Spell allows teleportation with inanimate or non-sentient objects below your carrying capacity, but it is unclear if divination-nullifying materials, warding magic items, or abjuring spells can protect buildings, castles, or archives from spying. Staple spells for repair and shaping include make whole, stone shape, warp metal, and warp wood. Conceal Spell has more steep requirements and slows down casting, but it appears mechanically more beneficial. Cunning Caster is simpler and easier to use.
Hiding gestures and incantations within speech and movement helps conceal the fact that you are casting a spell. Direct damage spells are nice to speed things up, but everything else is gravy. Army wise, make a cover to disguise the terrain of an area and all unattended objects within the area. If a creature uses Seek to make you observed by it, you must successfully hide to become hidden again.
There is no spell in the game that will do what you want, and there is no RaW way for players to craft magical buildings like temples, brothels, or schoolrooms. Odd planar locations, such as portable holes or Mord’s Magnificent Mansion, can also hide you. Improving settlements by constructing buildings provides bonuses to the kingdom and the settlement in general. The best way to hide is for rooms to be sealed off, only accessible via magic, and each “room” is a small chamber with DCs based on the spell slot used.
