The Azerite/Hardcore UI is a custom addon with code written by Lars Norberg and graphics, design, and layouts done by Daniel Troko. It works by toggling the options menu and movable frame anchors. In Retail, many default Blizzard elements are controlled by the EditMode, so you need to enter it to move or scale them. To reset settings, you can use Bartender or another UI move app.
The addon has been updated with more sub-elements and testing will continue. The mod also includes experimental legacy theme raid frames, various icons like group leader, assistant, and master. To get the Azerite UI bars to show up on Bartender, you need to use Masque and Masque: Azerite.
To remove spells from the action bars, hold down Alt + Ctrl + Shift and drag with the left mouse button. You can access the “Pick Up Action Key” entry in the “Pick Up Action Key” entry and hold that key to move items on your Dominos.
Azerite UI does not have any option to be scaled down or move the frames in any way, but you can switch between AzeriteUI and DiabolicUI by typing /go azerite and /go diabolic. The video provides a full walkthrough of all addons and settings, including reshade, and will be updated with new content.
