How The Divination Distillate Is Run?

Divination Distillate is a unique flask in Path of Exile with both offensive and defensive capabilities. The Large Hybrid Flask can recover 140 Mana over 5.00 Seconds and 510 Life over 5.00 Seconds, but it consumes 20 of 40 charges on use and requires Level 30.
