For the scandal dupe, have you tried bee from zoologist fragrances? They’re never tested on animals and I love pretty much every perfume I’ve ever tried from them.. Bee has very similar notes, but I haven’t smelled scandal. I always get compliments when I where escentric molecules 01 +patchouli. Even my husband (who hates patchouli) swears I smell amazing when I put this on.

I get the most compliments when I layer Comptoir Sud Pacifique Vanille Extreme with Chloe Nomade. I have original Beach Walk. I love beachy scents, but do find it a bit weak. Never tried the Dossier version. I normally don’t like unisex scents, preferring more feminine, but I have fallen in love with Replica’s Jazz Club and get compliments on that all the time. Unfortunately, Dossier’s version was horrible. Only one I ever had to return, but it smelled like an old wet, stale pack of Marlboros. They didn’t do the tobacco note right at all so that was a disappointment.

Sadly, my three favorite perfumes are no longer available anywhere. I have never gotten a compliment. That may be because I am light handed. I like scents that cling to my clothes. I found that when I purchased my French perfumes in Canada or the Caribbean, they were much fresher and lasted longer. My preference is exotic scents like Original Opium. It smelled great in the perfume but was harsh, almost offensive in the eau de toilette and eau de perfumes versions.

Been wanting to sniff Scandal for a while. Seems right up my alley! As for my most complimented fragrances, as of late its been Dossiers version of Chloe. I’ve gotten a good ten plus compliments. Even my son notices and will come snuggle with me. Other than that, an Arabian fragrance called Golden Dust. It’s gourmand heaven. I was craving a good gourmand, searched and nothing hit the spot…. Hi Melanie, the few fragrances that I have received multiple compliments on since I have gotten them are the Sol De Janeiro 71 the Dossier floral Marshmallow, and Lolita Limpeka Lolita land. I actually got chased down in Costco with the last one. I don’t know if it’s cruelty, free or not but I hope you can get your nose on it.
