The Mog Amulet is a material card in Mobius Final Fantasy that grants a 150 boost to Ability Fusion success chance when using other materials. It is not a straight + bonus, but a multiplier for your current success chance. For example, if you have a 30 success chance, the Mog Amulet will increase it to 45.
The 150 fusion bonus is not a one-time deal, but it can be used for multiple fusions. A Mog Amulet is used with fodder cards to bump your fusion rate up. If you have a 50 fusion rate in the fusion menu and add a Mog Amulet, it will bump up.
The Percentage Change of Ability Level Increase are calculated in a fusion, and the easiest combinations numbers use dropped cards. The Mog Amulet activates at the start of a stage and increases the success rate for probability-type abilities by 50 for the rest of the stage. It is obtained from the first four cards, then another 29 (59+29 = 88).
If you have many Mog Amulets, use them to augment all your dark element monster cards to 3 star. After averaging any monster card to 3 star, the Mog Amulet will be removed from the deck.

However, Hiromichi Tanaka, the producer of Final Fantasy III, stated that the Moogles were meant to be a race of cave-dwelling people and were not originally planned to be series mascots. They were also inspired by Dungeons and Dragons, specifically the “Infravision” ability used by non-human races like elves and dwarves.
