They told me to make sure the swab was under my tongue or between my bottom lip and gums. So BRUSH your tongue, under your tongue and gums GENEROUSLY. Get in there and really clean them. I think the peroxide must do the trick because I am a everyday smoker. I stopped for a few days but listening to everybody the night before the test my bf called me to hang out and we go fd up and I brushed like crazy used that nasty yellow mouthwash, used breath mints all the way up to the test and I still tested positive! I think you should use peroxide and actually stop smoking for a day or two!

I’ve been able to keep my employment for 5 years now thanks to being able to pass the past 4 times with ease using the hydrogen peroxide method.
