Why is my jack not working?
To ensure a jack’s functionality, check the fluid levels. Most floor jacks should have a recommended oil level of 3/16 to a quarter above the reservoir. If necessary, replenish the highest-grade oil. If the oil level is higher than the required level, drain it. Overly high fluid levels can cause seal blowouts, internal leaks, and pressure loss. A low oil level generally works, but it can reduce the jack’s height. Hydraulic systems are closed-loop, so fluid levels should never fall below zero. If a leak occurs, rectify it before using the jack.
Why is my jack not pumping up?
To maintain a hydraulic jack, inspect it for cracked welds, damaged parts, oil leaks, and other issues. Check the jack’s ram and piston rod in both retracted and extended states. Regular inspections are necessary for fluid leaks, cracking, rust, and damage to the housing and piston rod. Check for excessive wear in areas that could cause problems and look for foreign objects like metal shards, dirt, or rocks. Clean the hydraulic jack after each use, using a gentle soap solution on the exterior.
Oil the hydraulic components regularly to prevent premature wear, such as caster wheels, front axle, elevator arm, handle base pivot bolts, and release mechanism. Inspect seals for oil leakage and replace them as soon as possible after each use.

📹 Magic Jack Help ~ Problems and Fixes ~ Awesome VOIP service!!
I’ve had some new issues come up with my Magic Jack device / Android phone but have solved them. I’m very happy with the 6 …
Thanks so much. I had problems with mine not ringing last week. I unplugged everything and plugged back in and it worked. Today I was on the phone and it just made an awful noise and died. None of the tricks I tried last week worked. Plugging directly into computer didn’t even work. Your tip did the trick. 🙂
THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! My Magicjack Plus just ‘died’ yesterday. Not only that it had been suffering dropped calls and garbled audio for a while. Suddenly yesterday there was no dial tone and I kept getting a “No internet, check your connection” error message. After Googling the problem this YT article popped up. I followed your advice and tried a different adapter and badda-boom badda-bing MJ+ is working perfectly again! I’m in Thailand and have my MJ Plus plugged into a cordless phone. It’s on 24/7, like a landline phone, so I can keep in touch with family and friends back in the US. Thanks again!
Yes!! Two thumbs up!! Replaced MJ+ USB adapter wireless mouse 500 MA USB adapter, WORKING SO FAR. Was getting blue light, no yellow light. Connecting to computer worked fine. I was bummed out about possibly buying new MJ+ for $10, I’d just renewed my MJ+ cont for another 5 years, was even thinking of just switching to OBIHAI that uses Google Voice. That’d been a one time investment for $50. Good thing I searched YouTube 🙂
Thanks! After spending 2 hours with MJ tech support and going through useless gyrations of changing cords, upgrading the adapter, installing software on my computer for test calls, it still didn’t work. Saw your post and changing the power adapter fixed the problem. Changing the cheap MJ provided Ethernet cable helped get rid of static too.
