Xanathar’s Guide to Everything is a supplement for Dungeons and Dragons that offers new rules options for players and Dungeon Masters. It includes new character classes, and can be used on Beyond but may take some time. To access the book content as homebrew, copy everything except base classes ATM.
The Artificer class page has a list of “secret infusions” that can be accessed as an Artificer. Wizards of the Coast has reverted its decision to replace some 2014 content with 2024 versions on their digital platform, Beyond. The book provides a wealth of new rules options for both players and Dungeon Masters.
To unlock the physical print book of Xanathar’s Guide to Everything, go to Game Rules -> Spells -> Warlock, then Show Advanced Filters -> Source -> Player’s Handbook, then click Filter Spells. While they are currently intending to allow access to some 2014 content, they are replacing those completely with 2024 versions.
In the latest installment of New Player’s Guide, we discuss customizing and reflavoring spells, a skill that every D and D player should know. If you do not want to use a specific category, you can disable it in the sheet settings. Core D and D Content will always be enabled and has a toggle to change it.
The digital platform DnD Beyond is keeping most of 5e but deleting all its old spells and magic items, replacing them with 2024 content. Players need a spotter and a counter speller to ensure accuracy in counter spelling.

I have watched/listened to many articles to get an answer to a question I had. This was the first to offer the answer I needed. But the answer didn’t come easily. Let me explain. I am visually impaired and thuis have issues locating tabs and such. Wherein you talked about what I was looking for, but only offered advice like “click here” etc without any indication as to where here might be. I am sure I am not the only VIP (visually impaired person) to try and use D&D Beyond, and I am sure many would agree to present such a teaching article in high contrast would help even more people. But in the meantime, Thanks fo the answer I sought.
Hasbro/Wizards of the Coast just tried to revoke the 23 yr Open Game License and steal 25% off most creators and make content creation unprofitable. 50 yrs of D&D just died due to corporate greed. Everyone is going to Paizo’s ORC or their own systems. If you have a D&D Beyond subscription, please unsubscribe.
