  • I was totally lost with the Bonus Cash, I’ve watched your article already 3 times and I really appreciate your help…I was almost ready to complain because I didn’t see where the Bonus till I saw your article…I have always loved Rite Aid, been going there since it was Thrifty, haven’t had one near me till recently.. I can hardly wait to start shopping again…been following you for about a year and love you’re breakdowns…again thank you.

  • Hey Michelle I picked up some Colgate kids toothbrushes on clearance yesterday and they tracked toward bonus cash. One was a battery powered on clearance for 3.99 and I used the $3 off printable and the other one was 1.89 and I used a $2 printable and got a little overage. Just a FYI. Thanks for all the info.

  • My transaction went well yesterday other than the $10 bonus cash I earned didn’t come off my balance ( it was high enough to allow this) and I was told by the cashier that several people complained that their bonus cash didn’t’ come off from last week! I will call customer service today and find out If I need to send a copy of my receipt to verify or not..Thank you for the helpful articles,,,, Sass

  • Thanks Michelle! Ugh, I’m dreading re-teaching my cashiers about when to scan my card. Cuz heaven forbid, the mgr actually explain to them why I would want to scan my card last. Lots of long times at rite aid ahead. I’ll have to ask for the mgr a lot, lol. Sigh. I can also confirm the returns on PP, I got my PP back right away.

  • Thanks for sharing the info you’ve discovered so far!! Looks like we are going to have to be MUCH more on top of it with this BC. Am I correct that In you examples where your had 1, 1, 2 & 10 in bonus cash they all had the same expiration date (since different scenarios used different amounts)? If they were all different expiration dates it would use the oldest regardless of amount, right?

  • Michelle. On the website it shows as silver and list 10% off/eligible. It has my level at the beginning of bronze. I expected it to be at the beginning of silver. I’m never going to make gold that way. Q&A. Is this normal or a glitch? I’ve been shopping at Rite Aid since March/17.Thanks for your articles.

  • I’m dreading the cashier insisting on scanning my card first. My local store doesn’t follow RIte aid policy, making me cut out multiple in ad coupons instead of scanning it multiple times, not allowing overage even when there is something in my cart to cover the overage, and etc. They seem to have their own rules. But they clearly label all their deals in the store so I’m sure I have the correct items and they even tape extra coupons on items so it is easy to shop at this store even if I wasn’t planning on going to the store and didn’t bring my coupons.

  • Thanks for explaining some of this, I have not ventured out to Rite aid in quite awhile and have plenti points to spend. This Bonus Cash seems like it is going to be very complicated especially with those paper mfq not coming off before BC. Hope my stores are willing to scan my card last when it is time for me to use BC.

  • I earned plenty points at Mobil gas station on Saturday. So on Sunday when he scanned my card it asked if I wanted to use them. Glad that is still working that way. After perusal your article I know know why there was an extra 1.00 load to card coupon. It was bonus cash. It is a learning process and I am grateful for your articles. Thank you!
