How To Change Spells While Playing A Game?

In League of Legends, summoner spells can be swapped during a game as many times as desired. To change summoner spells during a game, use the Unsealed Spellbook rune with Inspiration as the keystone. Two new runes have been revealed: one that allows in-game switch of Summoner Spells and the second being a flexible option.

There are five summoner spells that can be swapped on rotation: Ghost, Heal, Barrier, Exhaust, and Teleport. After using any summoner, there is a 10-second lockout before using the one under it. Clerics, Druids, Paladins, and Wizards can change their Prepared Spells by selecting from their Known Spells. For other spellcasting classes, one spell can be replaced when leveling up.

To switch between spells, hit the d-pad top button and cycle through them like flasks and left/right weapons. On the left sidebar, go to ‘Replace Spell’ to access the menu. You can choose one spell to change out and one spell to use. Change spells only at the end of a long rest.

You can change your list of prepared spells when you finish a long rest. Preparing a new list of wizard spells requires time spent studying your spell book. Classes that cast spontaneously (bards, sorcerers, and magus) don’t need to study the spell book.
