Vuhdo is a powerful tool for crafting spells and macros, which can be configured to use different keys for each spell. It allows users to set up Mouse Keys, such as Left Button Healing Touch (Rank 2), and use lower ranks for spells. However, it is not possible to have different spells configured to mouse buttons or alt/shift/ctrl modifiers for each spec.
Some users have tried using the Vuhdo macro for casting different spells depending on talent choice, but it does not work when trying to bind Flash Heal to button 1 on their Razer Naga Trinity mouse. To set up different spells for raid, users need to adjust their settings in the Vuhdo addon.
Keybinds are made using a combination of the Mouse tab, Modifier Key, and Modifier Key. Shift works as a modifier in Vuhdo, similar to alt and ctrl. Vuhdo also replaces group unit frames with highly customizable ones and makes it easy to bind spells to mouse clicks, similar to using mouseover.

Users can bind left, middle, and right to spells, but they need to bind more than three spells. VuhDo has a “Mouse” section and a “Healing Touch” section for setting up spells.

Happy birthday bro.. been perusal your articles for a while now, keep up the great work my dude.. Do you think Fistweaving with the Kyrian ability “Weapons for order” and running “Ancient teachings of the Monastary” would be good? Or is Venthyr the only way to go for Healers with the “Fallen Order” and extra port?
First thing I did is find macros for offensive dps abilities to use heal spells for friendlies to save important keybinds, like this: #showtooltip Rising Sun Kick /cast (harm) Rising Sun Kick /cast (target=mouseover, exists) Renewing Mist; (target=target, help) Renewing Mist; (target=player) Renewing Mist #showtooltip Blackout Kick /cast (harm) Blackout Kick /cast (help) Enveloping Mist #showtooltip /cast (harm, nodead) Tiger Palm /cast (@mouseover, help, nodead) Soothing Mist; Soothing Mist /target (@target, help, nodead) target; (@mouseover, help, nodead) mouseover /target (@mouseover,help)
An additional cool thing about learning keybinds is that it becomes second nature after a while, to the point where you can decide to learn another class altogether, and have extremely little learning time to get used to a different set of binds/abilities. Even when you don’t position them in a “smart” way, where you put similar abilities on similar keys. Obviously planning them out and making them similar is gonna be better, but even if you don’t do that, it’s gonna be pretty smooth going.
