Ah-yi is the sole caretaker of her young sister after her father leaves them amid going bankrupt. Her only dream is to become an adult so she can get a proper job to make ends meet. Why is The Sound of Magic so good?
The Sound of Magic, a Korean drama, has set a new high standard for its musical genre, with actors and actresses showcasing their talents. Ji Chang Wook, who has practiced magic for three months before acting, has put in significant effort in the production. The drama music, particularly the flying silhouettes of Ah Yi and Lee Eul, evokes a dreamy style of Disney classics, with the merry go round song where Lee Eul and Ah Yi fly into the sky with their horses.
The performances of Ah Yi and Ji Chang Wook are impressive, with Ah Yi singing well while crying and having emotional expressions, while Wook’s beautiful smile and singing skills are admirable. The graphic representation of the original WEBTOON is also impressive, with the drama being performed in a musical form, leaving the stage more exaggerated and surreal. This transition between reality and dreamy songs takes the audience to a space of fantasy, then gently brings them back to the brokenness of the world with a lingering feeling of hurt and sadness. The production and camera team are praised for their well-thought-out work.

I do not know what to write. I think all the praises for JCW have already been said here. I just want to add that JCW is probably one of the best Korean actors and yet he is underestimated by Koreans. I envy them such a great actor who is the best at what he does. Great respect for such a wonderful person. I wish you continued success and appreciation from the viewers of JCW’s hard work. Greetings from Poland
In this constant sea of numbness since the past year, I’ve never felt so excited for anything, let alone a kdrama release. I cried so much perusal Annarasumanara, and as a huge fan of Ji Chang Wook it was 1000x better. To hear him sing after a long time is such a gift. I believe, I genuinely believe in this magic despite the harshness of reality.
This is the first time I loved and became a fan of a Korean artist. Very few people make me give this special love for, very few people make me feel like this, the feeling of looking forward to a project, a product of an artist, the feeling of uncontrollable excitement when that person appears in the movie, the heart skips a beat when that person smiles. The feeling of indescribable pain, tears keep flowing when that person cries. Thank you for coming into my life and giving me this feeling. Love you, Ji Chang Wook!❤
Have watched this twice now already today, one purposely on my phone….this second one when i went into my i-pad…thought what’s this article ji has put up?….dot..dot..dot, the same article clip…not complaining though, and then watched the actual clip from the movie and song…where you go up into the sky on one of the merry-go round horses. So last night when you sang the song from this…i was right in thinking? I’m sure this is where they go up into the sky on the horse!!!! So beautiful…the words too…I am going to watch the movie again after i finish “SuspiciousPartner”..watched “SP” first time 2yrs ago at least, having a ball perusal it again. Once again thank-you for being on the planet…you are a very special person…in my eyes anyway..and in others eyes too i would say.😊❤ Kay, who else turns a few lines into a book.😅
