Fluorite Applications For The Third Eye Chakra?

The Third Eye Chakra is a crucial aspect of mental health, often causing individuals to struggle with making decisions and following through with them. To stimulate this chakra, it is recommended to place a Fluorite gemstone between the eyebrows while meditating. This versatile crystal can help with clearing stagnant energy and calming the mind. Fluorite encourages clear thinking, improved decision-making, and heightened concentration. It also works to heal and clear the crown, throat, heart, and solar plexus chakras.

Some commonly used crystals for the Third Eye Chakra include amethyst, clear quartz, and fluorite. These stones are believed to be highly effective at activating and opening the Third Eye. Purple Fluorite is considered the stone of mental excellence and can help lead a life of meticulous care and purpose.

To activate the third eye chakra, one should find a quiet space and hold the stone or place it on their forehead. The color of fluorite often determines its healing properties, with green fluorite aiding heart chakra healing and purple fluorite aiding the third eye chakra.

Purple Fluorite is a stone of protection, defending against bad dreams, and used to cleanse and stabilize negative energies. It promotes spiritual development, intuition, and enhances psychic abilities, making it ideal for the Third Eye Chakra.

To use the Fluorite Detoxifying Wrap Bracelet during Third Eye Chakra balancing meditations, one should sit, stand, or lie down with their back and neck completely straight. Place the third eye crystals in a grid formation on the forehead and surrounding space.

Unblocking the Solar Plexus Chakra can be achieved by focusing on the color yellow and gold, repeating positive affirmations, taking deep breaths, meditation, working with yellow crystals, using aromatherapy, or opening the chakra with yoga. This chakra, located along the spine near the navel, provides personal power, confidence, and self-worth. To activate this chakra, look at fire or feel its warmth, such as lighting a candle or spending time in the sun.

Spiritual Advisor Emily Christensen suggests working through the chakras from the Root Chakra to the Crown Chakra, starting with the Root Chakra (LOM), then the Solar Plexus (ROM), heart (YOM), throat (HOM), Third Eye (SHOM), and crown (OM). Pairing mantras with exposure to fire can give the solar plexus an extra emphasis. Other methods to open the chakra include lighting a fire in a fireplace or fire pit, cooking something over an open flame or gas stove, or watching a fireworks display. By following these remedies, individuals can feel confident in their personal power, trust their intuition, and feel empowered.

The third eye, also known as the mind’s eye or inner eye, is an invisible eye located on the forehead, believed to provide perception beyond ordinary sight. In Hinduism, it refers to the ajna (brow) chakra, and is believed to be located around the middle of the forehead, slightly above the junction of the eyebrows. In both Hinduism and Buddhism, the third eye represents enlightenment achieved through meditation. • The ancients call it the third eye because when you use both sides of the brain in proper order the brain lights up from a chemical being released from the pineal gland. The eye reference is because a higher state of consciousness. Meaning intelligence. I was blind now I can see. Research this in Google scholar for sited research. Very interesting stuff.

  • The idea that the brain’s lack of sensory organs somehow points to the conclusion that therefore the “third eye” must be just thoughts and feelings from elsewhere in the body is a non-sequitur. That only follows if you already accept the view that your conscious experience is 100% produced by the brain. This has never been demonstrated (and in fact there are some real problems with this view). And the suggestion that we should instead pay more attention to external stimuli also pre-supposes that the physical world is the only thing that is “real”. But what if the only reality is our conscious experience? Then the physical world is only one part of reality and not the totality of it. And then if we want to focus on the external or the internal, it’s all equally valid and real, and we should choose whichever one provides the experience we are looking for in life. I hear what he’s saying about thoughts flooding the mind when you close your eyes but I don’t experience that. In fact when I actually opened my mind to other possibilities, I discovered an entire universe within. But until you’re prepared to see it, you won’t see it. If you insist that the physical world is all there is, then it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. You are free to do that, but you are not free to insist that I agree with you. There is no default position. Scientists claim that physicalism is the default – it is not. We choose our own default. There are no exceptions. We only see and measure what our minds are prepared to accept.

  • I dont think you will see spirits when you open your third eye. I will say though that energy or Chakra centers are real. I sometimes feel this nice pressure, buzzing feeling on my forward when I meditate or randomly happens occasionally. I just know that it can’t be explained physiologically. Like the other comments say, you just know, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

  • It just means the “mind’s eye”.. imagine that the nonphysical equivalent of light is in fact thought.. in that case, the third eye or mind’s eye is to thought as the optical eye is to light.. it’s a fairly simple concept – no need to overcomplicate it and risk losing the actual thing u’re pointing to….. If u read and considered this concept, I’d love to read any feedback anyone might have to give..

  • Well, many people on the spiritual side of things are not speaking of the pineal gland OR the pre-frontal cortex when they talk about the 3rd eye. They are talking about the energetic chakra hypothesized in traditions like Yoga. One can debate whether there is any merit to ideas such as “chakra”, “prana”, or “chi”, but this article assumes an incorrect premise about the real esoteric meaning of the 3rd eye in most ancient spiritual traditions.

  • It’s a nice sounding scientific explanation, but I can assure you there is a lot more going on here than purely a lack of sensation in the prefrontal cortex. Ask a Taoist Master. A good friend of mine once said, humanity has improved greatly in all the areas in which we can measure…in the areas we can’t, not so much.

  • I haven’t watched the article, nor do I intend to, but whoever opposes this has to understand that the mystics behind the pineal gland grants abilities like clairvoyance and stuff, not flight, heat vision, or telekinesis. I noticed anyone who opposes this are the ones who take this concept a lot further than it has to be 😂.

  • Trying to explain with science what it can not. Is like trying to solve an equation with meditation. The pineal gland definitely senses EMF. Not the visible spectrum, therefore the eyes are there. The third eye is symbolic for most of the people. Whats important its obviously spirituality and rationality is like your left and right legs, without one or the other you are not whole. Need to develope both to be human. One is exact the other is not. You never will be able to understand what you must feel, and feel what you must understand.

  • “Does consciousness generate brain activity or does brain activity generate consciousness?” No one can provide a scientific answer to this question. It’s a personal matter of belief, and no one can deter you from holding your own belief. The same applies to the pineal gland. Scientists are very precise in their language and tend to make sharp assumptions, while a person’s spiritual development is not so clear-cut. Hubermann reduces consciousness to sensory stimulation. One can see it that way, but then it’s like putting blinders on horses. Drawing the conclusion that we are all being deceived is either clickbait, hubris, at the very least, it’s a very materialistic worldview. I like to say: “In emotions, humans truly live, in reason, they merely exist!”

  • How about brain imbalance and heart and brain coherence. How does fluoride affect the pineal gland? Why are energy centers blocked and you have to meditate to unblock and even reach your pineal gland? Also, how does brain balance help with healing? I noticed you could not speak much in this article about overall consciousness. I find it hard to believe that you don’t/can’t speak about that, but can point people to seek balance externally and internally, as if the goal of opening up your pineal gland is about happiness at all. People meditate and open their third eye for many reasons, not just for happiness. I feel you are trying to explain the Exoteric with Esoteric. This is a topic that requires much attention and you covered it in 10 minutes. Something that has shaped civilizations and beliefs condensed to 10 minutes is not enough.

  • Maybe you are correct, that the 3rd eye isn’t the pineal gland but it could be another part of the brain. First, before I tell you my unresearched or studied idea I want to say how I came to think of this as a possibility. I have a friend who has Parkinson’s and my mom had Parkinson’s. Because of these people that I love I started trying to learn more about Parkinson’s. Now, interestingly you were talking about the snake’s pineal exposure to the sun to respond hormonally to seasonal changes. I wonder about the melanin in the locus coeruleus (LC), a small brainstem nucleus, is the primary source of the neuromodulator norepinephrine (NE) in the brain. (Wikipedia) and in the eye. Another stay thought related to melanin in a human organ other than the skin has fascinated me. It’s curious how an albino human’s eyes will tremor-like pendular nystagmus but not an albino rabbit or maybe snake. The exposure to the sun I think is why certain structures have melanin. Maybe the part of the brain where the 3rd eye really is is the LC which is also in the midline of the brain. I don’t know if there is a right and left LC but it makes more sense to me than the pituitary. This is my personal hair-brained idea. Who knows! Maybe it could lead to a breakthrough in Parkinson’s research… OK! I am really off the deep end now 😂🤣 One can hope. All I have come away with from my novice understanding and going to the World Parkinson’s Congress in Barcelona is that no one knows anything close to what could come close to a cure.

  • Scientific fact has much value but overlooks the fact that we’re not our bodies. So trying to understand who we are by studying what we’re not is certainly not the most direct approach nor the quickest!!!! And very open to interpretation rather than truth. The one who is meditating, will come to understanding much quicker through their experience, and because what they have seen they will know it’s reality. Trying to understand the body just through science is pretty much guess work and following along with others opinions.

  • Some of your knowledge about the pineal gland is wrong. Pineal gland is directed towards heart, Once your heart is illuminated, it reflects in pineal, which eventually gets back to visual cortex and then you start seeing more things in outside world. So then it is called as third eye by which you can see more light in outside world. If one continues this practise, the light in the visual cortex starts illuminating the brain and you can see aura of light around one person’s head.

  • Basically he’s saying I’m a god of science. From my studies I know this to be true. Nothing else that doesn’t align with the scientific studies performed are true. Nothing wrong with that. But also scientific facts get overturned as we discover more. Which causes a reframing of the information we know.

  • I have to disagree. Yes, you’re a professional but I’ve had my own personal experience plenty times and I must say that my brain started to comprehend sense receptors when I used psilocybin mushrooms. You can literally feel it awakening neurological networks that weren’t as active and it feels as if you’re getting new ones too. Also your pineal gland becomes extremely sensitive as it feels like it opens wider every time your trip becomes stronger. The dream you have that night is so real you can tell it was unlike any other when you wake up, not to mention how rejuvenated you feel after taking the shrooms the next day.
