Idk what your experience has been with their jewelry, but mine was terrible. I ordered the labradorite ring and the description says it was 14k rose gold. Within a week, the gold plating came off. I didn’t pay over $70 for a gold PLATED ring. It was very misleading. The other one I bought had a stone fall out after only wearing it 3 times. I looked closely with a magnifying glass to realize that the stone was cheaply glued into the prongs. Their website doesn’t differentiate which rings are real and which ones are junk and they’re way overpriced. An example is their wedding/engagement line. Those rings are over $400 so why would they be that much of the cheaper rings are supposedly made of real materials? Pavé diamonds don’t add that much value to jewelry. The “moonstone” is definitely just colored glass and I’m even to the point that I doubt that their “real” engagement rings have authentic materials. Also, they’re selling stuff calling it opal when opal is worth significantly more money for the real thing, even if it was set in silver. They should be honest on their website about what their rings are made out of and not lie to people. Not only that, but I found several of the same pieces on sites like Aliexpress and DHgate for less than $10. They’re flat out scamming people with cheap jewelry from China. I emailed customer service and they never responded. I wouldn’t recommend them to someone I hate.
I have so far bought a necklace and a Moonstone ring along with stacking Band back in April and I’m loving them. I wear my MoonMagic jewelry mostly on special occasions and always get lots of compliments 🙂 Shipping took a little longer than I expected but I understand the current COVID-19 situation. Customer service so far has did not disappoint me as well.
