In this video, we cover the basics of setting up VuhDo, a raid frame replacement designed for high-level raid healing. There are several settings that can be changed to make the healer’s life easier. One such setting is the “Spells” tab, which allows users to set VuhDo to use their macro using the @vuhdo target and split their cast based on spec.
The ImpliedTarget addon can be used instead of writing a mouseover macro for all spells, doing the same without the burden of macros. It works on custom frames, but users must type in a name and checkmark the keys to load for N Spec.
On my shaman healer, Vuhdo only recognizes the highest level spell, so there is no apparent way to use a lower ranking heal. In Classic, Vuhdo only recognizes the highest level spell. However, when dragging spells to the box, it just clicks on the raid member.
VuhDo is a raid frame replacement that is specifically built for high-level raid healing, allowing users to assert all healing spells or actions to the mouse. This video provides a quick and short tutorial on the main settings in VuhDo and how to use it to make the healer’s life easier.
