How To Obtain Every Organ In Mystic Carrion?

In BG3, players must find and destroy four organs that are key parts of the human body: the lungs, brain, liver, and heart. The Mystic Carrion is a powerful, ancient undead, and players must find all jars containing his organs to defeat him.

The jars can be found in the Mortuary’s Cellar, the Ancient Lair in the Undercity Ruins, the Ancient Lair next to the Brain, and the Heart inside Thrumbo, the Carrion’s Servant in the Lower City. To find the heart, players must drop all four jars of Mystic Carrion body parts on the ground and destroy them.

To kill Mystic Carrion, players must find all four jars of organs in the city’s graveyard (X 27, Y 19). The liver and brain jars are located in a special location within the city sewers. To find the heart, players must lockpick the door at coordinates X 27, Y 19, and enter the sewers.

A note titled “Funerary Jar and Function” can be found to the right of the body on the desk, revealing the location of the jar needed to kill Mystic Carrion. The new location for the jar is located in the basement room down a small hatch in the back of the house.

To find each of Mystic Carrion’s Organs, players must find the heart, which is technically only needed to make Mystic Carrion killable. By following these directions and using the jars, players can defeat Mystic Carrion and gain powerful buffs as long as they remain intact.
