How To Use Music To Open The Chakras?

This guide on LifeKeys TV discusses the importance of chakra sounds in promoting balance, healing, and awakening in the mind, body, and spirit. The seven chakra sounds, including the root chakra, the sacral chakra, the solar Plexus chakra, the heart chakra, the throat chakra, and the third eye chakra, are explained in detail.

Opening the chakras involves a step-by-step process that includes meditation, visualization, sound healing, crystal therapy, and crystal singing bowls. The “a” in “Lam” and other seed syllables is pronounced “ah” or “uh”. A powerful 30 minutes meditation for an all 7 chakras full opening, cleansing, and balancing with crystal singing bowls, based on a 432Hz grid, is provided.

Chakras are energy centers located throughout the body, and opening and aligning them can promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Guided meditations, such as mantra singing, visualization, breath work, and sound healing meditation, can help locate blockages and promote healing.

To activate the root chakra, one can tone the voice using low hums and “ahhs” for any amount of time. The idea is to bathe participants in waves of sound to balance and unblock the body’s energy centers, known as the chakras.

How do you tell if your chakras are blocked?

Root chakra imbalances can manifest as physical symptoms in various areas such as the legs, feet, rectum, tailbone, and immune system, leading to degenerative arthritis, knee pain, sciatica, eating disorders, and constipation. Emotional imbalances affect basic survival needs like money, shelter, and food. Blocked energy in the Svadhisthana chakra, located two inches below the navel, is responsible for sensuality, vitality, and fluidity.

Physical symptoms of blocked energy include sexual and reproductive issues, urinary problems, kidney dysfunctions, and hip, pelvic, and low back pain. Emotional symptoms include struggles with relationships, emotional expression, and feelings of impotence, betrayal, or addiction.

What frequency unlocks all chakras?

The frequency of 1024 Hz is thought to stimulate the entire chakra system, with some sources claiming that all existing chakras are activated, while others hypothesize that a new “global” chakra is activated, resulting in a stimulating, invigorating, and vitalizing effect.

Bhakti Yoga focuses on the heart chakra as the center of spiritual devotion, while Ayurveda has three main chakras, known as “Marmas”, which are the focal points of physical, mental, and spiritual energies in the body. Shaivism has five chakras, with the heart and crown chakras being the focus. Tantra traditionally has four to six chakras, with the crown chakra being considered the highest. Kashmir Shaivism has six or seven chakras, with the focus on awakening divine energy within.

Hatha Yoga has seven main chakras, with some traditions also recognizing additional ones. Kundalini Yoga has seven main chakras, with additional minor chakras recognized. Nath Tradition has eight main chakras, with the emphasis on awakening divine energy through these centers. Vaishnavism has twelve chakras, with the emphasis on spiritual ascent through these centers.

Classical eastern traditions, particularly those developed in India during the 1st millennium AD, describe nadi and chakra in a “subtle body” context, where the prana (breath, life energy) flows through the nadi and cakra. This subtle body network is believed to be reachable, awake-able, and important for an individual’s body-mind health and how one relates to others in their life.

Esoteric traditions in Hinduism mention numerous numbers and arrangements of chakras, with a classical system of six-plus-one, the last being the Sahasrara. Hindu Tantra associates six Yoginis with six places in the subtle body, corresponding to the six chakras of the six-plus-one system.

How do you unblock your chakras by yourself?

The chakras, the centers of spiritual power, are a complex energy system within the body. Blocking these chakras can lead to difficulties with concentration, sleeping problems, lack of motivation, and feelings of helplessness. To unblock these energy pathways, there are several easy techniques you can do at home. One such technique is mantras, which are short repetitions used at the end of yoga practice. These mantras act as a form of sound healing, restoring energy fields.

Another technique is tapping, or EFT, which involves using your fingertips to tap on specific meridian points throughout your body. This motion and repeating affirmations can help release certain emotions that may be blocking your chakras. By practicing these techniques, you can help unblock your chakras and improve your overall well-being.

How do I know my throat chakra is blocked?

A blockage in the throat chakra may result in physical tension in the neck, shoulders, and jaw, which can manifest as discomfort or pain. Such imbalances may also result in disturbances to the quality of sleep, manifesting as insomnia or restless sleep. Furthermore, the suppression of emotions, such as frustration or sadness, can result in emotional imbalances, which may contribute to the development of stress, anxiety, or depression over time.

How do I open blocked voice?

To alleviate and diminish vocal strain, it is recommended to breathe moist air, rest the voice, consume sufficient fluids, avoid alcohol and caffeine, moisten the throat, cease drinking and smoking, and refrain from clearing the throat.

Which mantra activates all chakras?

Chakras, or energy centers, are the focal points of the human body and can be activated through mantras and meditation. The Root Chakra, for instance, opens up prosperity, belongings, and security. Chakras, meaning wheels in Sanskrit, were used as energy forms in ancient India. The human body has seven main chakras, each with its own mantras and mudras. To open the chakras, one must chant the correct mantras and mudras. Chakras run from the head to the spine and are essential for maintaining good health and well-being.

What happens when all 7 chakras are open?

The seven chakras are the center points of all energy in the human body, as mentioned in ancient meditation practices and found popular with the increasing interest in yoga. Chakras, which translates to “wheel”, are spinning discs of energy that correspond to major organs, bundles, or nerves, and areas related to our emotional well-being.

There are at least 114 chakras in the human body, but the main ones usually referred to are the 7 main ones. Each chakra corresponds to a focus on a particular health. Specific areas of the spine from the crown of the head to the sacrum are focused on manipulating the subtle energy flow through the 7 chakras of the human body.

The root chakra (Muladhara) is located in the tailbone area at the base of your spine and has the responsibility for your well-being, stability, and security. If your root chakra is blocked, it may manifest as physical issues in your colon, bladder, joints (arthritis), and intestinals. An unbalanced root chakra may also make you feel emotionally insecure about your well-being, finances, or basic needs. When it is balanced and in alignment, you will start feeling more grounded and in control of your emotions as well as your physical health.

The sacral chakra (Svadhisthana) is linked to your emotional well-being and creative energy, and it is also seen as an energy point for others’ emotions. If the Svadhisthana chakra becomes unbalanced, you may experience impotency, lower back pain, urinary tract infections, and a feeling of self-worth around creativity, sexuality, and pleasure. Improving this chakra can balance your lifestyle completely.

The solar plexus chakra (Nabhi-Manipura) is located in the stomach region (upper abdomen) and represents self-esteem and confidence. Controlling this chakra to make it balanced is getting back control of your life in your hand. A balanced Nabhi-Manipura chakra ensures that you interact with society with utmost confidence.

The heart chakra (Anahata) emphasizes love and is affected by two types of issues: physical health through matters related to cardio and people’s emotions (heartbreak). An unbalanced heart chakra may cause issues with your throat and voice, as well as any ailment related to your mouth, gums, or teeth.

The third eye chakra (Ajna) is located on the forehead, in between the eyes, and represents gut instinct and intuition. When unbalanced, it may manifest as headaches, hearing issues, concentration problems, and problems with eyesight. Once open, you will be able to see the big picture of any and all situations you come across.

Lastly, the crown chakra (Sahasrara) represents the spiritual connection you have with yourself, others around you, and the universe or nature. Balancing the crown chakra is a step towards figuring out the purpose of life, as it affects not just your organs but also your nervous system and brain.

The 7 chakras are the seven energy centers of the human body, representing various physical health and emotional states. When imbalanced, these chakras can lead to anxiety, depression, musculoskeletal issues, and various illnesses and diseases. To balance the chakras, one can adopt activities such as meditation, breathing exercises, and yoga postures.

Chakras provide subtle energy that improves intellect, work, mind, and organs. Ancient Yogic practices recommended certain activities to activate the 7 chakras, which provide a sense of mindfulness within the individual. Medical studies have not yet determined the connection between spiritual power and chakras, but they do bring a sense of mindfulness.

Unblocking the chakras involves balancing them in such a way that energy flows through every aspect of the body. For those new to uncovering the 7 chakras, the root chakra is the best place to start. Scientifically, there is no evidence of the benefits of the root chakra, but it can help individuals feel grounded, secure, and safe.

To bring an imbalanced chakra back to alignment, one can adopt activities such as meditation, breathing exercises, and yoga postures. Yogashala offers certified yoga instructors or reiki practitioners who are experienced in energy healing to guide individuals through this process.

In summary, the 7 chakras represent the energy centers of the human body and can be reactivated through yoga practices. By focusing on the root chakra, individuals can experience a more profound connection with themselves and the world around them.

How do you unlock the voice chakra?

How do you unlock the voice chakra?

The throat chakra, also known as Vishuddha, is responsible for communication, creativity, and self-expression. It is located in the throat and is associated with the tongue, lips, jaws, ears, upper back, and shoulders. It is also related to self-confidence as it is considered a bridge between ourselves and the greater universe. The throat chakra is represented as a beautiful lotus flower containing sixteen petals, which symbolizes a spiritual awakening and the sixteen vowel sounds of the Sanskrit language. Deep shades of blue, such as lapis, turquoise, and aquamarine, are all linked to the throat chakra, as they represent universal truths.

Chakras are spinning centers of energy within our body, with seven main ones running from the top of our heads to the base of our spine. If any of these chakras become blocked or locked, we can suffer from imbalances in our health. Yoga practice is an amazing tool that can help create equilibrium within our chakras. By chanting the ‘ham’ mantra, we can create vibrational energy that soothes and unblocks an unhealed Vishuddha chakra, promoting communication, truth, and self-expression.

  • I listened to this paired with 0.125 g 🍄. I understand now why in the description he says take breaks as necessary. There was a lot of pain and stickiness in my throat chakra. I mean… anger and tears, and frustration… I actually had to stop my meditation to confirm if it was my throat that I was suddenly feeling all the discomfort in and sure enough it was at the throat chakra portion of the article. I’m grateful for this recording. It’s telling. This will be peaceful for some and difficult for others. It revealed a lot of information to me. Many thanks for this. Recommend water and a good healthy meal after 😅☺️

  • Your music calms my nervous system. Shopping… your music, school playground… your music, can’t sleep… your music. I play it in the car regularly and last week played different chakra articles and asked the kids what they feel and they pretty much matched the music to the chakra points. Incredible… thank you for bringing me peace in stressful situations

  • The past week I had been going through the most intense transformation of my life.. I was hypersensitive, every cell in my body felt like it was literally burning up and purging, and anxiety was at its absolute worse. It was excruciatingly physically, emotionally, and energetically painful. Through doing more yoga, meditation and chakra work I was able to adjust to these new energies we’re in. Your articles grounded me during even the most painful times.. thank you for everything that you do! I’m so grateful for you sharing your love and support through these articles! You’ve helped me grow and open up to these higher frequencies of ~love~ stay sparkly friend 💛💫🌻

  • I need a miracle. A million little miracles… I release all chords, hooks, ties, and attachments to him specifically, and also generally: to any person, place, or thing, on any time continuum, that is no longer for my highest and best good, and healing… I release all of these things now, and forevermore, and I watch them dissolve into the nothingness, from which they came… Thank you, thank you, thank you — IT IS DONE! 🙏 And here are 13 gentle and urgent reminders: 1. You’re ALWAYS exactly where you are supposed to be 2. Self-esteem is measured by you (nobody else gets to decide your worth) 3. Get rid of fear: FOREVER!!! 4. When things are tough, change the way you see things… 5. Don’t dwell on/in the past (come back to this present moment!) 6. It’s only temporary (all of it!) 7. You have what it takes 8. You don’t need to change 9. Release your need for control 10. Accept. Allow. Breathe. Deep. 11. Remember where you came from 12. Remember that you are not alone (not ever!) 13. Remember who you are GOD has a purpose for your pain, A reason for your struggle, and a reward for your courage/bravery/faithfulness… Trust and never give up. 🙏🏽

  • This is now my third night relaxing to the sounds in this article. Already I do feel more in balance and personally, I am having an easier time letting go and forgiving others. All the sounds have been pleasing all 3 nights, but now I feel more in tune with each frequency and notice more beauty in each tone. I don’t know if I’m expressing myself quite properly… I’ll be continuing this therapy and revisiting the 3 hour set on the 7 chakra frequencies as well. Thank You! And I will keep you updated. My goal is to become more trusting, balanced and forgiving among other aspects I seek to right.

  • For 4 years I’ve struggled with my body shutting down. I could only sleep night and day as i felt numb and too exhausted. I found this 4 nights ago, listening to it for the past 4 nights before sleep. What I experienced is unbelievable. I felt huge releases of energy surging out of my body at times i got breathless but persisted. Last night, 4th night, so much peace and relaxation with little release. Im up this morning feeling brand new, light, alive and im walking around saying omg im free. I don’t know what’s taken place within me but its like im free of heavyness and i can live again. Thank you so very much for your time and effort in creating this. You have literally transformed my life and the gratitude I feel is unending x

  • I integrated this session with my daily reiki and angel healing session. To be very Frank, every frequency gave me a feeling at certain points of my body except other than my throat. So now I know I’ve to focus on throat chakra more. Another thing, my heart chakra felt overly sensitive, so that’s another thing I need to work upon. And I’m on it. Thank You so much. Thank You Universe for bringing me to this article. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍

  • Fantastico!. Que la Luz y este maravilloso sonido invada al mundo entero!.Gracias!!!

  • Oh boy did I need this. Having spent 5 hours in A&E yesterday chest pains I was rather frazzled. Fortunately nothing wrong except stress and anxiety so having this to sort me out has been truly wonderful. I am so grateful to you for the inner peace you have brought me today and my world feels lighter. I think too many people don’t understand how stress can manifest itself with physical symptoms and I would urge anyone feeling stressed or anxious to reach out to friends or family who will support you if you let them know you need them. Love and hugs. Jx

  • Incorporating your sound baths into my meditation and massage therapy sessions has been a great help! I have found it easier to stay focused. Both myself and my clients relax faster and more deeply. And there have definitely been times where blockages have been discovered. I have found that the consistency and smoothness of your work helps with those blockages like a gentle stream on a dam. Thank you and keep it up!

  • Thank you. I am new to this. I have tried listening to different frequencies in different ways. When I came across one of your articles. Thos resonates with me. I love the way you create sound. The word Beautiful does not do justice to your sounds. My favorite articles are when you incorporate sounds from the bowls, the chimes and tunning fork. Stunning! 🙏🕊😃❤♎️ 💪

  • This is so amazing! Thank you for doing what you do and sharing with others, really grateful! I have been listening to this a couple of times a week and every time I finish the session my body is restored and chakra system completely balanced ! I feel so alive again, and light as a feather ! • So I’m new to chakras. I had an inclination to learn about them about two years ago, but I’m actively stepping into understanding my own. I was noting all the different ways my body responded to these frequencies and it was super cool to experience. I loved how you coached us (in a sense) into sitting with each chakra. I don’t know how everyone heard each frequency but the sound was orbital to me? And there were moments when it sounded way louder and then moments when it was at a good volume. It was a great experience. Thank you!
