Resurrected Wizards’ Ability To Cast Spells?

Until you finish a long rest, you cannot cast spells again and have disadvantages on attack rolls, ability checks, and saving throws. For 680g, any level character can get a scroll of Raise Dead and cast it without any skill check. True Resurrection is a potent spell that can revive deceased and non-player characters, taking an hour to cast and only being used by clerics and druids of the Life Magic realm.
