  • When I was severely depressed and not telling anyone how I was feeling my throat chakra was blocked so bad to the point I couldn’t even turn my head, my neck was completely stuck. As soon as I opened up and told people how I was doing I felt the biggest release and I could finally move my neck and head again

  • growing up always be silenced, i found it’s hard for me to express myself freely. i tend to held back my words even though the words are nearly falls out. i felt something wrong, then i try this meditation. you wouldn’t believe me i was crying when i listened to the affirmations, i don’t even know why, my body just reacted so. i felt my throat so hard and i actually scared. but i feel and i see blue flames from my neck up to my face when i still closed my eyes. idk what does that mean. i think i should do this meditation often. anw, thank you for this!! this is my first time comment, thank you!! ❤

  • I love this throat chakra meditation so much. I have voice tremor issues and I’m hoping people will understand me better. I always have to repeat myself saying what I say. I feel so good after listening to this meditation. I have been holding myself back from speaking and expressing myself my thoughts and feelings in a group setting because of the way I sound. This meditation has helped me with self confidence In regardless to the way I sound my contribution matter to the people. Thank you for sharing this meditation.

  • It was breaking news to me that the throat chakra is also related to how you listen and take information and guidance. I suddenly realized that some of my primary and secondary care takers as a child compromised my third chakra not only by shattering my capacity to communicate but also when teaching me not to trust my inner guidance but to listen and please the world outside of me (I mean, I did not know that it was also related to the throat chakra). I also realized that the blob that seems to engulf me and give a false dangerous impression of me, ever sinceI was victim of narcissistic abuse around five years ago, is related to my throat chakra. The person who damages me and my reputation, compromised even more my capacity of comunicating my feelings safely, and compromised the way others perceive me through non verbal comunication, I noticed about the blob and everything else suring meditation. A sticky, flexible, transparent layer of phlegm (excuse me for writting the word) that was “wrapping” my throat was released, evoking perfectly the energetic blob that surrounds my image five years ago. After the meditation I feel the skin outside my throat itchy. Although it could be self suggestion. I will take it as a good sign, in addition to all the sudden realizations I had today! I mean, I lookes for this meditation because I knew that I had a communication blockage that not only did not allow me to communicate effectively but also generated me lots of missunderstandings, but I did not realize alm the things that made my throat chakra become compromised and I was not aware how a blockage in tbis chakra could be related to all other types of communication, including non verbal ones and how people perceive me!
