How To Apply Oil On A Pendant?

In Path of Exile 3.22, players can use oils to anoint amulets or rings. Sister Cassia offers anoint service, allowing players to apply oils to blighted maps, rings, amulets, or blight unique items. Amulets are categorized as jewellery and provide various bonuses when equipped.
