  • This meditation was uplifting for me. 💕 I have been going thought a disconnection from my creativity, pleasurer, and sexuality. The disconnection hurt me more then I thought it would and I have been struggling to reestablish the connection. I don’t know when I’ll be able to make that connection again, but this meditation helps me remember that my creativity, pleasurer, and sexuality aren’t lost or broken.
