Magic mushrooms, also known as shrooms, are fungi with psychoactive or hallucinogenic effects and are one of the most common psychoactive substances on earth. Psilocybin, a hallucinogenic compound found in certain mushrooms, can have various effects, including euphoria and hallucinations. These mushrooms are grown on nearly every continent and have a long history of use in traditional ceremonies. Some people use them recreationally or to try new substances, such as Magic Mushroom Powder, a spice blend with a psychedelic-sounding name.
Magic mushrooms come in fresh, dried, or powder form and can be used in various dishes, such as sauces, soups, stews, braising liquids, and even sprinkled on bread. These chemicals cause individuals to see, hear, and feel things that are not real (hallucinations). Magic mushrooms come in various forms, such as sea salt, porcini mushroom, red pepper, thyme, and black pepper.
Earths Basket’s Organic Magic Shrooms mushroom powder is a pure blend of seven mushrooms powder, including Reishi, cordyceps, Chaga Lions Mane, and Tremella. Michelle Tam’s porcini mushroom seasoning salt is also a great option for cooking.
Psilocybin and psilocin are hallucinogens that produce effects similar to LSD. Individuals using magic mushrooms experience hallucinations and an altered state. It is essential to approach magic mushroom dosing carefully and be aware of the risks and side effects associated with these substances.

Is mushroom powder MSG?
The Mushroom and Company Multipurpose Umami Seasoning Blend is a healthier alternative to monosodium glutamate (MSG), a chemical found in many foods. It consists of porcini and white button mushroom powder, salt, dried onion powder, ground mustard seed, crushed red pepper, black pepper, and dried thyme. While MSG is technically a compound, it is not harmful to the body. Studies have shown that MSG is not harmful, and it is often misunderstood. The blend also contains disodium guanylate, a related chemical, which is typically found in fermented foods, meat, or fish.
Mushrooms naturally contain other chemicals that can enhance the taste of savory food. The shakers, like pure MSG, contain glutamate and sodium, but the natural glutamate from mushrooms and other foods is not extracted or crystallized like pure MSG.

Om Mushroom recommends consuming one level teaspoon (2 grams) of single-species mushroom powders and mushroom powder blends daily, which contain 2, 000mg of organic mushroom superfood. Extractors of mushroom powders may recommend lower daily doses, as they concentrate one or a few bioactive compounds produced by functional mushrooms at the expense of discarding or denaturing other important compounds.
The beneficial effects of mushrooms on health are not the result of one or a few compounds acting in isolation, but rather the result of many active ingredients working together in an “entourage” effect.
Om Mushroom’s powerful single species and mushroom blend powders are designed to support immunity, vitality, cognitive health, and energy. Functional mushroom blends can be a great place to start if you’re unsure which functional mushroom product to try.
📹 Micro-dosing magic mushrooms | A growing trend among San Diego moms
Recent studies have shown psychedelic mushrooms can treat or even cure depression. Now, more and more moms are coming …
Mushrooms did wonders in my life. I was severely traumatized years ago as a teenage, got diagnosed with cptsd. Spent my whole life fighting cptsd. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 6 years totally clean. Much respect to mother nature the great magic shrooms.
I got f**cked up with alcohol for over 8 years. Also suffered severe depression. Not until my mom recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. I will be 2 years clean after trying out a psilocybin treatment. Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms. Saved my life honestly from addiction and depression.
I am not spiritual at all, but after taking shrooms a few months ago I am much happier and am highly motivated and my ADHD gone, lost a ton of anxiousness and had a few epiphanies about how I should live my life. I decided to buy an ounce for backup, but haven’t yet felt the need to take any more since then.
I almost cried when she said people take it actually to be more present in their life. That is so true for me. I felt weighed down by my heavy thc concentrate use and microdosing has allowed me to become more present at work at home in family while simultaneously rewiring my neurons allowing me to crave and think differently.
I was suicidal, with a bad crowd, lost and everything, when i started taking shrooms with good intentions, my life started changing, I have a new life now with people and environments and an over all better mental health and approach to things, a big reason why is from shrooms, combined with my strength
I dealt with addiction in every form severely, and anxiety and depression have been through the roof most my life, but the worst thing I’ve battled is agoraphobia, the fear of being out of my home basically. I started micro dosing and I definitely see the major change in stress, depression, and everything else. Yesterday i went on a 10 mile bike ride in an area I have never been, and half way through got emotional, because I was so proud of myself for going. I knew it was the low stress and anxiety that allowed me to do it. I used to take all the meds for years, and never felt this kind of of pure drive.
I have been diagnosed with severe depression, severe anxiety, and PTSD, and I was a heavy drinker. I tried these the other day because I have been hearing about the science so I said why not. With all these ailments you just wanna fix it. I can say that I have felt great since I ate them. I drink and smoke less, im in a better mood, I pay more attention to my family, the list goes on. If god made it grow it was for a reason. Just like marajuana. Its natural. Literally and it helps us. So why is it illegal?
Been microdosing for 2 year’s, one day on two days off and for 6 months then a few months off for a break. It’s amazing and I find and hunt for my own during the right season. Amazing benefits in all mushrooms not just the magic one’s, I also incorporated a 7 spectrum mushroom powder extract which includes mushrooms such as shiitake, lion’s mane, turkey tail and more… this I totally recommend more than the magic one’s but even better to do them all. Mushrooms could save humanity, they are our teachers and very wise they are. 💗🍄💥👌✌️🙂
I agree with this entire movement and I personally had a profound experience with mushrooms in my early 20s that changed my life for the better, I know friends and others that it has helped them and the consern about having a bad trip or the possibility of abuse is the reasons why these should be taken in a professional medical setting, I hope one day every educated adult has the option to go to one of these center without feeling like they commited a crime and they can see the healing potential, but I always think you should be allowed to take them as you wish as it is your body, I don’t see the reason behind banning it as this is what we have done for the pass 50 years and it has not worked, we need to educate and not forbid.
Mushrooms are living creatures and should have rights to grow and thrive like any other. They have been used by humankind for a long time already. This argument had been over, and the answer obvious. As others have stated, they have benefits across the board when utilized with care like any other substance known to man. Treat them with respect!
A bad trip can only be caused by a full dose and by issues you are refusing to deal with. There is a saying that goes: “there aren’t bad trips, just challenging ones”. Psychedelics aren’t supposed to be “parry-drugs”, so you don’t necessarily take them for the fun of it, even though they can be extremely fun too. I was diagnosed with depression and was forced to take multiple prescription drugs, which made me feel even worse. Almost as if I was dead inside, which is absolutely not who I am, I’ve never been that type of person. Ihave many passions, strong emotions, deep rooted interests etc. Those pills made me feel dead. I stopped taking them and started self “medicating”, usually with MDMA and Ketamine (which turns out are showing beneficial traits for treating depression) but even though I felt alive again, I was using them in non healthy way. So I decided to stop using them and to work-out at least 2 hours a day in order to have a daily natural endorphins kick. I also took long walks of at least a couple of hours, at night, alone. Years forward and I felt in a rut again, I tried Mushrooms (both in microdosing and in experiences with a full dose). The very next day of taking them I started doing things I was procrastinating for 2 years. I took other 3 full doses since then and kept getting better and better. I went back to playing the guitar (after more than 12 years), I kept in touch with my father, with whom I had a long period in which we didn’t speak. I heard my “little” brother for his 18th birthday, after 13 years.
I strongly believe every man and woman needs to try them at least once. They are life altering in the most amazing ways. It’s crazy to me that alcohol is so widely accepted but shrooms are not. My theory is the government would rather our minds suppressed and clouded rather than heightened and enlightened. The stigma needs to stop. ❤️🍄❤️
Tried it for my first time after re searching as best as I could for 2 years. I believe in perfect timing so i waited patiently for my time.. I would consider myself depressed and anxious (not more than many other people, but to much for me) if you want my perspective on them and my personal experience, I will share it with you. I am learning to not push my ideas on anyone 🙌🏼 But for now I will say this, wow 🤩 Timing was perfect, and I didn’t once feel anything other than BEAUTIFUL 😍
I took mushrooms once in a controlled environment after feeling extremely suicidal for months, after that experience with my friends I realized I have the opportunity for a future and have people who actually care about me. It made me feel like everything was going to be alright for the first time in forever, I now have hope for a better future.
In the mid 70’s some guys were tripping on mushrooms. One asked me to sit with him. He was calm and smiling and asked me ” if I could see it” He was never in any danger, but couldn’t describe the things he saw or the way he saw them. I regret not trying some. Nobody knew anything about amounts or mental health. It was just another trip. Shame. The way my life if falling in on me in my later years, micro-dosing might help.
Psychedelics hold enormous promise as a therapeutic tool for various mental health conditions. The growing research on these substances reveals their potential to improve mood, cognition, and overall well-being. As such, psychedelics represent a significant opportunity to expand the field of mental health treatment and provide a much-needed alternative to conventional therapies. However, it is important to note that further research and clinical trials are necessary to fully understand these substances’ potential benefits and risks and to ensure their safe and effective use.
I said the same about weed although, it worked for me the first couples times even help me lose weight, till 2 years later I started being more lightweight smoking, gotten lost a couples times due to being high. It will probably be the same with shrooms honestly, it will probably feel good my first time, then I will need to keep taking it to keep me happy? It’s literally the same cycle all over again I bet people that do this on a daily basis are addictive to it. Y’all be saying you take some bad trip at times too, it’s the same with weed and alcohol sometimes you feel great then you don’t.
Why psychedelics are illegal stumps me. It has helped me so much in my anxiety and depression issues more than pills from pharmas have ever done. I’ve never felt so alive and relieved like I’m feeling rn from microdosing. I recommend u get a good Mycologist if u ever need any help through this journey.
