I had a knee injury in 2017 in the krav maga class. It took me a whole 1 year to completely heal at that time and surprisingly I didn’t use anything. My pops used to make us shove it down and coat our throats with it like a long night of drinking and you have to force yourself vomit for strep. yea man Tiger Balm is legit, don’t care what doctors say or anyone else and I don’t need a hollywood muppet endorsement, been using it for decades, when the jars were TJAP Harimau registered, a tiger on the top of the paper wrapping.. it’s great stuff for all kinds of things.. for me I’ll grow a mustache so I can smear it on the hairs so it doesn’t burn my lip, lol.. each time I breath through my nose I get a good whiff, I love the smell.. just rubbed some on my shoulder, it may take a few sessions but it will help no jokes, I don’t use it for every little ache and pain, I wait only for the special pain where I know I’ll need it.. I save up for that special time like now with my shoulder blade and shoulder pain radiating out, my lower back too… clearly someone has a voodoo doll made for me and they stuck a pin right between the shoulder blade and backbone and in my lower back, now the pain is working its way around the entire area, if nothing else it makes it feel better while its applied, for hours too.. relief I also like to use it when I vaporize, HALE YES, it’s a lil expensive cuz I can use 2 jars while I sleep.. if you have a chinatown find a good vietnam healing store, I get the large .63 oz for like $4,78 or so.. I can use a whole jar or 2 when I run the steam vaporizer for when my nose is clogged, pollen allergies, colds whatever, clean out the lungs too, I put it right in with the vapor liquid, that and peppermint extract, tea tree, I get a whole smear going.. I will cough up all kinds of large brown phlegm.

Amrutanjan reminds of my student days when my high school teachers used to properly cane my butts and i used to keep rubbing my bum till i reached home and check my bum in the mirror and apply zandu balm and amrutanjan to the swollen and red parts of my bum😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥 inspite of applying balms my butts used to sting for atleast three days to a week.
