke go to save Naruto and if Naruto and Kurama react to Momoshiki saying Eight-o is in him, we’ll be able to determine whether Killer Bee is dead or alive. Personally I don’t really want him to die and I don’t really think they’re gonna write him off considering what has conspired in the manga so far. If he had died they we probably would have seen more panic from Naruto and the 5th Raikage (sorry, can’t remember his name).
