I bought a magic bullet some years ago and had the same issue of it not being able to handle frozen fruit or ice very well. I wish I had done more research before purchasing because that was a very common complaint about it in reviews, along with the motor getting blown out. I’ve since switched to a Ninja Nutri Pro which makes short work of frozen fruits/ice. It is a bit pricey compared to the bullet but the amount of time and headaches it has saved me has been well worth it.
