Soon to be legal in Canada, where mushroom dispensaries are popping up all over. It’s similar to how things were with Cannabis in 2018 before legalization, except that the police are taking more of a hands-off approach to dealing with them. Aside from a few busts, the stores are being allowed to operate. It’s a very low priority for law enforcement.

Im in New Mexico, Santa Fe. So when the city decriminalized weed the city cops would just hold people who had weed. Hold them until the State cops showed up and arrested them.
