What moon are most babies born under?
In Slovenia, between 2014 and 2018, 102, 000 children were born, with an average of 55. 8 per day. The most common day of birth was the Third Quarter Moon, which ranked the sixth most common. The Slovenian National Institute of Public Health data shows that today, just over a quarter of births are induced or a Caesarean section is planned. In the 1954-1958 period, 38 of all children were born at home, but by 1965, the share decreased to 10, and by 1975, it stood at 1.
In the same period, 60 years ago, 154, 000 children were born in Slovenia, with an average of 84. 2 per day. The data on the date of birth for the stated period is available for slightly over 139, 000 children, with an average of 76. 3 daily births. At the Full Moon, 75. 5 children were born, fewer than the average for any other day. The most children were born at the Third Quarter Moon (78. 2), while the fewest were born at the First Quarter Moon (73. 7).
How is your moon calculated?
The moon sign is determined by the exact time of your birth on your birthday, unlike moon phases which are determined by the moon’s orbit around Earth. To find your moon sign, use a moon sign calculator like this one. The moon shifts from sign to sign every two and a half days, so it’s crucial to have an accurate birth chart.
Your moon sign is a significant indicator of your emotional needs, intuitive nature, and innermost desires. It helps navigate the deepest parts of your emotional body, what you need in close relationships, and how you respond emotionally to the world around you.
Understanding someone’s moon sign is like uncovering the inner layer of an onion. The placement in their birth chart holds a significant influence on shaping their inner worlds. The moon sign shows us their subconscious desires and the parts of their personality that exist under the surface. These traits and qualities are only seen after gaining someone’s trust or triggering an emotional reaction, making knowing a person’s moon sign even more powerful than learning their sun sign placement in their chart.
How do I know what moon I was born under?
To calculate your moon sign, visit AstroTwins’ website and provide your time of birth, date of birth, and place of birth. The moon sign is determined by the moon’s position in the sky at the time of birth. The moon orbits around us in a circle, moving through all 12 zodiac signs within a month. The sun, moon, and rising signs are the most referenced parts of your chart, but they are the most immediate parts of yourself. They answer questions about who you are at your core, how others see you, and how you feel about yourself.
Edut suggests that if the sun makes you blue, your rising sign acts as a filter, tinting you navy blue or powder blue. The moon sign is the internal part that brings out when you feel safe around others. The sun, rising, and moon signs work together to answer questions about who you are at your core, how others see you, and your feelings about yourself.
What is moon number in astrology?

These individuals are intuitive, peace-loving, cooperative, and friendly, with a strong sixth sense. They can also become emotional due to the influence of number 2.

What are my big 3 signs?
The “Big Three” (Sun, Moon, and Rising) are significant aspects of a birth chart, each describing a different aspect of an individual’s personality and life story. In order to ascertain the Big Three, one must utilize a birth chart calculator. This requires inputting the pertinent data, including the date, time, and location of birth. Thereafter, one can investigate the discrepancies between the three charts. This tool is designed to assist users in comprehending the nuances of their birth charts and the personal traits associated with them.
What is the name of moon in astrology?
The Moon, in Chinese astrology, represents Yin, a passive and receptive feminine life principle. In Indian astrology, it represents the mind, queenship, and mother. Mercury, the ruling planet of Gemini and Virgo, is exalted in Aquarius. In classical Roman mythology, Mercury is the messenger of the gods and is known for his speed and swiftness. In astrology, Mercury represents communication, mentality, thinking patterns, rationality, adaptability, and variability. It governs schooling, environment, transport, communication, and physical dexterity. 1st-century poet Marcus Manilius described Mercury as an inconstant, vivacious, and curious planet.
What is your moon in astrology?
The birth chart is a crucial tool for understanding our personality, as it reflects our deep emotions and desires, our tendencies towards nurturing, caring, and seeking comfort, and our attitudes towards ourselves, others, and the world. The moon sign, which represents the moon’s position at birth, is one of the most influential components of a birth chart, defining our emotional makeup, reactions to situations, and our connection with others. It also represents our relationship with mothers and how we express our feelings towards them.
Unlike our sun signs, which represent our egos, our moon signs represent the hidden parts of ourselves that we keep hidden and don’t express openly. Understanding the moon’s importance is essential for anyone interested in the cosmos.
What is birthday moon?
Astrology can provide insight into life and destiny by analyzing the Moon phase on a person’s birthday. This can help understand lifelong behaviors, relationships, cycles, and patterns. Each year, observing the Moon phase can provide insight into what to expect in the coming months.
To find the Moon phase on a birthday, one can hire a professional astrologer or use free resources like a birth chart calculator. Being born in one Moon phase over another is not necessarily negative, but rather a reflection of the journey one is on.
Another Moon phase signifies a lifetime of vast, wide, and beautiful journeys. New Moons symbolize new beginnings and times of growth, and those born on New Moons often start one chapter and carry it for a while before discovering other interests or versions of themselves. New Moon babies often have a hard time “starting over” in their lives, whether it’s new relationships, career paths, or adventures.
What is the rarest moon phase to be born on?
The Black Moon, the rarest moon to be born on, is believed to possess unique qualities such as intense emotions, spiritual awareness, and a drive for transformation. Astrology often highlights the moon’s influence on births, but scientific inquiry also considers the potential impact of moon phases on human behavior and biological processes. Studies have explored whether certain moon phases coincide with higher birth rates or specific birth outcomes.
Findings on the correlation between moon phases and birth rates have been varied, with some suggesting a slight increase in births during full moons, while others find no significant association. Investigations into the relationship between moon phases and birth outcomes, such as labor duration or complications, have yielded mixed results.
How do I find my moon name?
The moon, a celestial body that moves 13. 5 degrees per day, is the fastest to change sign to sign in astrology. It spends two to three days in each sign, so it’s essential to look at your chart or use an online moon sign calculator to determine your birth date. The lunar return, where the moon spends time in the exact spot it was at the time of birth, is a month-long period where you can track your emotions and experiences.
Once you identify your natal moon, you may identify with basic traits depending on which of the 12 signs it fell in at the time of your birth. The degrees of your moon sign can further influence its expression. If your moon occurs at 0 degrees, you may feel curious and eager to learn about your moon sign’s characteristics. If it falls in the middle degrees (14 to 16 degrees), you’ll feel deeply connected to the moon sign’s vibe and purpose. If it’s in the final degree (29 degrees), you might feel like a seasoned veteran in harnessing the strengths and weaknesses of your moon sign.
In summary, understanding your moon sign is crucial for predicting your future emotions and experiences.

Born on a Lunar Eclipse/Full Moon!!! ASTROLOGY BORN TO BE WILD!!! #lunareclipse #astrology #bornonalunareclipse.
today I just so happened to find out I was born during an lunar eclipse. coincidence nah lol. My midheaven also just happens to be in sag 23 degrees and north north virgo 7th house. I went viral as the first teen mom on yt in 2013 and changed the stigma on it back thing. Now I’m the trying to change the stigma on adoption/ birth moms with my platforms. It’s so crazy 🤯😂 I had a pregnancy at 15 from sexual assault and had and adoption. Abusive mom (moon pisces) Sometimes I saw I’ve lived the lifetime of what some don’t even experience in one lifetime. Thank u for this I’m trying to learn more
I was born on total Lunar eclipse, Sun was on 27 degrees of Sagittarius (Center of Galaxy)…barely stayed alive, an umbilical cord was three times around my neck and I was born “dead”. In the 1960s that was a life-threatening condition, today it is fixable and not so dangerous. The mother barely stayed alive. Fortunately or unfortunately midwife was extremely skillful and she was able to reanimate me. I lost my father when I was 5 y.o. (suicide). All my life was FULL of challenges, but I felt I have “protection”. Since 2011 I was in a process of spiritual awakening which was painful and very dramatic but in the end very successful. I helped many people in my life very generously, and I am very happy, but I had to wait 50 years to help MYSELF. I wish more people to be aware of being born in a lunar or solar eclipse means “something very important”. All my life I “spoke” some language that nobody understood, and have the feeling I am alien (not human). Thinking I am a voluntary soul from some other civilization. Thank you for this article, it is very inspirational and helpful for people to better understand what does it mean to be born on a lunar eclipse…
This entire article just changed my life. I always knew I was born on a full moon, but it didn’t connect until today that I was born on a lunar eclipse. Everything you said from the narcissists to NPD, it just all makes sense. My energy affects everyone I come in contact with. Every single person. I often wonder if I’ll ever have my one true person to handle this chaotic ass life of mine. Thank you for this! 🙏🏾
My seven year old daughter was born on a full moon lunar eclipse in libra. I just found out this evening after an other outburst of tears and shouting… I had the intuition of researching which moon she was born and bam!! It makes sense, it brings light on our struggles… I was going to look into counceling for her but after I see your article, I can understand why she is such a roller-coaster of emotions. As you said, she goes from extremely happy also very creative funny, to the total extreme in a switch. Something triggers her and she gets extremely upset or angry and whatever we are doing or saying to try and calm her down, she is really struggling with those ups and downs. Any advice? Of how could I help her? I’m bringing her in nature every day, we’re lucky to live beside the sea, it helps her a lot to go swimming even during winter. She’s a wild kid 🙌🌊🌪️
I was born on a Lunar Eclipse & Full Moon. My Moon is in Leo (it’s intercepted in my chart), 8th house, opposing the Sun, conjunct the South Node, and squaring Pluto in Scorpio. Very intense emotions, deep transformations, rebirths, major psychological changes 🖤🦋🌕 I’ve studied Psychology, and am passionate about Personal Development and Spirituality ☯️ Astrology & Tarot are also other passions of mine. That’s why I’m so keen on working with other people in their healing journey! As I’m fully embracing my spiritual nature, I’m more and more called to develop my intuition and psychic abilities. This article resonates so much with my inner & outer life! “Born to be Wild” indeed 😉 Thank you 🙏✨
Wow!! This is the most accurate description I’ve ever heard. You described how I feel and experiences I’ve had so well! I was born on a super blue blood moon and knew it had to be significant for all of the things I felt and experiences I’ve had but wasn’t able to properly connect the dots until finding this article and listening to your explanation. Thank you so much for this article and for the clarity you just gave me. 🌻🌻
I was born on a lunar eclipse and so much of this resonates with me. I’m pretty stable in terms of just being happy from day to day but it’s because I practice Buddhism. Meditation is very important to me. I never knew why I’ve felt like I don’t belong here or I came from someplace else and never understood why I have a magnetizing personality and yes, all kinds of people, of all ages, ethnicities, religious backgrounds, genders and also attract all kinds of animals. I’ve also been called all those names, weird, strange, odd and most of my intimate relationships have been with those of low to very low vibrations. Almost everyone I’ve had a relatioship with, I know instantly that it’s karmic and won’t last.
Thank you for this super helpful article. I was born just after a total lunar eclipse – conjunct the north node, on my ASC/DSC axis. Oy, right?! My entire life has felt very fated, from the people I’ve met to the jobs that have landed in my lap. I majored in psychology mainly because I wanted to figure out why everybody was so messed up lol. The only job I’ve had in my 15 year professional career is well-being coach. I see now that through healing myself I’m in a position to help others heal. I’ve also realized that what makes me so special is my willingness to transform and embrace my authenticity. For most of my life people have not seemed to like me or my energy, I trigger them too much I guess. I realize now that’s part of my purpose, although it’s been really hard. It’s been a wild ride so far (40 years in), but I can’t imagine anything more agonizingly boring than staying the same your entire life and working for the man until you die. Yuck!
it feels like my soul was really determined to have the most MOON experience possible this lifetime i think. my moon is exact (within 1 degree) conj pluto in scorpio closed in by a wide conjunction to saturn, opposite mercury and sextile neptune.. all a day and a half before the lunar eclipse in scorpio lol. and i’m cancer rising, so ruled by that moon. understanding/transforming/transfiguring my emotional body has been the majority of my life and i’ve let it become the guiding force finally after trying to do other things and eventually breaking down to recognize the medicine in all that. it is wild having mercury opposite as well.. learning how to stop digging and intellectualizing my feelings was such an important thing for me. once that happened it was many years of emotional purging until i could truly alchemize and restore balance with more ease. definitely resonate with what you shared here 🖤🖤
Wow just wow, i was born 4 days post a total lunar eclipse and my life has been EXACTLY this! I was diagnosed with BPD but have always rejected being medicated. As I got older I realized it’s all about grounding my energy and being ok with the fact that I’m delicate and need to take more time for myself to stay aligned, this just confirms it all the more. Thank you for sharing
i was born on 16 July 2000 which was the second lunar eclipse and the longest one (at that time) and i was correctly born around 8:30 pm ist when the eclipse was in action (like my mum say this) and idk it’s just difficult for me to live, i feel almost all the things you said. im moody, im sad etc etc but i feel like im very unlucky or something (?) i feel like nothing happens according to what i want :(( also i was unknowingly attracted to the moon and perusal the moon in the night sky (im a cancer too) and there’s one thing i feel. and idk if other people feel like me or not but i have a very strong attraction to singing, being front of people and try to sing. it feels like i have to complete (or try) singing to heal my mind soul. idk it’s just different to put it into words what i feel about this one particular thing. i feel like i want to re-live someone from my past life (maybe?) and i guess they loved to sing or perform in front of people. it’s something i really really want to do, but i can’t and it frustrates me so much :(( can you enlighten me something about this? and also something about being born on the lunar eclipse in action? also which was the second lunar eclipse on that year
this feels like a shit ton of responsibility. i always felt this way and i think i began to think i was special so i was diagnosed with narcissistic personality disorder at 16. i stopped paying attention to my energy and just assumed i was a narcissist for thinking i was special. now i feel like the moon is calling (moon in pisces in 4H) to me to harness my energy my gift and i have no idea how.
I was diagnosed with bipolar during my Saturn Return. So now I am uncertain if I really have Bipolar or it is just the moon phases and Saturn return. I also have several oppositions in my natal chart, pulling me in two different directions. Anyway, understanding my chart made me accept my eccentricities ergo accept who I really am.
Discovered I was born 3 days before a lunar eclipse in trying to make sense of my sun opposition north node. Having sun, mercury (29 degrees) and south node in Gemini – and across 2 houses it doesn’t make sense to ‘sacrifice’ its expression so I’m interpreting this as needing to blend the best of both and being born between a solar and lunar eclipse as a sign to work through both.
This was the most right on explanation of my life… I knew it had to do with the full moon lunar eclipse I was born on… there was also a solar eclipse 2 weeks after I was born.. people are in and out of my life a lot, but they all have nice memories of the time we spent together…and yeah.. I’ve lived multiple lives in this one lifetime
I was born on a blood moon eclipse, March 25th in Haugesund, Norway., in 1978. North Node eclipse. This is the first article I’ve seen from someone else born on an exlipse, and I found great comfort in this.. “Full moon on steroids” I believe is an understatement 😂 I’m actually quite proud to have even survived the rollercoaster.. I’m 45 this year, and although my emotions are not in any way or form less intens now than before, I’m experiencing a deeper level of balance within the intensity, along with more experiense and insights as to how to utilize this enourmous sorce of pure, raw emotional power to something beneficial for all. -I believe Bhakti Yoga must be the way to go for people with this level and/or depth of emption; Anything that helps us direct and dedicate our intensity to a form of service that aligns with our core values. I thank you again for this article, and hope to see more on the subject, as I find the available info online to be quite lacking. Light, Warmth & Love from the cold cold North 🤍
I am born in the late afternoon on the day of an annual lunar eclipse. My moon is in the 2nd house in Libra and I have a stellium in the 8th house in Aries (Sun, Venus, Mercury, Saturn, Chiron, and North Node). You are the first person to describe the eclipse energy in the way I experience it. Thank you!💛🕊🙌
I been born one hour before lunar eclipse, Sun conjunct North Node and Pluto in 12th house, full moon in 6th house … duble libra … only what presist is change, nothig is every been stable in my life, nothing … so i develop sense of deep grounding into I Am, the rest is just constat fludie chaos ..thank you for your article
okay so i was born 14 hours after the lunar eclipse. the lack of emotional stability doesn’t really resonate with me because im a cancer moon 10th house AND a capricorn stellium(sun+venus in 3rd, mercury in 4th). i feel very emotionally stable all the time like im very controlled but the change thing is very true. it is very refreshing to hear your words because there’s not much information about this. so thank you so much❤️ and YES born to be wild for sure love! i have always been very controlled and collected with my emotions but i do know that sometimes there is conflict. my life also decides to change all the time, it’s always been like that but for the good and i am grateful for that (increasingly more so as i have gotten older). also people come to me for advice all the time which makes me feel so rewarded, i know i am a free spirited healer❤️
I didn’t know anyone Else was Going through the Need for the Rigorous daily routine of a Full Moon Baby! Wow U told my life story. Im a full moon baby with a Libra Aries Sun Moon Opposition.😝 A Natural Catalyst. You’re the First Person Ive Ever heard Express this Struggle so Beautifully! This was Uplifting☺.
That’s so true. I am born a day before and it really is scary to see things manifest in my life. Seriously! I get this intuitive 6 th sense like something is about to happen but i really want to say to myself there is no way such thing can happen and say things like it doesn’t make sense what you are saying to me not to do . And then to my surprise i exactly see that happen. All the negative things happen. Dunno whether I am manifesting these things or am I knowing things. I am so afraid i may become crazy. So I’ll choose not to be spiritual at times. Kinda super weird. I need a Guru who can help me understand things.
There really isn’t that much information for people born on Lunar Eclipse, so this was comforting to hear and read some comments. Maybe we should start a group page somewhere? Might be nice for Lunar Eclipse natives to support each other sometimes. I was born during the first 1989 eclipse, Pisces Sun & North in the 3rd house, Virgo Moon &South in 9th. My Sag ascendant squares sun and moon, and my ruling Jupiter is opposite by Ascendant. Also a Life path 5 hahaha CHANGES. Thanks for making this article.
hello, i was wondering if you could give me more information on what being born during a lunar eclipse means for me? i was born november 9 2003. my sun sign scorpio, my moon sign is taurus, my rising sign is leo, and my pluto is scorpio. i was born a month early and the doctor said i was fully formed and ready to be born. i don’t have money to pay you so if you can’t give me information or help me i completely understand and i thank you for at least reading my comment. i hope you have a good day
I have ascendant capricorn and my chart ruler (saturn) is conjunct my moon and south node in pisces in my second house and sun conjunct north node in the 8th house in virgo with pluto conjunct my mid heaven. BORN TO BE WILD INDEED 🤯💥💫🌋🌋 I moved 33 times in my life in 5 different countries in my upbringing and what you said about appearing and disappearing in peoples lives resonated with me a lot as well. I was born believing that I am an agent of change, and as we both have the eclipse in our 8th house and attract people looking for their paths it can be draining but super fulfilling when u give them a perspective they never saw. I see my life as a learning opportunity everyday as no one truly knows everything but im finally realizing these karmic gifts now as I’m going through a jupiter return as well. Thank you so much for posting this article I’ve been looking for a article like this for years. 😍😍😍 (ps sorry for the long message, it really got me excited seeing this topic being discussed)
I have lunar eclipse in the 11th house with the north node. When I was a child I’ve said to a lot of my teachers that one day I would be known and distributed my signature that I created to all of them (I still use it 🤣). I have a huge sense of purpose that gets blocked by the emotional roller coaster everytime, it’s insane!
