To obtain the Magic Scorpion Charm in Elden Ring, you must remove Selivus’s potion, either by giving it to Nepheli or Dung Eater, or letting Gideon destroy it for you. Selivus will then give you a quest to get the Amber Starlight Shard, which is found on Altus Plateau. Once Seluvis is dead, the charm goes with him. NG+ or r/PatchesEmporium are your best bets for obtaining the Magic Scorpion Charm.
To obtain the Charm, head to the location above in the Altus Plateau and journey northward from the Altus Highway Junction. Find the Amber Starlight at the foot of a statue. After talking to Ranni about his scheme, you can obtain the Charm by completing Seluvis’ Questline.
The Magic Scorpion Charm increases Magic damage at the cost of defense. To obtain it, you must help Preceptor Seluvis by picking up the Amber Starlight at the Altus Plateau. However, you need to purchase a second puppet.
If you want to get the sacred scorpion charm, head to the northern part of Limb Grave, near K Lid, and lie to Seluvis to make him believe you gave it to Nepheli. Then, continue his questline as normal.
Once you have completed several quests for Preceptor Seluvis, you will encounter several enemies and encounter the Magic Scorpion Charm. It is important to note that the Charm cannot be obtained after Seluvis’ death.

My table just press R2 by pressure…Its been a while when i feel so sad and miserable. Because looks like i can’t revive her back also with celestial dew…I am so sorry Rya 😭
For those who rage before reading: note I say it can’t be used for the MAJORITY of dead npcs involved especially in sidequests. If you hit an npc let them kill you and use this. Longer version below: The dew is to reset aggro from NPCs caused by mishits NOT save your skin from killing them. This does NOT work for the MAJORITY of dead NPCs. You can’t revive the majority of NPCs. (Haven’t found one it works on yet that includes quests)
I accidently killed Nepheli Loux that castle was a rough stage for me and there are enemies everywhere so when I saw her I thought she was an enemy aswell then I mindlessly killed her, realized that she was an npc after talking to one of Ranni’s servants(forgor name). Then I tried this and even the gods have not forgiven me
